Objet – Le but de cet article est d’analyser l’histoire et l’avenir des op\u00e9rations de service, dans le but d’identifier les principales avanc\u00e9es th\u00e9oriques et technologiques, ainsi que des th\u00e8mes fondamentaux qui peuvent aider \u00e0 imaginer l’avenir des op\u00e9rations de service en 2050.
