Dans son traitement du sujet, le projet met l\u2019accent sur la mani\u00e8re dont les femmes occupant des postes dans le domaine du service \u00e0 la client\u00e8le, qui ont habituellement fait des \u00e9tudes secondaires ou coll\u00e9giales, et travaillant \u00e0 distance pour des compagnies d\u2019assurance de la r\u00e9gion de Chaudi\u00e8re-Appalaches au Qu\u00e9bec, s\u2019adaptent \u00e0 ces changements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tude met en relief la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 pour les entreprises d\u2019adapter leurs pratiques en mati\u00e8re de t\u00e9l\u00e9travail et leurs m\u00e9canismes de soutien, car les employ\u00e9es et employ\u00e9s font face \u00e0 une surcharge et \u00e0 un sentiment d\u2019incomp\u00e9tence du fait de l\u2019\u00e9volution technologique rapide et de l\u2019insuffisance du soutien dans le domaine de la technologie de l\u2019information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">La modification des activit\u00e9s du personnel de soutien et des relations professionnelles met en \u00e9vidence l\u2019importance que rev\u00eat le r\u00e9examen des politiques organisationnelles afin de cr\u00e9er un milieu de travail flexible et connect\u00e9. Le revers de la m\u00e9daille de la collecte par les assureurs d\u2019une plus grande quantit\u00e9 de donn\u00e9es sur leurs clients est le risque accru d\u2019anti-s\u00e9lection en mati\u00e8re d\u2019assurance vie et maladie. Des entreprises en d\u00e9marrage dans le domaine des nouvelles technologies, ou de la technologie en assurance, font leur apparition dans le secteur, et les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s industrielles ainsi que les g\u00e9ants de la technologie \u00e9tablis lorgnent les occasions dans le secteur des assurances.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au Canada, ce secteur repr\u00e9sente 23&nbsp;000&nbsp;emplois, dont 11&nbsp;000 dans la seule r\u00e9gion de Chaudi\u00e8re-Appalaches, au Qu\u00e9bec. Dans cette r\u00e9gion, les femmes comptent pour 65&nbsp;p. 100 de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre et 58&nbsp;p. 100 des postes de gestionnaire dans le secteur des assurances.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les postes occup\u00e9s par des femmes ayant un faible niveau d\u2019\u00e9tudes sont fortement touch\u00e9s par l\u2019automatisation des t\u00e2ches et la restructuration des emplois. Parmi les emplois les plus susceptibles d\u2019\u00eatre concern\u00e9s par cette transformation num\u00e9rique se trouvent les suivants&nbsp;: technicienne ou technicien en assurance, repr\u00e9sentante ou repr\u00e9sentant du service \u00e0 la client\u00e8le, adjointe administrative ou adjoint administratif, repr\u00e9sentante ou repr\u00e9sentant du personnel et technicienne-comptable ou technicien-comptable. Le CDASF a rapidement identifi\u00e9 le personnel de soutien en milieu de carri\u00e8re \u00e0 des postes dans les services \u00e0 la client\u00e8le et les services administratifs comme c\u0153ur de recherche, notant que ces postes \u00e9taient principalement occup\u00e9s par des femmes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9quipe de recherche du CRIEVAT (Centre de recherche et d\u2019intervention sur l\u2019\u00e9ducation et la vie au travail) avait pour objectif d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir une meilleure connaissance des conditions de travail de ces employ\u00e9es et employ\u00e9s. Les chercheures et chercheurs ont \u00e9tudi\u00e9 comment les gestionnaires et les professionnelles et professionnels des RH percevaient la transformation num\u00e9rique de leurs \u00e9quipes, en se concentrant plus particuli\u00e8rement sur les femmes \u00e0 des postes dans les services \u00e0 la client\u00e8le.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet a recouru \u00e0 des entrevues et \u00e0 des groupes de discussion pour recueillir des donn\u00e9es sur les exp\u00e9riences, les difficult\u00e9s et les besoins des participantes et des participants li\u00e9s \u00e0 la transformation num\u00e9rique des services \u00e0 la client\u00e8le et des services administratifs dans le secteur des assurances.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une s\u00e9rie d\u2019autres articles de recherche ont \u00e9t\u00e9 inclus dans le projet afin de placer les conclusions tir\u00e9es des entrevues et des groupes de discussion dans un contexte plus large. Ces travaux comprenaient&nbsp;:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>un sommaire des mesures publiques mobilis\u00e9es dans les strat\u00e9gies gouvernementales li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019intelligence artificielle dans les \u00e9tats membres de l\u2019OCDE ou dans les organismes supranationaux regroupant plusieurs \u00e9tats membres de l\u2019OCDE;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>une analyse du r\u00f4le, dans le contexte du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, de la culture organisationnelle sur la sant\u00e9 psychologique dans le secteur des assurances;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>une \u00e9tude du recours aux mod\u00e8les d\u2019apprentissage automatique pour recenser les comp\u00e9tences exig\u00e9es dans les offres d\u2019emploi, une t\u00e2che de plus en plus utile pour comprendre l\u2019\u00e9volution du march\u00e9 du travail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"what-were-learning\" class=\"wp-block-ob-blocks-anchor-point\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column gradient-top purple is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color\" id=\"TheResult\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-240819\" style=\"width: 24px;height: 24px;margin-right: 10px;position: relative; top: -2px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Fill-1-1.svg\" alt=\"\"> Ce que nous apprenons<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les entrevues et les groupes de discussion avec des employ\u00e9es et des employ\u00e9s du secteur des assurances ont concern\u00e9 35&nbsp;femmes et 9&nbsp;hommes. D\u2019apr\u00e8s les participantes et participants aux groupes de discussion, transformation num\u00e9rique s\u2019entend de changements constants des outils de travail dans le but de moderniser et d\u2019automatiser les t\u00e2ches gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des solutions num\u00e9riques. Ces changements visent \u00e0 accro\u00eetre la productivit\u00e9, r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts et am\u00e9liorer les services \u00e0 la client\u00e8le en augmentant l\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 et en diversifiant les modes de communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La transformation num\u00e9rique impacte les op\u00e9rations quotidiennes<\/strong><br>C\u2019est particuli\u00e8rement vrai pour le personnel de soutien assumant des fonctions de service \u00e0 la client\u00e8le, ainsi que pour les activit\u00e9s de formation des recrues et le d\u00e9veloppement continu des comp\u00e9tences des employ\u00e9s existants. La transformation num\u00e9rique promet d\u2019automatiser les t\u00e2ches r\u00e9p\u00e9titives pour permettre au personnel de soutien de se concentrer sur des t\u00e2ches plus importantes, comme la r\u00e9solution des dossiers singuliers. Cela dit, plusieurs difficult\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 relev\u00e9es dans la mise en \u0153uvre de la transformation num\u00e9rique, comme l\u2019augmentation de la quantit\u00e9 d\u2019information produite par ces outils, rendant n\u00e9cessaire une analyse approfondie afin d\u2019identifier les donn\u00e9es utiles.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les clients plus jeunes, plus instruits et \u00e0 l\u2019aise avec le num\u00e9rique exigent des services automatis\u00e9s<\/strong><br>Inversement, les clients plus \u00e2g\u00e9s trouvent souvent les outils num\u00e9riques intimidants. Par cons\u00e9quent, certains syst\u00e8mes num\u00e9riques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 adapt\u00e9s pour permettre la cr\u00e9ation de documents papier en d\u00e9pit de la transition num\u00e9rique.
