provoqu\u00e9e par le Syst\u00e8me pancanadien d\u2019apprentissage et de garde des jeunes enfants, les \u00e9ducateurs et \u00e9ducatrices de la petite enfance (EPE) faisaient face \u00e0 une pression croissante d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences et de nouveaux titres, sans que cela s\u2019accompagne d\u2019une augmentation des salaires, d\u2019une bonification des avantages sociaux ou d\u2019une am\u00e9lioration des conditions de travail. Si les salaires et les conditions de travail ne s\u2019am\u00e9liorent pas, on craint qu\u2019il n\u2019y&nbsp;ait pas suffisamment d\u2019\u00e9ducateurs et \u00e9ducatrices de la petite enfance qualifi\u00e9es pour mettre en \u0153uvre le programme national.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ce projet, les laboratoires d\u2019innovation sociale ont pu mettre en place des prototypes qui r\u00e9pondraient \u00e0 deux questions&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Comment pourrions-nous aider les \u00e9ducateurs et \u00e9ducatrices travaillant au sein de garderies \u00e9ducatives \u00e0 obtenir des exigences de formation en EPE tout en s\u2019effor\u00e7ant d\u2019offrir un apprentissage et un service de garde d\u2019enfants de qualit\u00e9?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comment pourrions-nous cr\u00e9er les conditions d\u2019exp\u00e9riences de travail \u00e9panouissantes pour les exploitants et les \u00e9ducateurs?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Les parties prenantes de l\u2019ensemble des provinces atlantiques ont conjugu\u00e9 leurs efforts au cours de deux rondes pour cr\u00e9er huit prototypes qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mis \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9preuve dans quelques garderies. Les essais ont donn\u00e9 lieu \u00e0 des r\u00e9sultats prometteurs qui m\u00e9ritent d\u2019\u00eatre approfondis, tandis que le processus du laboratoire d\u2019innovation sociale a permis de solidifier les relations et de b\u00e2tir une communaut\u00e9 de vues sur les enjeux concernant l\u2019ensemble du r\u00e9seau. Le projet fait \u00e9cho aux conclusions d\u2019autres industries et secteurs sur le r\u00f4le essentiel des superviseurs et des gestionnaires dans l\u2019acc\u00e8s d\u2019un travailleur aux occasions de perfectionnement professionnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group key-insights-grey has-background is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"background-color:#0000000d\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Perspectives cl\u00e9s<\/strong><\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default is-flex\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-243230\" style=\"width: 40px;margin-right: 16px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/No.svg\" alt=\"\">Dans le Canada atlantique, pr\u00e8s de 10&nbsp;000&nbsp;\u00e9ducateurs et \u00e9ducatrices s\u2019occupent de plus de 60&nbsp;000&nbsp;enfants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-flex\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-243230\" style=\"width: 40px; margin-right: 16px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/No-1.svg\" alt=\"\">Moins de la moiti\u00e9 des \u00e9ducateurs et \u00e9ducatrices de la petite enfance sont satisfaits des possibilit\u00e9s de carri\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-flex\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-243230\" style=\"width: 40px; margin-right: 16px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/No-2.svg\" alt=\"\">60&nbsp;% des \u00e9ducateurs et \u00e9ducatrices conservent le m\u00eame poste qu\u2019ils occupaient au d\u00e9but de leur carri\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"the-issue\" class=\"wp-block-ob-blocks-anchor-point\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column gradient-top purple is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color\" id=\"TheChallenge\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-240812\" style=\"width: 12px;height: 24px;margin-right: 10px;position: relative; top: -2px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Vector-2.svg\" alt=\"\"> L\u2019enjeu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group flex-print is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p>Les probl\u00e8mes li\u00e9s \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 du travail ont entra\u00een\u00e9 une p\u00e9nurie d\u2019\u00e9ducateurs et \u00e9ducatrices de la petite enfance (EPE) qualifi\u00e9s dans l\u2019ensemble du Canada. Cette p\u00e9nurie est particuli\u00e8rement ressentie dans le Canada atlantique o\u00f9 les programmes d\u2019\u00e9ducation pr\u00e9scolaire prennent leur essor et les changements l\u00e9gislatifs obligent d\u00e9sormais les \u00e9ducateurs et \u00e9ducatrices \u00e0 d\u00e9tenir davantage de dipl\u00f4mes d\u2019\u00e9tudes postsecondaires et exigent un plus grand pourcentage d\u2019\u00e9ducateurs et \u00e9ducatrices dans chaque garderie. La demande d\u2019innovation et l\u2019encadrement d\u2019une main-d\u2019\u0153uvre r\u00e9siliente et de qualit\u00e9 sont de plus en plus recherch\u00e9s dans le domaine de l\u2019\u00e9ducation de la petite enfance, sur fond de transition vers un plan national de services de garde d\u2019enfants \u00e0 10&nbsp;$ par jour \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle du Canada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au cours de la derni\u00e8re d\u00e9cennie, le travail en EPE est devenu de plus en plus exigeant sur le plan technique, mais les salaires, les avantages sociaux, les pratiques d\u2019embauche, la direction et le soutien des ressources humaines n\u2019ont pas chang\u00e9. Outre les mesures salariales mises en \u0153uvre ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, d\u2019autres sont pr\u00e9vues par les accords bilat\u00e9raux f\u00e9d\u00e9raux. Ces mesures repr\u00e9sentent un premier pas important vers la r\u00e9solution de ce dysfonctionnement syst\u00e9mique, d\u2019autant plus que les salaires sont la principale pr\u00e9occupation des \u00e9ducateurs et \u00e9ducatrices de la petite enfance. Mais elles ne sont pas suffisantes en soi. Si les conditions de travail ne changent pas, le secteur risque une vague d\u2019\u00e9puisement professionnel ainsi que des probl\u00e8mes de recrutement et de maintien en poste, ce qui se r\u00e9percuterait n\u00e9gativement sur les enfants et les parents qui d\u00e9pendent du syst\u00e8me d\u2019EPE. Il f\u00e9d\u00e8re des \u00e9quipes de parties prenantes dans le but de concevoir des solutions \u00e0 divers probl\u00e8mes socio\u00e9conomiques de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 privil\u00e9gier la voix des utilisateurs concern\u00e9s. Voulant r\u00e9duire les perturbations de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre dans le secteur, NOULab a organis\u00e9 un laboratoire d\u2019innovation sociale pour l\u2019EPE qui sert de trait d\u2019union aux acteurs de l\u2019EPE, auparavant cloisonn\u00e9s, pour cr\u00e9er des prototypes de solutions qui repr\u00e9sentent davantage l\u2019ensemble du syst\u00e8me de l\u2019EPE. Chaque ronde du laboratoire d\u2019innovation sociale comprenait un travail de base, une phase de d\u00e9couverte, des ateliers\/remue-m\u00e9ninges de r\u00e9flexion conceptuelle, des mises \u00e0 l\u2019essai de prototype et pratiques, et une discussion concernant les r\u00e9sultats avec les parties prenantes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Premi\u00e8re ronde&nbsp;: juillet&nbsp;2020&nbsp;\u2013&nbsp;d\u00e9cembre&nbsp;2021<\/strong>La premi\u00e8re ronde du laboratoire d\u2019innovation sociale a cherch\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la question suivante&nbsp;: \u00ab&nbsp;Comment pourrions-nous aider les \u00e9ducateurs et \u00e9ducatrices travaillant au sein de garderies \u00e9ducatives \u00e0 obtenir des exigences de formation en EPE tout en s\u2019effor\u00e7ant d\u2019offrir un apprentissage et un service de garde d\u2019enfants de qualit\u00e9?&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La premi\u00e8re ronde a produit quatre prototypes qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 soumis \u00e0 des essais dans un ou deux garderies dans le Canada atlantique:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Soutien pendant les \u00e9tudes (Nouveau-Brunswick)&nbsp;:<\/strong>&nbsp;ce prototype vise \u00e0 fournir une aide financi\u00e8re et op\u00e9rationnelle qui couvre un quart de travail par semaine pendant 12&nbsp;semaines \u00e0 une praticienne exp\u00e9riment\u00e9e inscrite \u00e0 un cours d\u2019EPE au Coll\u00e8ge communautaire du Nouveau-Brunswick.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00c9valuation et reconnaissance des acquis (Nouveau-Brunswick)&nbsp;:<\/strong>&nbsp;ce prototype consiste \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un sc\u00e9narimage visuel clair qui illustre le parcours des \u00e9ducateurs et \u00e9ducatrices, depuis le moment o\u00f9 elles envisagent de retourner \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019obtention de leur agr\u00e9ment selon un processus d\u2019\u00e9valuation et de reconnaissance des acquis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mentorat int\u00e9gr\u00e9 (\u00cele-du-Prince-\u00c9douard)&nbsp;:&nbsp;<\/strong>ce prototype consiste \u00e0 r\u00e9diger une description de poste pour un r\u00f4le de mentor-\u00e9ducateur dans une garderie, \u00e0 offrir atelier d\u2019une demi-journ\u00e9e sur le mentorat en EPE, suivi d\u2019un processus anonyme de nomination par les pairs pour rep\u00e9rer les \u00e9ducateurs et \u00e9ducatrices susceptibles d\u2019assumer un tel r\u00f4le de mentorat, et \u00e0 tenir deux r\u00e9unions de communaut\u00e9 de praticiens o\u00f9 les mentors choisis \u00e9changent leurs connaissances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Soutien avec le parcours d\u2019\u00e9ducation (Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador)&nbsp;:&nbsp;<\/strong>ce prototype a servi \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un questionnaire d\u2019auto-\u00e9valuation sur le soutien au perfectionnement professionnel en EPE destin\u00e9 aux administrateurs, d\u2019un atelier virtuel en trois parties pour les administrateurs et d\u2019une repr\u00e9sentation visuelle du parcours \u00e9ducatif pour obtenir l\u2019agr\u00e9ment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Deuxi\u00e8me ronde&nbsp;: avril&nbsp;2022&nbsp;\u2013&nbsp;juillet&nbsp;2023<\/strong>&nbsp;En prenant appui sur les enseignements tir\u00e9s de la premi\u00e8re ronde, la deuxi\u00e8me ronde du laboratoire d\u2019innovation sociale a tent\u00e9 de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la question suivante&nbsp;: \u00ab&nbsp;Comment pourrions-nous cr\u00e9er les conditions d\u2019exp\u00e9riences de travail \u00e9panouissantes pour les exploitants et les \u00e9ducateurs?&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La deuxi\u00e8me ronde a g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 quatre prototypes suppl\u00e9mentaires ax\u00e9s sur le r\u00f4le des directrices et directrices la possibilit\u00e9 de conjuguer leurs efforts dans l\u2019espoir de soutenir la direction p\u00e9dagogique en relevant les d\u00e9fis ensemble et en apprenant les unes des autres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Placement de dirigeants p\u00e9dagogiques (Nouveau-Brunswick)&nbsp;:<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00c9laboration d\u2019un processus visant \u00e0 aider les centres \u00e0 placer des dirigeants p\u00e9dagogiques nomm\u00e9s par leurs pairs dans les centres du Nouveau-Brunswick, et ce, en milieu rural et en milieu urbain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Programme d\u2019apprentissage de leadership en bin\u00f4me (\u00cele-du-Prince-\u00c9douard)&nbsp;:<\/strong>&nbsp;ce prototype consiste \u00e0 concevoir un programme dans le cadre duquel des paires de directeurs, soutenus par un instructeur, ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 un processus d\u2019auto-\u00e9valuation et d\u2019\u00e9tablissement d\u2019objectifs en mati\u00e8re de direction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Soutien \u00e0 la journ\u00e9e ferm\u00e9e (Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador)&nbsp;:<\/strong>&nbsp;Soutien aux centres qui n\u2019ont jamais organis\u00e9 de journ\u00e9e de formation professionnelle ferm\u00e9e, y compris le soutien \u00e0 l\u2019acc\u00e8s au financement pour couvrir les co\u00fbts.<br>Les prototypes de la deuxi\u00e8me ronde \u00e9taient toujours en phase d\u2019essai sur le terrain au moment de la confiance<\/strong><br>Le processus du laboratoire d\u2019innovation sociale a renforc\u00e9 le r\u00e9seau des parties prenantes \u0153uvrant sur l\u2019\u00e9ducation de la petite enfance dans le Canada atlantique. Il a rassembl\u00e9 diff\u00e9rents minist\u00e8res du Nouveau-Brunswick, de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador et de l\u2019\u00cele-du-Prince-\u00c9douard qui collaborent sur l\u2019apprentissage et la garde des jeunes enfants; des coll\u00e8ges qui proposent des programmes d\u2019\u00e9ducation de la petite enfance, notamment le Coll\u00e8ge communautaire du Nouveau-Brunswick, le Coll\u00e8ge Holland et le Coll\u00e8ge de l\u2019Atlantique Nord, ainsi que des associations sectorielles, notamment l\u2019Association of Early Childhood Educators \u00e0 Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador et l\u2019Association pour le D\u00e9veloppement de la Petite Enfance de l\u2019\u00cele-du-Prince-\u00c9douard. Des repr\u00e9sentants de ces groupes ont \u0153uvr\u00e9 \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un consensus autour des principaux d\u00e9fis, en plus de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des id\u00e9es de changements et de les mettre \u00e0 l\u2019essai. La diversit\u00e9 des secteurs repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s a favoris\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9laboration de strat\u00e9gies de mise en \u0153uvre r\u00e9alistes, \u00e0 m\u00eame de s\u2019adapter aux contraintes ou de les contourner, tout en veillant \u00e0 \u00e9viter les chevauchements avec des efforts d\u00e9j\u00e0 engag\u00e9s. Dans l\u2019ensemble, le processus de laboratoire n\u2019a pas tant permis de cr\u00e9er de nouvelles relations que de renforcer les liens avec des personnes avec lesquelles les participantes n\u2019avaient auparavant que des interactions limit\u00e9es (par exemple, dans le cadre d\u2019\u00e9changes de courriels).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Expertise \u00e9largie en mati\u00e8re de contenu<\/strong><br>Avec l\u2019aide d\u2019une animatrice comp\u00e9tente qui a accompagn\u00e9 les participantes dans l\u2019interpr\u00e9tation, le processus de collecte et de communication des donn\u00e9es probantes a permis au groupe de d\u00e9gager un consensus sur les principaux d\u00e9fis et obstacles \u00e0 r\u00e9gler. Les participantes au laboratoire qui venaient d\u2019arriver dans le secteur ou venaient d\u2019occuper un nouveau poste ont trouv\u00e9 que le laboratoire leur offrait une vue d\u2019ensemble in\u00e9gal\u00e9e des nouvelles perspectives sur le d\u00e9fi et le syst\u00e8me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>On dispose de plusieurs fa\u00e7ons d\u2019encourager les EPE \u00e0 obtenir des dipl\u00f4mes et des titres de comp\u00e9tence, ainsi que de cr\u00e9er les conditions d\u2019une exp\u00e9rience professionnelle qui favorise l\u2019\u00e9panouissement des exploitants et des \u00e9ducateurs et \u00e9ducatrices<\/strong><br>Des difficult\u00e9s sont survenues lors de la mise \u00e0 l\u2019essai des prototypes. Toutefois, pour la plupart des prototypes, il \u00e9tait possible de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 des expansions et \u00e0 des essais plus approfondis. La diversit\u00e9 des prototypes produits refl\u00e8te les diff\u00e9rences r\u00e9gionales et porte \u00e0 croire qu\u2019une strat\u00e9gie \u00e0 plusieurs volets pour relever ces d\u00e9fis complexes conviendrait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque les efforts sont essaim\u00e9s au niveau suivant, il faudrait suivre de plus pr\u00e8s les r\u00e9sultats pour les participantes afin de mesurer le succ\u00e8s et d\u2019\u00e9tablir le bien-fond\u00e9 d\u2019une mise \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle ou d\u2019une adaptation plus pouss\u00e9e. Les efforts actuels visant \u00e0 \u00e9changer les exp\u00e9riences et r\u00e9flexions sur le travail de prototypage permettront de propager les id\u00e9es ing\u00e9nieuses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le travail d\u2019innovation n\u00e9cessite un soutien intensif<\/strong><br>Compte tenu des pressions existantes et croissantes sur le secteur de la petite enfance, les participantes disposaient d\u2019un temps tr\u00e8s limit\u00e9 pour le laboratoire d\u2019innovation sociale. C\u2019est la raison pour laquelle une instructrice en conception et une animatrice exp\u00e9riment\u00e9es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 affect\u00e9es \u00e0 chaque \u00e9quipe. Elles ont anim\u00e9 les discussions pendant les r\u00e9unions et r\u00e9sum\u00e9 les donn\u00e9es pendant les pauses afin d\u2019avancer des id\u00e9es et de les pr\u00e9senter aux groupes pour examen. Les participantes ont pu ainsi participer pleinement \u00e0 la cocr\u00e9ation d\u2019un prototype et d\u2019un concept \u00e0 mettre \u00e0 l\u2019essai sur le terrain d\u2019une mani\u00e8re qui tire le meilleur parti de leur expertise. En vue d\u2019optimiser le processus, il faudrait consacrer davantage de ressources et un soutien structur\u00e9 au suivi des essais de prototypes pour en tirer des le\u00e7ons. Ce type de soutien faciliterait la r\u00e9flexion, l\u2019apprentissage et l\u2019adaptation au cours de la mise en \u0153uvre, et garantirait la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une documentation ad\u00e9quate pour encadrer les d\u00e9cisions futures de mise \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les r\u00e9sultats inattendus d\u2019une conjugaison des efforts<\/strong><br>Une \u00e9quipe r\u00e9gionale francophone compos\u00e9e de parties prenantes de tout le Canada atlantique a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 qu\u2019il serait utile de cr\u00e9er une association r\u00e9gionale francophone d\u2019EPE. Une telle association aurait pour vocation de diss\u00e9miner les ressources de recrutement et les possibilit\u00e9s de formation, et d\u2019unifier les voix pour la formation des \u00e9ducateurs et \u00e9ducatrices de la petite enfance francophones dans la r\u00e9gion. Le projet a assur\u00e9 une aide financi\u00e8re de 18\u00a0000\u00a0$ \u00e0 ce groupe pour le prototype et pu tirer parti de cet investissement pour obtenir 80\u00a0000\u00a0$ suppl\u00e9mentaires du R\u00e9seau de d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique et d\u2019employabilit\u00e9. La n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 du travail, y compris les salaires et le perfectionnement professionnel des \u00e9ducateurs et \u00e9ducatrices de la petite enfance, dont la plupart sont des femmes, se trouve au c\u0153ur des n\u00e9gociations dans toutes les provinces et tous les territoires. Ce projet permet de tirer des enseignements sur la fa\u00e7on d\u2019optimiser l\u2019acquisition de comp\u00e9tences pour les \u00e9ducateurs et \u00e9ducatrices de la petite enfance et de perfectionner la capacit\u00e9 des directeurs et des exploitants \u00e0 appuyer une culture d\u2019apprentissage et de perfectionnement professionnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 des salaires et des conditions de travail, ce projet a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que la charge administrative \u00e9tait un grand obstacle au d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences dans le domaine de l\u2019\u00e9ducation de la petite enfance. Cette id\u00e9e, qui fait \u00e9cho aux conclusions d\u2019autres secteurs sur le r\u00f4le essentiel des superviseurs et des gestionnaires dans l\u2019acc\u00e8s des travailleurs aux possibilit\u00e9s de perfectionnement professionnel, peut \u00eatre un facteur dans d\u2019autres secteurs de soins, comme les soins de longue dur\u00e9e et les soins de sant\u00e9. Il est imp\u00e9ratif que les d\u00e9cideurs politiques envisagent une approche sectorielle globale lorsqu\u2019ils d\u00e9terminent les obligations des administrateurs. En tentant de r\u00e9duire la charge administrative dans un contexte politique et r\u00e9glementaire coh\u00e9rent, la qualit\u00e9 des soins et la productivit\u00e9 pourraient s\u2019am\u00e9liorer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Compte tenu de l\u2019ampleur des changements qui bouleversent le secteur, la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 continuer d\u2019essayer diff\u00e9rentes it\u00e9rations des apprentissages ou de mettre en \u0153uvre\/piloter les prototypes existants sans une aide ext\u00e9rieure est tr\u00e8s limit\u00e9e. Dans les essais de prototypes, NOULab a pris \u00e0 sa charge tous les co\u00fbts pour les garderies et les EPE. Il est peu probable que les centres puissent adopter ces solutions sans subventions. D\u2019autres essais sont n\u00e9cessaires pour d\u00e9terminer la viabilit\u00e9 des solutions prototyp\u00e9es et les financements ad\u00e9quats.
