M\u00e9thodes Utilisation de l&#8217;\u00e9tude de cohorte Millennium Royaume-Uni, nous nous concentrons sur 6424 m\u00e8res employ\u00e9es en 2001-2002, lorsque l&#8217;enfant de la cohorte \u00e9tait de 9 mois, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le septi\u00e8me anniversaire de leur enfant. En revanche, chez les m\u00e8res dont l&#8217;employeur d\u00e9j\u00e0 offert travail flexible avant la r\u00e9forme (groupe t\u00e9moin, n = 5810), il y avait peu de changement ou une l\u00e9g\u00e8re baisse de la flexibilit\u00e9 du travail. Les estimations ont laiss\u00e9 entendre que la politique a \u00e9t\u00e9 associ\u00e9e \u00e0 une augmentation de la flexibilit\u00e9 du travail (37,5 points de pourcentage, 95% IC 32,9 \u00e0 41,6), mais il n&#8217;a eu aucune incidence sur la sant\u00e9 auto-\u00e9valu\u00e9 (-1,6 points de pourcentage, 95% CI -4,4 \u00e0 1,1 ), la maladie \u00e0 long terme (-1.87 points de pourcentage, 95% CI -4,3 \u00e0 0,5) ou les scores de satisfaction de vie (\u03b2 = 0,04, IC \u00e0 95% -0,08 \u00e0 0,16).
