l\u2019utilisation de comp\u00e9tences et de plateformes num\u00e9riques a permis une \u00e9volution majeure vers le travail \u00e0 distance. Cette \u00e9volution rapide a oblig\u00e9 de nombreuses industries et de nombreux professionnels \u00e0 s\u2019adapter \u00e0 de nouveaux outils et concepts technologiques, alors m\u00eame que la num\u00e9risation&nbsp;tendait \u00e0 s\u2019intensifier avant la pand\u00e9mie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce projet a utilis\u00e9 des m\u00e9thodes d\u2019apprentissage automatique et des donn\u00e9es provenant de neuf millions d\u2019annonces d\u2019emploi canadiennes collect\u00e9es entre janvier 2020 et juin 2023 pour comprendre comment la demande de comp\u00e9tences num\u00e9riques a \u00e9volu\u00e9 depuis la pand\u00e9mie et l\u2019importance des comp\u00e9tences non techniques ou non techniques, m\u00eame dans les lieux de travail et les professions num\u00e9riques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que les comp\u00e9tences num\u00e9riques les plus demand\u00e9es continuent de concerner les t\u00e2ches g\u00e9n\u00e9rales de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre \u2013 des comp\u00e9tences num\u00e9riques \u00e0 faible intensit\u00e9 qui sont pertinentes quel que soit le secteur ou l\u2019industrie. Avec l\u2019essor de l\u2019IA au cours de l\u2019ann\u00e9e \u00e9coul\u00e9e, la demande de comp\u00e9tences en intelligence artificielle augmente, mais dans l\u2019ensemble, la demande de comp\u00e9tences \u00e0 forte intensit\u00e9 num\u00e9rique a moins \u00e9volu\u00e9 au cours de la pand\u00e9mie. La demande de comp\u00e9tences non num\u00e9riques dans les domaines de la sant\u00e9, de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de l\u2019environnement a \u00e9galement connu une croissance significative, refl\u00e9tant l\u2019impact g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9 des protocoles de sant\u00e9. Le projet a \u00e9galement r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que les employeurs recherchent toujours des comp\u00e9tences hybrides (num\u00e9riques et non num\u00e9riques) \u2013 le plus souvent des comp\u00e9tences num\u00e9riques g\u00e9n\u00e9rales pour la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre associ\u00e9es \u00e0 des comp\u00e9tences en mati\u00e8re de travail d\u2019\u00e9quipe, de communication et de gestion du temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les organismes de formation et les d\u00e9cideurs devraient int\u00e9grer les r\u00e9sultats de cette analyse dans leurs d\u00e9cisions de programmation \u2013 en veillant \u00e0 ce que la culture des comp\u00e9tences num\u00e9riques g\u00e9n\u00e9rales de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre ne soit pas perdue, car ce sont les comp\u00e9tences les plus recherch\u00e9es par les employeurs dans toute une s\u00e9rie de secteurs et d\u2019industries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group key-insights-grey has-background is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"background-color:#0000000d\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Perspectives cl\u00e9s<\/strong><\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default is-flex\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-243230\" style=\"width: 40px;margin-right: 16px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/No.svg\" alt=\"\">31\u00a0% de toutes les comp\u00e9tences num\u00e9riques identifi\u00e9es \u00e9taient des comp\u00e9tences \u00e0 faible intensit\u00e9 num\u00e9rique utilis\u00e9es par la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre dans toutes les professions et tous les secteurs d\u2019activit\u00e9. Par exemple, les comp\u00e9tences Microsoft Suite sont mentionn\u00e9es plus de quatre millions de fois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-flex\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-243230\" style=\"width: 40px; margin-right: 16px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/No-1.svg\" alt=\"\">Les comp\u00e9tences num\u00e9riques relatives aux programmes de la suite Microsoft apparaissent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s des comp\u00e9tences non num\u00e9riques, des comp\u00e9tences socio-\u00e9motionnelles telles que la communication et le travail d\u2019\u00e9quipe, et des comp\u00e9tences professionnelles plus g\u00e9n\u00e9rales telles que le service \u00e0 la client\u00e8le.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-flex\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-243230\" style=\"width: 40px; margin-right: 16px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/No-2.svg\" alt=\"\">La proportion d\u2019annonces d\u2019emploi n\u00e9cessitant des comp\u00e9tences en IA est pass\u00e9e d\u2019environ 0,6\u00a0% au d\u00e9but de 2023 \u00e0 1,7\u00a0% en septembre 2023.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"the-issue\" class=\"wp-block-ob-blocks-anchor-point\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column gradient-top purple is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color\" id=\"TheChallenge\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-240812\" style=\"width: 12px;height: 24px;margin-right: 10px;position: relative; top: -2px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Vector-2.svg\" alt=\"\"> L\u2019enjeu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group flex-print is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p>Bien que la num\u00e9risation de l\u2019\u00e9conomie et l\u2019adoption des technologies par toutes sortes d\u2019organisations soient des tendances transformationnelles \u00e0 long terme, la pand\u00e9mie de la COVID-19 a provoqu\u00e9 une acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration majeure pour de larges segments de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre. La main-d\u2019\u0153uvre a rapidement \u00e9volu\u00e9 vers des dispositions de travail \u00e0 distance, passant leurs journ\u00e9es sur des plateformes de vid\u00e9oconf\u00e9rence num\u00e9rique comme Zoom et Microsoft Teams pour les r\u00e9unions, et sur des outils de collaboration comme Slack et Trello pour la planification et la gestion des t\u00e2ches. Il incombe donc de plus en plus \u00e0 la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre de poss\u00e9der des niveaux croissants de culture et de comp\u00e9tences num\u00e9riques sur tous les lieux de travail. Toutefois, cette tendance g\u00e9n\u00e9rale masque la croissance de comp\u00e9tences num\u00e9riques plus sp\u00e9cifiques, notamment les logiciels de cartographie \u00e9lectronique dans le domaine des soins de sant\u00e9, et les comp\u00e9tences g\u00e9n\u00e9rales de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre associ\u00e9es au travail \u00e0 distance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les comp\u00e9tences num\u00e9riques les plus demand\u00e9es concernent les t\u00e2ches g\u00e9n\u00e9rales de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre<\/strong><br>Comme en 2019, la comp\u00e9tence num\u00e9rique la plus demand\u00e9e est, de loin, la suite Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access), que l\u2019on retrouve dans plus de 20\u00a0% des annonces d\u2019emploi.
