Dans ce contexte, les organisations s\u2019interrogent sur les pratiques et outils RH \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre. Ainsi, la probl\u00e9matique de cette recherche est la suivante : quels sont les devenirs possibles du management des ressources humaines au regard des attentes et des repr\u00e9sentations des jeunes salari\u00e9s tr\u00e8s qualifi\u00e9s ?
