Notre \u00e9tude prospective vise \u00e0 identifier les dossiers de la fonction RH associ\u00e9s \u00e0 la diffusion des outils de communication num\u00e9rique au sein de l\u2019organisation. Une premi\u00e8re contribution de l\u2019\u00e9tude est de montrer que les cinq dossiers identifi\u00e9s (image d\u2019employeur, gestion des talents, des comp\u00e9tences 2.0, r\u00e8glementation et diagnostic des impacts de la num\u00e9risation) ont des enjeux tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rents pour la fonction RH.
