de la r\u00e9gion du Grand Moncton signalent qu\u2019il est difficile de trouver et de former du personnel qualifi\u00e9, une situation qui pourrait s\u2019aggraver en raison des d\u00e9parts \u00e0 la retraite pr\u00e9vus et du ralentissement de la croissance d\u00e9mographique. Les jeunes peuvent combler cette lacune en mati\u00e8re d\u2019emploi s\u2019ils connaissent les possibilit\u00e9s de carri\u00e8re offertes dans la r\u00e9gion. Pour r\u00e9soudre ce probl\u00e8me, la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique\u00a03+ (maintenant appel\u00e9e la <a href=\"https:\/\/ede.nbse.ca\/fr\/\">Commission de services r\u00e9gionaux du Sud-Est<\/a>) a lanc\u00e9 un projet de visites virtuelles en milieu de travail pour pr\u00e9senter aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves du secondaire le potentiel des carri\u00e8res dans des secteurs prioritaires. Le projet a \u00e9galement donn\u00e9 aux entreprises l\u2019occasion de promouvoir leurs secteurs. Le projet comprenait la cr\u00e9ation de vid\u00e9os sur ces secteurs, la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un bureau de conf\u00e9renci\u00e8res et conf\u00e9renciers et l\u2019achat de casques de r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle programm\u00e9s et offrant 15\u00a0exp\u00e9riences professionnelles diff\u00e9rentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">En deux ans, l\u2019\u00e9quipe du projet a coordonn\u00e9 14&nbsp;visites virtuelles en fran\u00e7ais et en anglais. Un total de 4\u2009975&nbsp;\u00e9l\u00e8ves de 33&nbsp;classes anglophones et 166&nbsp;classes francophones ont assist\u00e9 \u00e0 ces visites. L\u2019\u00e9quipe a jet\u00e9 les bases du bureau des conf\u00e9rences en cr\u00e9ant un site Web proposant 20&nbsp;conf\u00e9renci\u00e8res et conf\u00e9renciers anglophones. Ils sont \u00e9galement confront\u00e9s \u00e0 une p\u00e9nurie de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre imminente en raison des d\u00e9parts \u00e0 la retraite pr\u00e9vus et de la croissance d\u00e9mographique insuffisante pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la demande. Selon les estimations, la r\u00e9gion du Grand Moncton aura besoin de 7\u2009000&nbsp;nouveaux et travailleurs et travailleuses d\u2019ici la fin des ann\u00e9es&nbsp;2020 pour remplacer les personnes qui prendront leur retraite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les jeunes ont le potentiel d\u2019occuper ces postes lors de leur entr\u00e9e sur le march\u00e9 du travail. Cependant, de nombreux jeunes ne sont pas au courant des cheminements de carri\u00e8re offerts dans leurs communaut\u00e9s. De plus, la perception selon laquelle les possibilit\u00e9s de carri\u00e8re locales sont limit\u00e9es incite souvent les jeunes \u00e0 partir vers d\u2019autres r\u00e9gions \u00e0 la recherche d\u2019opportunit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La r\u00e9gion a prioris\u00e9 la croissance dans les secteurs suivants&nbsp;: l\u2019innovation en sant\u00e9, les technologies financi\u00e8res, la construction et les m\u00e9tiers, les transports, le commerce de d\u00e9tail et le tourisme, ainsi que la fabrication de pointe. Le concept original pr\u00e9voyait des visites en direct, mais le concept de visite virtuelle a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 pendant la pand\u00e9mie. L\u2019objectif \u00e9tait de pr\u00e9senter les possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019emploi r\u00e9gionales et d\u2019aider les \u00e9l\u00e8ves \u00e0 explorer diff\u00e9rentes options de carri\u00e8re. Les activit\u00e9s du projet comprenaient&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Des visites virtuelles d\u2019entreprises de secteurs choisis de l\u2019industrie, anim\u00e9es par des \u00e9l\u00e8ves et diffus\u00e9es via Microsoft Teams ou YouTube.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Des vid\u00e9os pr\u00e9sentant diff\u00e9rents secteurs, qu\u2019il \u00e9tait possible de visionner avant les visites virtuelles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un bureau de conf\u00e9renci\u00e8res et conf\u00e9renciers professionnels qui ont visit\u00e9 les salles de classe pour parler de leur parcours professionnel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Des casques de r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle pr\u00e9programm\u00e9s permettant de simuler des exp\u00e9riences de carri\u00e8re, offrant ainsi des possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019apprentissage par l\u2019exp\u00e9rience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Les visites ont \u00e9t\u00e9 offertes aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves des districts scolaires anglophones et francophones. Le Groupe d\u2019information sur le march\u00e9 du travail du Partenariat pour le march\u00e9 du travail du Sud-Est (SLMP) a recommand\u00e9 des secteurs en croissance. Les responsables de la coordination ont choisi des entreprises qui repr\u00e9sentaient les secteurs suivants&nbsp;: transports, construction et m\u00e9tiers, innovation en sant\u00e9, \u00e9ducation postsecondaire, TI, commerce de d\u00e9tail et tourisme, fabrication de pointe et technologies financi\u00e8res. Toutes les vid\u00e9os ont \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9es sur une cha\u00eene YouTube.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les objectifs \u00e9taient que les \u00e9l\u00e8ves se renseignent sur d\u2019autres options de carri\u00e8re dans la r\u00e9gion, que les entreprises fassent la promotion de leur industrie aupr\u00e8s d\u2019un bassin de futurs talents et d\u2019\u00e9tablir des liens entre les entreprises et les jeunes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les objectifs \u00e0 long terme \u00e9taient d\u2019encourager les jeunes \u00e0 rester dans la r\u00e9gion en poursuivant des \u00e9tudes et une formation pertinentes, et que les entreprises emploient des travailleuses et travailleurs qualifi\u00e9s de la r\u00e9gion.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"what-were-learning\" class=\"wp-block-ob-blocks-anchor-point\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column gradient-top purple is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color\" id=\"TheResult\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-240819\" style=\"width: 24px;height: 24px;margin-right: 10px;position: relative; top: -2px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Fill-1-1.svg\" alt=\"\"> Ce que nous apprenons<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce projet a permis la r\u00e9alisation de 14&nbsp;visites virtuelles, auxquelles ont particip\u00e9 4\u2009975&nbsp;\u00e9l\u00e8ves de 33&nbsp;classes anglophones et de 166&nbsp;classes francophones. L\u2019\u00e9valuation du projet a comport\u00e9 des entrevues avec sept personnes. Parmi ces sept personnes, il y avait des entreprises h\u00f4tes des \u00e9l\u00e8ves, des agents de liaison du conseil scolaire et des \u00e9l\u00e8ves ayant particip\u00e9 au projet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il \u00e9tait trop t\u00f4t pour d\u00e9terminer l\u2019impact du projet sur la prise de d\u00e9cision concernant la carri\u00e8re. Cependant, toutes les personnes interrog\u00e9es ont convenu que les visites \u00e9taient une ressource utile pour exposer les \u00e9l\u00e8ves \u00e0 des secteurs et \u00e0 des opportunit\u00e9s qu\u2019ils ne connaissaient pas. Un des r\u00e9sultats pourrait \u00eatre que les \u00e9l\u00e8ves prendront des d\u00e9cisions plus \u00e9clair\u00e9es. L\u2019\u00e9quipe a embauch\u00e9 une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de production pour produire des vid\u00e9os sur les secteurs d\u2019affaires et organiser les visites virtuelles. Bien que cette approche ait \u00e9t\u00e9 co\u00fbteuse et longue, les visites virtuelles ont permis d\u2019\u00e9largir consid\u00e9rablement la port\u00e9e, y compris aupr\u00e8s des \u00e9l\u00e8ves en milieu rural et d\u2019entreprises plus diversifi\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les deux recommandations cl\u00e9s suivantes pourraient am\u00e9liorer la mise en \u0153uvre \u00e0 l\u2019avenir&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>S\u2019aligner sur les programmes d\u2019\u00e9tudes et les horaires des \u00e9coles<\/strong><br>Le projet a b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d\u2019une plus grande mobilisation du district scolaire francophone, qui a repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 83&nbsp;% des classes participantes. La raison probable \u00e9tait que le programme d\u2019\u00e9tudes francophone avait des objectifs d\u2019apprentissage qui correspondaient aux objectifs des visites virtuelles. Pr\u00e9voir le moment de pr\u00e9sentation des visites \u00e9tait un d\u00e9fi. Par exemple, les enseignantes et enseignants de sciences \u00e9taient plus dispos\u00e9s \u00e0 utiliser le temps de classe pour des visites guid\u00e9es virtuelles sur l\u2019innovation en sant\u00e9 que celles sur des industries moins pertinentes \u00e0 leur sujet. L\u2019approche multidimensionnelle de ce projet, qui comprenait \u00e9galement un bureau de conf\u00e9rences et des simulations de carri\u00e8re en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle dans
