Industrie 4.0 favorise les innovations technologiques et la collaboration homme-robot (HRC). interaction homme-robot (IRH) et HRC sur l’assemblage de fabrication ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en \u0153uvre ligne dans de nombreux environnements de production avanc\u00e9s dans le monde entier. robots de collaboration (Cobots) sont de plus en plus utilis\u00e9s comme des collaborateurs avec les humains dans des environnements de production d’usine et d’assemblage. Le but de la recherche est d’\u00e9tudier l’utilisation actuelle et future mise en \u0153uvre de Cobots dans le monde et son impact sp\u00e9cifique sur la main-d’\u0153uvre africaine. Explorer l’\u00e9cart qui existe entre la mise en \u0153uvre internationale de Cobots et la mise en \u0153uvre et l’impact potentiel sur la fabrication d’Afrique et de l’environnement et plus particuli\u00e8rement sur l’ensemble de la main-d’\u0153uvre africaine. L’\u00e9tude propose un mod\u00e8le de recherche qualitative. Une enqu\u00eate question ouverte a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de grandes soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de fabrication en Afrique du Sud afin de d\u00e9terminer l’\u00e9tat et la mise en \u0153uvre future des pratiques cobot. Analyse th\u00e9matique et l’analyse du contenu ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9es \u00e0 l’aide AtlasTi. Les r\u00e9sultats indiquent que les entreprises africaines \u00e9taient au courant des tendances commerciales internationales, en ce qui concerne la mise en \u0153uvre de Cobot, et l’impact possible de Cobots sur la force de travail africaine.
