A partir d\u2019une \u00e9tude de cas portant sur le d\u00e9ploiement d\u2019une nouvelle unit\u00e9 au sein des forces a\u00e9riennes canadiennes, cet article explore la gestion du changement organisationnel comme processus de l\u00e9gitimation.
