Ces outils de gestion s\u2019inscrivent dans un contexte organisationnel \u00e9volutif et interactif suscitant des interrogations, particuli\u00e8rement sur la fa\u00e7on de les d\u00e9ployer afin qu\u2019ils traduisent les comp\u00e9tences valoris\u00e9es par les parties concern\u00e9es et celles effectivement d\u00e9ploy\u00e9es.<br \/>\nCe questionnement est \u00e0 l\u2019origine d\u2019une recherche qualitative en deux \u00e9tapes. La premi\u00e8re, qui s\u2019applique \u00e0 des concepts li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019approche de la th\u00e9orie ancr\u00e9e, a permis de retracer cinq propositions qui proviennent d\u2019\u00e9crits sur les outils de gestion et les r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiels de comp\u00e9tences : ces derni\u00e8res font ressortir : 1-les limites d\u2019une approche d\u00e9terministe, 2-les interactions entre instruments et usagers, ainsi que 3- celles entre individus et travail effectu\u00e9, 4-les appropriations sociopolitiques, psycho-cognitives et symboliques qu\u2019elles suscitent, et 5- la pertinence de cr\u00e9er une r\u00e9troaction entre les exp\u00e9riences v\u00e9cues et la r\u00e9vision des r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiels. En second lieu, l\u2019analyse de diff\u00e9rents courants de pens\u00e9e appartenant \u00e0 l\u2019approche constructiviste a fourni un compl\u00e9ment d\u2019information pouvant servir d\u2019assise aux m\u00e9canismes d\u2019appropriation.<br \/>\nLe cadre de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence r\u00e9sultant de ces deux apports a \u00e9t\u00e9 illustr\u00e9, lors de la seconde \u00e9tape de la recherche, par quatre cas prenant racine dans des apports th\u00e9oriques pertinents, logiquement reli\u00e9s \u00e0 un des processus d\u2019appropriation et bas\u00e9s sur une m\u00e9thodologie reconnue.
