candidats qualifi\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Magnet et Economic Development Winnipeg (EDW) ont consult\u00e9 diverses parties prenantes afin d\u2019\u00e9tudier comment d\u00e9ployer une technologie qui faciliterait les contacts entre employeurs et chercheurs d\u2019emploi et g\u00e9n\u00e9raliserait la prestation de services complets \u00e0 l\u2019intention des chercheurs d\u2019emploi. Le portail Travailler au Manitoba a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9 en 2022. Il est propuls\u00e9 par Magnet, un centre d\u2019innovation ax\u00e9 sur l\u2019avenir du travail situ\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 m\u00e9tropolitaine de Toronto.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis, Travailler au Manitoba sert de plateforme centralis\u00e9e qui relie les tableaux d\u2019affichage des offres d\u2019emploi et des missions commerciales int\u00e9rieurs et internationaux. Ainsi, les employeurs sont \u00e0 m\u00eame de joindre les chercheurs d\u2019emploi de plusieurs bureaux de placement en publiant une seule annonce. La diss\u00e9mination des efforts de recrutement entre ces canaux s\u2019av\u00e9rait compliqu\u00e9e et co\u00fbteuse et n\u2019offrait aucune garantie que les annonces parviennent aux bons talents.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour contribuer \u00e0 surmonter cet obstacle, la province a lanc\u00e9 le portail Travailler au Manitoba le 14&nbsp;novembre&nbsp;2022, comme mesure cibl\u00e9e pour faire cro\u00eetre l\u2019\u00e9conomie provinciale et favoriser des r\u00e9sultats positifs. Au fil du temps, d\u2019autres partenaires auront ainsi la possibilit\u00e9 de venir se greffer au r\u00e9seau afin que les utilisateurs aient acc\u00e8s \u00e0 un plus grand nombre de ressources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors de son lancement en 2022, le portail Travailler au Manitoba a \u00e9tabli un r\u00e9seau entre les employeurs et les fournisseurs de services, qui pouvaient tous ajouter des offres d\u2019emploi et des ressources susceptibles d\u2019\u00eatre consult\u00e9es par les chercheurs d\u2019emploi de l\u2019ensemble du r\u00e9seau manitobain de services d\u2019aide \u00e0 l\u2019emploi, des \u00e9tablissements postsecondaires canadiens et du monde entier.
