Conception \/ m\u00e9thodologie \/ approche &#8211; Une \u00e9tude sur le terrain a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e sur 31 groupes de travail dans une usine publique appartenant au secteur industriel, qui constituent un ensemble de donn\u00e9es unique. Les 441 employ\u00e9s sont contract\u00e9s en quatre r\u00e9gimes d&#8217;emploi tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rents et sont m\u00e9lang\u00e9s ensemble dans des groupes de travail h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8nes mais effectuent des t\u00e2ches similaires. Les r\u00e9sultats &#8211; Les r\u00e9sultats indiquent que l&#8217;influence de la diversit\u00e9 arrangement en mati\u00e8re d&#8217;emploi sur les performances du groupe de travail est le mieux repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 que la variation et la diversit\u00e9 des modalit\u00e9s de travail est positivement corr\u00e9l\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#8217;am\u00e9lioration de la performance du groupe de travail. Limites de la recherche &#8211; La conception de l&#8217;\u00e9tude emp\u00each\u00e9 l&#8217;\u00e9valuation des opinions des employ\u00e9s.
