la COVID-19 a n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 l\u2019acquisition de nouvelles connaissances et la conception de nouveaux outils pour permettre aux employeurs d\u2019encadrer l\u2019emploi des personnes handicap\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019Institut de bien-\u00eatre au travail a mis au point des ressources \u00e9ducatives sur la gestion du handicap en milieu de travail, des pratiques inclusives d\u2019int\u00e9gration, de formation et de maintien en poste, ainsi que des politiques en mati\u00e8re de handicap en milieu de travail, de sant\u00e9 mentale et d\u2019\u00e9puisement professionnel, et d\u2019inclusion. Ces ressources, notamment des balados, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 distribu\u00e9es \u00e0 plus de 500&nbsp;organisations et de 2&nbsp;000&nbsp;personnes lors de conf\u00e9rences virtuelles, de webinaires, de cours et de conf\u00e9rences. On estime qu\u2019un succ\u00e8s m\u00eame mod\u00e9r\u00e9 dans la r\u00e9duction des lacunes existantes sur le march\u00e9 du travail entre les personnes handicap\u00e9es et la population g\u00e9n\u00e9rale pr\u00e9sente des avantages socio\u00e9conomiques importants pour le Canada. Les secteurs et les industries partout au Canada cherchent \u00e9galement de plus en plus \u00e0 diversifier leur effectif pour rem\u00e9dier aux p\u00e9nuries de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre et de comp\u00e9tences, notamment en attirant davantage de travailleurs handicap\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le climat d\u2019incertitude s\u2019instaurant \u00e0 cause de la COVID-19 a n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 l\u2019acquisition de nouvelles connaissances et la conception de nouveaux outils pour permettre aux employeurs d\u2019encadrer l\u2019emploi des personnes handicap\u00e9es. \u00c0 cause des multiples perturbations qui ont accompagn\u00e9 la pand\u00e9mie, les employeurs ont d\u00fb simultan\u00e9ment adapter les pratiques op\u00e9rationnelles et \u00e9laborer des politiques de soutien aux employ\u00e9s. Il visait aussi \u00e0 s\u2019assurer que ces ressources \u00e9ducatives refl\u00e9taient les r\u00e9alit\u00e9s des milieux de travail dynamiques cr\u00e9\u00e9s par la pand\u00e9mie et les diverses pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences d\u2019apprentissage des utilisateurs actuels de l\u2019Institut de bien-\u00eatre au travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces ressources \u00e9ducatives portaient sur des sujets comme les pratiques exemplaires en mati\u00e8re de gestion du handicap en milieu de travail, la mani\u00e8re de mettre au point des pratiques d\u2019int\u00e9gration et de formation inclusives, l\u2019adoption de pratiques inclusives pour renforcer le maintien en poste en milieu de travail, l\u2019\u00e9laboration de politiques en mati\u00e8re de handicap en milieu de travail, la sant\u00e9 mentale et l\u2019\u00e9puisement professionnel, et l\u2019inclusion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au nombre des ressources \u00e9ducatives mises au point&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Trois s\u00e9ries de conf\u00e9rences virtuelles au cours de la p\u00e9riode&nbsp;2021-2022<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20&nbsp;webinaires<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deux cours anim\u00e9s par un instructeur<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cinq cours en ligne \u00e0 rythme libre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une s\u00e9rie d\u2019entretiens et de conf\u00e9rences en quatre parties, intitul\u00e9e&nbsp;<em>Thoughts to inspire<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le lancement de&nbsp;<em>Workistic<\/em>, une application de balados proposant de courts \u00e9pisodes sur des sujets importants du bien-\u00eatre au travail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9quipe de projet a cherch\u00e9 aussi \u00e0 \u00e9valuer la satisfaction des participants, ainsi que l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 et les moyens de diffusion des ressources \u00e9ducatives, afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer les r\u00e9sultats de la sensibilisation et de la mobilisation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"what-were-learning\" class=\"wp-block-ob-blocks-anchor-point\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column gradient-top purple is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color\" id=\"TheResult\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-240819\" style=\"width: 24px;height: 24px;margin-right: 10px;position: relative; top: -2px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Fill-1-1.svg\" alt=\"\"> Ce que nous apprenons<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le cadre de ce projet, l\u2019Institut de bien-\u00eatre au travail a mobilis\u00e9 532&nbsp;organisations, dont plus de 40&nbsp;PME, et 2&nbsp;201&nbsp;personnes, dans diff\u00e9rentes activit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>541&nbsp;personnes travaillant, en majorit\u00e9, dans les soins de sant\u00e9 et l\u2019assistance sociale, l\u2019administration publique, le service-conseil, l\u2019assurance financi\u00e8re et l\u2019immobilier et les services d\u2019\u00e9ducation, ont particip\u00e9 aux conf\u00e9rences virtuelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>995&nbsp;personnes ont particip\u00e9 aux webinaires, 195&nbsp;aux cours en ligne et 824&nbsp;\u00e0 la s\u00e9rie de conf\u00e9rences&nbsp;<em>Thoughts to Inspire<\/em>. 187&nbsp;personnes ont t\u00e9l\u00e9charg\u00e9 Workistic, l\u2019application de balados contenant 39&nbsp;\u00e9pisodes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>75&nbsp;% ou plus des participants aux webinaires et aux cours en ligne qui ont r\u00e9pondu au sondage ont estim\u00e9 qu\u2019ils acquerraient de nouvelles connaissances et ressources qu\u2019ils pouvaient utiliser dans leur vie professionnelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat pour le bien-\u00eatre et l\u2019inclusion au travail continue d\u2019aller croissant<\/strong><br>Les partenaires du projet ont manifest\u00e9 un vif int\u00e9r\u00eat pour les ressources \u00e9ducatives produites, les employeurs souhaitant vivement plus d\u2019informations et de ressources sur l\u2019intersection des mesures d\u2019adaptation et les pratiques de maintien en poste et de recrutement, qui cr\u00e9ent des milieux de travail inclusifs et productifs pour les employ\u00e9s en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. Dans tous les secteurs, de nombreux employeurs cherchaient plus de soutiens sur la fa\u00e7on de g\u00e9rer la demande et de discuter des politiques et processus d\u2019adaptation en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 mentale, de handicaps invisibles et de maladies chroniques, y compris les cons\u00e9quences \u00e9mergentes de l\u2019affection post-COVID-19. Durant la pand\u00e9mie, les employeurs se sont int\u00e9ress\u00e9s et sont devenus plus ouverts aux modalit\u00e9s de travail souples, comme la r\u00e9duction des semaines de travail et le travail \u00e0 distance et hybride.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Une diversit\u00e9 de formats pour une diversit\u00e9 d\u2019utilisateurs<\/strong><br>Les participants ont exprim\u00e9 leur reconnaissance pour la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 des moyens d\u2019acc\u00e9der aux ressources \u00e9ducatives et estim\u00e9 qu\u2019ils couvraient divers types d\u2019apprentissage.
