Une analyse exploratoire"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019Association Nationale des Directeurs des Ressources Humaines (A.N.D.R.H), \u00e0 l\u2019occasion de ses assises annuelles en 2011, a mis en \u00e9vidence la difficile situation des jeunes dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s face \u00e0 l\u2019emploi. Plus r\u00e9cemment, la d\u00e9marche suivie par cette association a \u00e9t\u00e9 de s\u2019interroger sur l\u2019effet des repr\u00e9sentations parfois n\u00e9gatives vis-\u00e0-vis de cette g\u00e9n\u00e9ration (dite \u00ab g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Y \u00bb) de la part des cadres charg\u00e9s de leur recrutement. Pour cela, un focus group de 15 experts a \u00e9t\u00e9 constitu\u00e9 pour la circonstance, tous membres de l\u2019A.N.D.R.H. Cette analyse a permis de faire \u00e9merger 17 propositions ou id\u00e9es commun\u00e9ment attribu\u00e9es \u00e0 la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Y. Ces repr\u00e9sentations seraient-elles susceptibles d\u2019expliquer en partie ce mal que certains n\u2019h\u00e9sitent pas \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer comme \u00e9tant profond\u00e9ment ancr\u00e9 dans nos pratiques manag\u00e9riales ? Pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 cette question, un questionnaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 ensuite administr\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s de cadres charg\u00e9s du recrutement des jeunes dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s reprenant ces propositions et mesurant le degr\u00e9 d\u2019accord (\u00e9chelle de Likert). Il ressort d\u2019abord de cette \u00e9tude exploratoire que le respect de l\u2019autorit\u00e9 hi\u00e9rarchique ainsi que l\u2019engagement vis-\u00e0-vis de l\u2019organisation sont deux \u00e9l\u00e9ments rassurants pour les responsables R.H.
