Cependant, pour l\u2019apprentissage par l\u2019exp\u00e9rience ou d\u2019autres programmes qui exigent une exp\u00e9rience et une \u00e9valuation pratiques, souvent en personne, dans le cadre du processus de certification, d\u2019autres options ont d\u00fb \u00eatre explor\u00e9es et rapidement.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ce d\u00e9fi, le British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) a test\u00e9 la virtualisation de la formation en cr\u00e9ant une plateforme qui permet aux apprenants, aux instructeurs et aux chercheurs d\u2019acc\u00e9der \u00e0 distance \u00e0 un environnement de formation physique. La virtualisation est un cadre informatique bien \u00e9tabli dans lequel les utilisateurs peuvent acc\u00e9der \u00e0 des ressources physiques par le biais d\u2019un r\u00e9seau cybers\u00e9curis\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019objectif principal de ce projet \u00e9tait de transf\u00e9rer l\u2019apprentissage par l\u2019exp\u00e9rience vers une plateforme virtuelle pour les personnes qui suivent une formation pour travailler dans l\u2019infrastructure essentielle des services publics du Canada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des outils et des technologies de virtualisation avanc\u00e9es, int\u00e9gr\u00e9s \u00e0 des dispositifs et des syst\u00e8mes r\u00e9els, les stagiaires ont pu b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019une formation professionnelle \u00e0 distance par le biais d\u2019une plateforme d\u2019apprentissage exp\u00e9rientiel virtualis\u00e9 (VELP).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien que l\u2019apprentissage soit largement retourn\u00e9 dans les salles de classe, l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 distance \u00e0 l\u2019apprentissage pratique et exp\u00e9rientiel a le potentiel d\u2019\u00e9largir l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la formation pour les apprenants \u00e9loign\u00e9s. Si certaines mati\u00e8res se pr\u00eatent bien \u00e0 l\u2019enseignement en ligne ou \u00e0 distance, la formation professionnelle bas\u00e9e sur l\u2019apprentissage par l\u2019exp\u00e9rience a \u00e9t\u00e9 particuli\u00e8rement touch\u00e9e et remise en question par ce passage \u00e0 l\u2019apprentissage virtuel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En particulier, les industries qui n\u00e9cessitent une formation pratique et une collaboration avec des \u00e9quipes interdisciplinaires ont beaucoup p\u00e2ti des restrictions li\u00e9es \u00e0 la pand\u00e9mie.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 des infrastructures critiques est un exemple de secteur dans lequel la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre doit \u00eatre form\u00e9e en \u00e9quipe, sur des actifs et des syst\u00e8mes de qualit\u00e9, et apprendre \u00e0 travailler sur le terrain.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, les infrastructures num\u00e9riques essentielles du Canada ont \u00e9t\u00e9 de plus en plus menac\u00e9es par des cyberattaques bien organis\u00e9es et sophistiqu\u00e9es. Il a \u00e9galement donn\u00e9 des indications sur la mani\u00e8re de mener des activit\u00e9s d\u2019apprentissage exp\u00e9rientiel et d\u2019enseignement \u00e0 distance sur des sujets tels que les jumeaux num\u00e9riques, la co-simulation en temps r\u00e9el et les applications bas\u00e9es sur le cloud pour la surveillance, l\u2019analyse et les \u00e9tudes sur la cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet a \u00e9tudi\u00e9 les m\u00e9thodes d\u2019int\u00e9gration de divers outils et technologies, en les regroupant en un seul endroit. Les enseignements tir\u00e9s de ce projet ouvrent la voie au d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019apprentissage exp\u00e9rientiel virtualis\u00e9 dans d\u2019autres secteurs cl\u00e9s de l\u2019\u00e9conomie canadienne et \u00e0 la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019engager des stagiaires de partout au Canada.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019ici 2030, Clean Energy Canada estime qu\u2019il y aura plus de 600\u2009000&nbsp;emplois dans l\u2019industrie de l\u2019\u00e9nergie propre. Compte tenu de la demande croissante d\u2019emplois dans le domaine de l\u2019\u00e9conomie propre au Canada, il est imp\u00e9ratif que les d\u00e9cideurs politiques et les bailleurs de fonds trouvent des moyens de faciliter et d\u2019\u00e9largir les possibilit\u00e9s de formation par le biais de plateformes virtuelles d\u2019apprentissage par l\u2019exp\u00e9rience.
