persistantes p\u00e9nuries de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre que les syst\u00e8mes actuels de d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences ne permettent pas de combler. Invest Vancouver a con\u00e7u l\u2019initiative Invest Talent afin d\u2019exp\u00e9rimenter une approche novatrice&nbsp;: s\u2019appuyer sur la demande des employeurs, assurer une coordination intersectorielle et mettre en relation des candidats qualifi\u00e9s avec des occasions d\u2019emploi pr\u00e9cises, le tout en agissant comme un f\u00e9d\u00e9rateur r\u00e9gional neutre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet pilote de 2025, \u00e9valu\u00e9 par DARO Consulting, s\u2019est concentr\u00e9 sur deux p\u00f4les d\u2019employeurs sectoriels&nbsp;: MedTech et Cybersecurity. Le p\u00f4le MedTech a fourni une preuve de concept concluante&nbsp;: une courte formation co-con\u00e7ue et dispens\u00e9e \u00e0 114&nbsp;demandeurs d\u2019emploi a g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 30&nbsp;candidatures acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9es en l\u2019espace d\u2019un mois. De plus, 87&nbsp;% des participants \u00e9taient issus de groupes dignes d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Ce projet pilote d\u00e9montre qu\u2019un d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences ax\u00e9 sur la demande et pilot\u00e9 par des interm\u00e9diaires peut g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des r\u00e9sultats rapides, atteindre les populations sous-repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es et produire des donn\u00e9es strat\u00e9giques directement exploitables par les chercheurs d\u2019emploi et les organismes de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group key-insights-grey has-background is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"background-color:#0000000d\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Perspectives cl\u00e9s<\/strong><\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default is-flex\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-243230\" style=\"width: 40px;margin-right: 16px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/No.svg\" alt=\"\">En l\u2019espace d\u2019un mois, 26&nbsp;% des dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s de la formation MedTech ont franchi les \u00e9tapes de pr\u00e9s\u00e9lection pour acc\u00e9der aux phases finales de recrutement. Cela prouve qu\u2019une courte intervention de trois heures suffit \u00e0 propulser efficacement des chercheurs d\u2019emploi vers des secteurs en forte croissance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-flex\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-243230\" style=\"width: 40px; margin-right: 16px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/No-1.svg\" alt=\"\">Les obstacles \u00e0 l\u2019entr\u00e9e dans les secteurs technologiques d\u00e9coulent souvent d\u2019un d\u00e9ficit d\u2019information plut\u00f4t que d\u2019un \u00e9cart de comp\u00e9tences. Pour les secteurs \u00e0 forte croissance tourn\u00e9s vers l\u2019exportation, tels que la technologie, les technologies propres et les sciences de la vie, la raret\u00e9 de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre, le manque de pr\u00e9paration au march\u00e9 du travail et les frictions \u00e0 l\u2019embauche constituent syst\u00e9matiquement des contraintes de premier ordre.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Face \u00e0 un d\u00e9fi d\u2019une telle envergure, la Colombie-Britannique anticipe plus <a href=\"https:\/\/news.gov.bc.ca\/releases\/2025PSFS0043-001078\">d\u2019un million d\u2019ouvertures de postes d\u2019ici dix ans<\/a>, la r\u00e9gion m\u00e9tropolitaine de Vancouver devant en absorber \u00e0 elle seule quelque 625&nbsp;600. Ces projections refl\u00e8tent tant les pressions d\u00e9mographiques que le rythme d\u2019\u00e9volution des comp\u00e9tences requises, en particulier \u00e0 mesure que les employeurs int\u00e8grent de nouvelles technologies, comme l\u2019intelligence artificielle, au c\u0153ur de leurs activit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les initiatives traditionnelles de d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences ne sont pas adapt\u00e9es au rythme effr\u00e9n\u00e9 de l\u2019innovation. Les programmes de formation ont tendance \u00e0 \u00eatre ax\u00e9s sur l\u2019offre et con\u00e7us en fonction de cycles de financement fixes, ce qui limite leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 s\u2019adapter en temps r\u00e9el \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution des besoins des employeurs. L\u2019\u00e9valuation ind\u00e9pendante du projet pilote, r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par DARO Consulting, s\u2019est articul\u00e9e autour de trois grands axes&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Quels types de conditions et de structures favorisent une collaboration efficace entre les employeurs, les prestataires de formation, les organismes de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre et les organisations communautaires afin de stimuler le d\u00e9veloppement des talents r\u00e9gionaux et d\u2019attirer les investissements ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quelles approches de jumelage des comp\u00e9tences r\u00e9pondent efficacement aux besoins des employeurs \u00e0 court terme, et quels sont les facteurs d\u00e9terminants pour assurer la transition professionnelle r\u00e9ussie des candidats ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comment produire, partager et exploiter les donn\u00e9es sur le march\u00e9 du travail afin d\u2019appuyer cette initiative et de favoriser des transitions professionnelles r\u00e9ussies ?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les activit\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9ploy\u00e9es au sein de deux p\u00f4les d\u2019employeurs sectoriels&nbsp;: l\u2019un d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 et l\u2019autre aux technologies m\u00e9dicales (fabrication de dispositifs m\u00e9dicaux). Bien que le p\u00f4le Cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 n\u2019ait pas finalis\u00e9 de parcours complet de formation durant la phase pilote, le p\u00f4le MedTech a constitu\u00e9 la principale preuve de concept du projet. Sous la coordination d\u2019Invest Vancouver, plusieurs acteurs se sont associ\u00e9s pour co-concevoir et dispenser un programme de formation cibl\u00e9 destin\u00e9 aux chercheurs d\u2019emploi souhaitant int\u00e9grer ce secteur&nbsp;: l\u2019employeur phare Kardium, les partenaires de formation (Vancouver Community College et l\u2019Alliance canadienne pour les comp\u00e9tences et la formation en sciences de la vie), l\u2019association sectorielle Life Sciences BC, ainsi que les organismes de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre et d\u2019\u00e9tablissement (WorkBC, Mosaic et la YWCA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deux facteurs ont limit\u00e9 la port\u00e9e de cette \u00e9valuation. Le projet pilote a dur\u00e9 moins de huit mois, ce qui rend difficile l\u2019\u00e9valuation de ses effets \u00e0 long terme sur l\u2019emploi. En raison de retards dans l\u2019approvisionnement technologique, les donn\u00e9es de la plateforme initialement pr\u00e9vues pour la collecte n\u2019ont pu \u00eatre obtenues, ce qui a n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 un ajustement des questions d\u2019\u00e9valuation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"what-were-learning\" class=\"wp-block-ob-blocks-anchor-point\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column gradient-top purple is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color\" id=\"TheResult\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-240819\" style=\"width: 24px;height: 24px;margin-right: 10px;position: relative; top: -2px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Fill-1-1.svg\" alt=\"\"> Ce que nous apprenons<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Invest Vancouver a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que les mod\u00e8les de transition sectorielle peuvent \u00eatre \u00e0 la fois efficaces et inclusifs<\/strong><br>Le projet pilote MedTech a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 qu\u2019une formation courte et cibl\u00e9e, con\u00e7ue en fonction des besoins sp\u00e9cifiques des employeurs et dispens\u00e9e \u00e0 un groupe de demandeurs d\u2019emploi pr\u00e9s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s, peut produire rapidement des r\u00e9sultats mesurables. Invest Talent s\u2019est associ\u00e9 \u00e0 Kardium, un fabricant de dispositifs m\u00e9dicaux, pour concevoir conjointement une session d\u2019initiation portant sur les principes fondamentaux du secteur et les comp\u00e9tences transf\u00e9rables. Sur les 295&nbsp;candidats inscrits, 114 ont men\u00e9 \u00e0 bien leur formation.
