des taux de ch\u00f4mage disproportionnellement \u00e9lev\u00e9s, un d\u00e9fi qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 consid\u00e9rablement exacerb\u00e9 pendant la pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19. Les perturbations \u00e9conomiques de la pand\u00e9mie ont frapp\u00e9 particuli\u00e8rement durement les communaut\u00e9s autochtones et amplifi\u00e9 les obstacles pr\u00e9existants.<br>De plus, pendant la pand\u00e9mie, un certain nombre d\u2019\u00e9tablissements d\u2019enseignement postsecondaire ont \u00e9t\u00e9 lents \u00e0 r\u00e9agir aux d\u00e9fis \u00e9mergents du march\u00e9 du travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2020, le Manitoba Institute of Trades and Technology (MITT) a mis \u00e0 l\u2019essai Success@Work Skills, un programme de formation rapide con\u00e7u pour soutenir le bien-\u00eatre \u00e0 long terme et la r\u00e9ussite professionnelle de 40 jeunes Autochtones. \u00c9labor\u00e9 en r\u00e9ponse aux d\u00e9fis amplifi\u00e9s par la pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19, le programme combine des microcertifications fond\u00e9es sur les comp\u00e9tences, des programmes d\u2019\u00e9tudes adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 la culture et des mesures de soutien globales pour donner aux participantes et participants les comp\u00e9tences et la confiance n\u00e9cessaires pour prosp\u00e9rer dans leurs domaines de pr\u00e9dilection, tout en aidant \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux besoins changeants de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les six comp\u00e9tences de base qui sous-tendent les comp\u00e9tences Success@Work de MITT sont le professionnalisme, l\u2019adaptabilit\u00e9, l\u2019initiative, la r\u00e9solution de probl\u00e8mes, la communication et la collaboration. Le programme s\u2019est concentr\u00e9 sur ces six comp\u00e9tences parce qu\u2019elles sont transf\u00e9rables d\u2019une profession \u00e0 l\u2019autre si les exigences du poste fluctuent et que les besoins des employeurs \u00e9voluent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Le projet a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 qu\u2019une approche syst\u00e9mique rapide avec des composantes coh\u00e9rentes et interconnect\u00e9es peut \u00eatre b\u00e9n\u00e9fique tant pour les jeunes Autochtones que pour les employeurs. Le succ\u00e8s du projet a repos\u00e9 sur un certain nombre de facteurs critiques. Premi\u00e8rement, la m\u00e9thode de prestation et la conception des programmes d\u2019\u00e9tudes, qui mettaient l\u2019accent sur des m\u00e9thodes appropri\u00e9es pour les jeunes Autochtones (p. ex. l\u2019accent mis sur la compr\u00e9hension de soi), ont am\u00e9lior\u00e9 les r\u00e9sultats du programme. Deuxi\u00e8mement, le contenu de la formation a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u et valid\u00e9 par les employeurs, ce qui allait leur permettre d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir les comp\u00e9tences dont ils avaient besoin. Le MITT a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 cela en \u00e9tablissant des partenariats strat\u00e9giques avec les industries locales et les employeurs confront\u00e9s \u00e0 des p\u00e9nuries de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre, cr\u00e9ant ainsi un lien r\u00e9actif entre la formation et les opportunit\u00e9s d\u2019emploi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group key-insights-grey has-background is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"background-color:#0000000d\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Perspectives cl\u00e9s<\/strong><\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default is-flex\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-243230\" style=\"width: 40px;margin-right: 16px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/No.svg\" alt=\"\">La cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un programme de formation et d\u2019un contenu \u00e9ducatif adapt\u00e9s aux jeunes Autochtones (par exemple, en int\u00e9grant une perspective \u00e0 double regard et une meilleure compr\u00e9hension de soi dans le programme scolaire) a permis d\u2019obtenir de meilleurs r\u00e9sultats et de favoriser une collaboration accrue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-flex\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-243230\" style=\"width: 40px; margin-right: 16px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/No-1.svg\" alt=\"\">Les mesures de soutien globales tant pour les apprenantes et apprenants que pour les employeurs am\u00e9liorent les r\u00e9sultats de la formation en mati\u00e8re d\u2019emploi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-flex\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-243230\" style=\"width: 40px; margin-right: 16px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/No-2.svg\" alt=\"\">Les microcertifications bas\u00e9es sur les comp\u00e9tences et la demande aident \u00e0 valider et \u00e0 formaliser les comp\u00e9tences g\u00e9n\u00e9rales, comme la communication, le travail d\u2019\u00e9quipe et la r\u00e9solution de probl\u00e8mes, qui sont souvent consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme difficiles \u00e0 \u00e9valuer ou \u00e0 prouver. Cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 particuli\u00e8rement \u00e9vident pendant la pand\u00e9mie qui a entrain\u00e9 des changements majeurs dans les exigences en mati\u00e8re de comp\u00e9tences des emplois. Les jeunes Autochtones apportent des forces, des perspectives et des exp\u00e9riences v\u00e9cues pr\u00e9cieuses \u00e0 la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre en \u00e9volution d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui, et une transition vers des pratiques de formation et d\u2019embauche plus inclusives et ax\u00e9es sur les comp\u00e9tences peut aider \u00e0 lib\u00e9rer et \u00e0 reconnaitre ces atouts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien que les \u00e9tablissements d\u2019enseignement postsecondaire aient tendance \u00e0 soutenir que les comp\u00e9tences de base de cette nature sont int\u00e9gr\u00e9es \u00e0 tous leurs programmes, ils n\u2019ont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas enseign\u00e9 les comp\u00e9tences g\u00e9n\u00e9rales de mani\u00e8re d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9e. Il devient de plus en plus urgent pour les \u00e9tablissements d\u2019enseignement postsecondaire de r\u00e9agir rapidement et efficacement \u00e0 un march\u00e9 du travail en \u00e9volution rapide. Il est de plus en plus n\u00e9cessaire que les programmes \u00e9ducatifs soient hautement personnalis\u00e9s pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins particuliers des personnes qui se heurtent \u00e0 des obstacles uniques \u00e0 la formation et \u00e0 l\u2019emploi, ainsi qu\u2019aux besoins des industries diversifi\u00e9es et des postes professionnels en \u00e9volution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La personnalisation des programmes d\u2019\u00e9tudes est essentielle pour que la formation aux comp\u00e9tences relatives \u00e0 l\u2019employabilit\u00e9 soit efficace. Cependant, les tentatives pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes de cr\u00e9ation de programmes d\u2019\u00e9tudes comportant des comp\u00e9tences transf\u00e9rables n\u2019ont souvent pas r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux besoins sp\u00e9cifiques des employeurs et des apprenantes et apprenants. Il est urgent de comprendre comment s\u2019assurer que les programmes de comp\u00e9tences de base soient \u00e0 la fois pertinents et attrayants. L\u2019initiative visait \u00e0 cr\u00e9er une exp\u00e9rience d\u2019apprentissage plus significative et culturellement pertinente en combinant des microcertifications fond\u00e9es sur les comp\u00e9tences, des soutiens globaux et une formation personnalis\u00e9e. Dans le cadre de ce projet pilote, le MITT a explor\u00e9 comment un processus de personnalisation rapide pourrait mieux refl\u00e9ter les aspirations, les forces et les r\u00e9alit\u00e9s des jeunes Autochtones, tout en r\u00e9pondant aux besoins changeants du march\u00e9 du travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En particulier, les six comp\u00e9tences de Success@Work Skills du MITT ont \u00e9t\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9es dans leur certificat d\u2019ouvrier en construction. Ce certificat est le seul programme du MITT dont l\u2019inscription est compos\u00e9e \u00e0 100&nbsp;% d\u2019Autochtones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour mesurer le succ\u00e8s global, les responsables ont men\u00e9 des entrevues, r\u00e9alis\u00e9 des analyses et valid\u00e9 les changements propos\u00e9s. Les programmes modulaires Success@Work Skills ont \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7us pour \u00eatre flexibles, ce qui leur a permis d\u2019\u00eatre dispens\u00e9s en tant que programmes autonomes ou int\u00e9gr\u00e9s \u00e0 d\u2019autres cours, comme la formation technique. Cette adaptabilit\u00e9 permet de s\u2019assurer que les programmes d\u2019\u00e9tudes peuvent \u00eatre rapidement personnalis\u00e9s pour s\u2019aligner sur les exigences changeantes de l\u2019industrie, ce qui am\u00e9liore la pertinence et l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de la formation des divers programmes coll\u00e9giaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Int\u00e9grer l\u2019industrie dans la conception renforce l\u2019utilit\u00e9 du programme<\/strong><br>La formation personnalis\u00e9e, \u00e9labor\u00e9e \u00e0 la suite d\u2019\u00e9valuations approfondies des besoins aupr\u00e8s des employeurs, a permis de combler les lacunes de comp\u00e9tences relev\u00e9es par l\u2019industrie et de r\u00e9pondre aux besoins particuliers des individus.
