Le projet visait \u00e0 impliquer les femmes et les personnes handicap\u00e9es propri\u00e9taires de petites entreprises dans les secteurs les plus touch\u00e9s par la COVID-19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le contenu du cours a mis l\u2019accent sur les comp\u00e9tences en mati\u00e8re d\u2019innovation qui sont pertinentes pour \u00e9tablir des strat\u00e9gies de travail \u00e0 distance durables et \u00e0 long terme. L\u2019objectif \u00e9tait d\u2019aider les propri\u00e9taires de PME \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper une approche du travail \u00e0 distance adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 leur contexte et de leur fournir des comp\u00e9tences pouvant \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9es \u00e0 d\u2019autres aspects de leur activit\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En outre, pointA poss\u00e9dait une vaste exp\u00e9rience en mati\u00e8re de conseil aux entreprises de la r\u00e9gion du Grand Toronto, mais estimait que ses connaissances pouvaient profiter \u00e0 un plus grand nombre d\u2019entreprises \u00e0 travers le Canada.&nbsp; Par cons\u00e9quent, ce projet a repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 une sorte de test de faisabilit\u00e9 pour l\u2019\u00e9largissement de la programmation de pointA par le biais de canaux en ligne d\u00e9di\u00e9s.&nbsp; L\u2019\u00e9quipe a \u00e9galement travaill\u00e9 avec le&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/fr\/engage\/le-laboratoire-dinnovation\/\">programme Acc\u00e9l\u00e9rat<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/fr\/engage\/le-laboratoire-dinnovation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">eur<\/a>&nbsp;&nbsp;du Centre des Comp\u00e9tences futures afin d\u2019\u00e9tudier comment l\u2019organisation pourrait cr\u00e9er une offre durable, \u00e0 plus long terme, \u00e0 partir des connaissances et des atouts de ce projet.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"what-were-learning\" class=\"wp-block-ob-blocks-anchor-point\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column gradient-top purple is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color\" id=\"TheResult\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-240819\" style=\"width: 24px;height: 24px;margin-right: 10px;position: relative; top: -2px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Fill-1-1.svg\" alt=\"\"> Ce que nous apprenons<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Recrutement<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>73 participants ont pris part au cours virtuel de 4 semaines sur deux cycles, ce qui est loin de l\u2019objectif initial de 350. pointA a d\u2019abord fait la promotion de son offre de cours par le biais de webinaires, d\u2019infolettres et de r\u00e9f\u00e9rences, mais cela s\u2019est av\u00e9r\u00e9 moins efficace que pr\u00e9vu pour atteindre les groupes cibl\u00e9s. En collaboration avec un conseiller en marketing, l\u2019\u00e9quipe du projet a \u00e9labor\u00e9 d\u2019autres supports de communication, notamment des publicit\u00e9s payantes sur les m\u00e9dias sociaux. En fin de compte, l\u2019approche la plus efficace a consist\u00e9 \u00e0 envoyer des courriels directement cibl\u00e9s \u00e0 500 organisations \u00e0 travers le Canada et \u00e0 inviter leurs membres ou parties prenantes \u00e0 s\u2019inscrire au cours. En cons\u00e9quence, des organisations comme Magnet, StartUp Canada, Mentor Works, Imagine Canada, Go Forth Institute, Indo-Canada Chamber of Commerce, Women Entrepreneurship, Canadian Association of Women in Construction et Women\u2019s Enterprise Centre of British Columbia ont contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 promouvoir le cours de pointA aupr\u00e8s de leurs r\u00e9seaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La mise en place d\u2019un r\u00e9seau d\u2019autres organisations \u00e0 travers le Canada \u00e9tait essentielle pour permettre \u00e0 pointA d\u2019attirer des participants et d\u2019\u00e9tendre son offre \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble du pays. En consacrant plus de temps aux consultations communautaires afin d\u2019identifier les besoins des participants et les solutions potentielles, l\u2019organisation aurait pu am\u00e9liorer son parcours plus rapidement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De m\u00eame, des objectifs de recrutement moins \u00e9lev\u00e9s (du moins au d\u00e9part) auraient pu produire une offre attrayante \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle du Canada dans un d\u00e9lai plus court. pointA a eu des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 atteindre ses objectifs initiaux en mati\u00e8re de participants et la fixation d\u2019objectifs plus g\u00e9rables aurait pu r\u00e9duire le stress du personnel du projet et permettre d\u2019apporter davantage d\u2019am\u00e9liorations au projet sur la base d\u2019une mise en \u0153uvre anticip\u00e9e. Cette approche aurait \u00e9galement favoris\u00e9 le recrutement des participants les plus susceptibles de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier des services. En validant et en perfectionnant son cours plus t\u00f4t dans le processus, pointA aurait pu \u00e9tendre sa port\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble du Canada plus facilement et plus efficacement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Culture num\u00e9rique<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les premi\u00e8res plateformes en ligne de pointA ont involontairement cr\u00e9\u00e9 des obstacles pour les participants. De nombreux participants ont eu des difficult\u00e9s avec le processus d\u2019inscription en ligne et avec Google Classroom, en particulier ceux qui n\u2019avaient pas de compte Google. Le projet est finalement pass\u00e9 \u00e0 une communication par courriel et \u00e0 une page web plus simple, qui s\u2019est av\u00e9r\u00e9e plus efficace et plus inclusive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Practical, personalized support<br><\/strong>The language used in course material was very important. Terms such as \u201cinnovation\u201d and \u201cstrategy\u201d were vague and unclear to end users, stakeholders, and supporters, and pointA found better results with more concrete and descriptive language. In addition, pointA learned that many SMEs run by women in particular were interested in coaching or consulting to address their specific remote work issues. En outre, pointA a appris que de nombreuses PME dirig\u00e9es par des femmes en particulier \u00e9taient int\u00e9ress\u00e9es par des services de coaching ou de conseil pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 leurs probl\u00e8mes particuliers en mati\u00e8re de travail \u00e0 distance. Par cons\u00e9quent, l\u2019\u00e9quipe du projet a cr\u00e9\u00e9 une s\u00e9ance individuelle sur mesure pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins individuels des entreprises, ce qui a rendu le cours plus utile pour les participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Efficacit\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De nombreux participants \u00e9taient r\u00e9ticents \u00e0 remplir des enqu\u00eates formelles et \u00e0 fournir des donn\u00e9es syst\u00e9matiques sur l\u2019ach\u00e8vement des cours ou la r\u00e9ussite des participants. Bien qu\u2019il soit difficile de d\u00e9terminer si les connaissances et les comp\u00e9tences des participants en mati\u00e8re de travail \u00e0 distance ont \u00e9t\u00e9 am\u00e9lior\u00e9es, pointA a constat\u00e9 que les PME \u00e9taient toujours \u00e0 la recherche de solutions de travail \u00e0 distance trois ans apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9but de la pand\u00e9mie. De nombreux propri\u00e9taires d\u2019entreprises n\u2019avaient que peu d\u2019interlocuteurs avec lesquels ils pouvaient discuter de cette question et beaucoup se sont sentis isol\u00e9s face \u00e0 ce probl\u00e8me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En outre, les PME participantes ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu\u2019elles \u00e9taient pr\u00eates \u00e0 payer des centaines de dollars par mois pour des services s\u2019ils pr\u00e9sentaient des avantages concrets pour leur entreprise. Parmi ceux qui \u00e9taient int\u00e9ress\u00e9s par ce soutien, pointA n\u2019a pas trouv\u00e9 de tendances dans des industries ou des tailles d\u2019entreprises particuli\u00e8res, mais a constat\u00e9 que les PME int\u00e9ress\u00e9es avaient souvent une culture forte et\/ou une direction ouverte \u00e0 de nouvelles approches et souhaitant une strat\u00e9gie intentionnelle pour le travail \u00e0 distance. Le langage utilis\u00e9 a \u00e9galement un effet consid\u00e9rable sur la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 impliquer les chefs d\u2019entreprise. Ce projet fournit un exemple de crit\u00e8res qui encouragent les PME \u00e0 faire des investissements, dans ce cas, s\u2019ils ont une incidence tr\u00e8s imm\u00e9diate ou directe sur leurs r\u00e9sultats, par exemple le passage au travail \u00e0 distance en cas de pand\u00e9mie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les financeurs doivent d\u00e9finir une approche claire en mati\u00e8re d\u2019apprentissage et d\u2019\u00e9valuation et aider les b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires du financement \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre l\u2019approche d\u2019\u00e9valuation, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant.
