CONSTATATIONS changements technologiques qui entreprennent des lieux de travail sont plus susceptibles de former leurs travailleurs et aussi de fournir plus de jours de formation par travailleur. Le travail d&#8217;\u00e9quipe est \u00e9galement associ\u00e9e \u00e0 un nombre plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 de jours consacr\u00e9s \u00e0 la formation, tout comme la fixation d&#8217;objectifs de formation et la tenue des dossiers de formation. l&#8217;intensit\u00e9 de formation diminue avec une part croissante des employ\u00e9s manuels et \u00e0 temps partiel.
