d\u00e9ploiement croissant de l\u2019intelligence artificielle (IA) au travail et dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 offre d\u2019immenses possibilit\u00e9s en mati\u00e8re d\u2019innovation et de productivit\u00e9, mais suscite \u00e9galement des pr\u00e9occupations quant \u00e0 ses possibles r\u00e9percussions n\u00e9gatives et de grande ampleur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tant que nouvelle technologie reposant sur l\u2019analyse des donn\u00e9es et l\u2019apprentissage automatique, l\u2019IA se dessine encore avec beaucoup d\u2019ambigu\u00eft\u00e9 et d\u2019incertitude quant \u00e0 son application sur le lieu de travail. Beaucoup de personnes craignent que l\u2019IA ne remplace leurs emplois et leurs t\u00e2ches, qu\u2019elle n\u2019exacerbe les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s et qu\u2019elle ne nuise \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 psychologique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette analyse documentaire empirique a consist\u00e9 \u00e0 comprendre l\u2019incidence de l\u2019IA sur le monde du travail. L\u2019analyse syst\u00e9mique des articles de recherche a mis en \u00e9vidence un nombre de th\u00e8mes communs, notamment&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>i)&nbsp;les efforts visant \u00e0 comprendre davantage les cons\u00e9quences de l\u2019IA sur l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9, la diversit\u00e9 et l\u2019inclusion;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ii)&nbsp;les cons\u00e9quences de l\u2019application de l\u2019IA en milieu de travail eu \u00e9gard \u00e0 la surveillance des employ\u00e9s et \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation des donn\u00e9es personnelles, et \u00e0 l\u2019exacerbation de l\u2019angoisse et de la d\u00e9tresse psychologique des travailleurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toutefois, l\u2019analyse a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 aussi que peu d\u2019\u00e9tudes se sont pench\u00e9es sur le r\u00f4le important que jouent les strat\u00e9gies et les gestionnaires des ressources humaines dans la mise en \u0153uvre de l\u2019IA et l\u2019att\u00e9nuation des risques en milieu de travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Les constatations de cette recherche soulignent \u00e9galement le r\u00f4le des entreprises qui doivent mieux tenir compte du point de vue des employ\u00e9s et de leur bien-\u00eatre dans le contexte de la mise en \u0153uvre de l\u2019IA. L\u2019adoption g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e de la technologie, notamment le d\u00e9ploiement r\u00e9cent et rapide de l\u2019IA dans un nombre de secteurs, cr\u00e9e \u00e0 la fois des d\u00e9fis et des possibilit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parall\u00e8lement, l\u2019IA est une technologie relativement jeune et il est largement incertain comme elle se r\u00e9percutera sur les emplois, la composition des comp\u00e9tences et le lieu de travail de mani\u00e8re plus g\u00e9n\u00e9rale. On en sait encore moins sur la mani\u00e8re dont l\u2019IA sera d\u00e9ploy\u00e9e et les cons\u00e9quences de celles-ci sur les diff\u00e9rents secteurs et r\u00e9gions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019analyse documentaire syst\u00e9matique vise \u00e0 faire le point sur certaines des principales publications existantes concernant l\u2019interaction entre l\u2019IA et le monde du travail. Tout d\u2019abord, les entreprises devraient tenir compte des points de vue des employ\u00e9s lors de l\u2019int\u00e9gration de l\u2019IA \u00e0 leur milieu de travail, en se concentrant sur les cons\u00e9quences sur la sant\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s, la dynamique du pouvoir, la pr\u00e9paration au changement, le contexte psychologique et la culture organisationnelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuite, pour rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 certaines de ces cons\u00e9quences potentielles, il faudrait pr\u00e9voir l\u2019introduction et le d\u00e9ploiement de l\u2019IA de mani\u00e8re strat\u00e9gique, en commen\u00e7ant \u00e9ventuellement par de simples am\u00e9liorations, puis progressant vers une mise en \u0153uvre graduelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, l\u2019\u00e9tude a mis en \u00e9vidence un nombre de lacunes dans les connaissances. En particulier, des \u00e9tudes empiriques suppl\u00e9mentaires sont n\u00e9cessaires pour ma\u00eetriser l\u2019\u00e9volution des r\u00f4les des employ\u00e9s, des gestionnaires et des professionnels des ressources humaines \u00e0 mesure que l\u2019adoption de l\u2019IA s\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e8re. Certaines donn\u00e9es portent \u00e0 croire que les innovations technologiques de ce type ont conduit \u00e0 une cr\u00e9ation nette d\u2019emplois globalement positive. Toutefois, ces innovations ont exacerb\u00e9 la vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 de certains personnes, r\u00e9gions et secteurs aux cons\u00e9quences n\u00e9gatives du changement technologique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cependant, \u00e0 l\u2019instar des technologies qui l\u2019ont pr\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9e, l\u2019IA propose des avantages et des inconv\u00e9nients qui ne sont pas encore bien compris. En cons\u00e9quence, une meilleure compr\u00e9hension des cons\u00e9quences de l\u2019IA en milieu de travail sera cruciale pour garantir la r\u00e9alisation des avantages \u00e9conomiques et sociaux, tout en att\u00e9nuant les cons\u00e9quences distributives, notamment en mati\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9, de diversit\u00e9 et d\u2019inclusion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De plus, \u00e0 mesure que les secteurs et les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e9voluent avec l\u2019int\u00e9gration de l\u2019IA, une compr\u00e9hension approfondie de ses cons\u00e9quences sera essentielle pour fa\u00e7onner l\u2019\u00e9ducation, les programmes de formation et les r\u00e8glements.
