Ces plateformes permettent aux \u00e9diteurs de diffuser des invendus et aux annonceurs d\u2019acheter des espaces en rabais \u00e0 l\u2019aveugle. La transformation se caract\u00e9rise par l\u2019apparition de nouveaux acteurs interm\u00e9diaires dans la cha\u00eene allant de l\u2019annonceur \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9diteur. Une revue de litt\u00e9rature sur le concept de plateformes permet de poser les bases d\u2019une grille d\u2019analyse des logiques d\u2019acteurs \u00e0 travers treize entretiens de professionnels de la publicit\u00e9 digitale. Elle illustre les ressorts \u00e9conomiques associ\u00e9s aux plateformes mais aussi les r\u00f4les des acteurs et les enjeux auxquels doivent r\u00e9pondre les acteurs historiques pour justifier leur valeur ajout\u00e9e sur le march\u00e9.
