Cela a des implications pour les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s sur le march\u00e9 du travail, puisque des recherches ant\u00e9rieures que les comp\u00e9tences g\u00e9n\u00e9rales ne sont pas \u00e9valu\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re \u00e9gale entre la race et le sexe. Ce travail explore le r\u00f4le des comp\u00e9tences g\u00e9n\u00e9rales dans les offres d&#8217;emploi en tirant sur les m\u00e9thodes de la science informatique, ainsi que sur des id\u00e9es th\u00e9oriques et empiriques de l&#8217;\u00e9conomie, de la sociologie et de la psychologie. Nous pr\u00e9sentons une approche semi-automatique bas\u00e9e sur l&#8217;exploitation mini\u00e8re de crowdsourcing et du texte pour extraire une liste des comp\u00e9tences g\u00e9n\u00e9rales. Nous constatons que les comp\u00e9tences g\u00e9n\u00e9rales sont un \u00e9l\u00e9ment essentiel des annonces d&#8217;emploi, en particulier des emplois faiblement r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9s et des emplois dans les professions \u00e0 pr\u00e9dominance f\u00e9minine. Notre travail montre que les comp\u00e9tences g\u00e9n\u00e9rales peuvent servir de pr\u00e9dicteurs partiels de la composition de genre dans les cat\u00e9gories d&#8217;emploi et que toutes les comp\u00e9tences g\u00e9n\u00e9rales obtiennent un rendement de salaire \u00e9gale au march\u00e9 du travail.
