ant\u00e9rieure entre le Centre des Comp\u00e9tences futures (CCF) et le Work-Based Learning Consortium (WBLC), visait \u00e0 renforcer l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 et l\u2019efficience des programmes de perfectionnement dans divers secteurs.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce projet pilote innovant visait \u00e0 r\u00e9duire de 40 \u00e0 50&nbsp;p.&nbsp;100 la dur\u00e9e de trois programmes de perfectionnement, tout en pr\u00e9servant la qualit\u00e9 p\u00e9dagogique et l\u2019acquisition des comp\u00e9tences essentielles par les travailleurs. En parall\u00e8le, le projet visait \u00e0 approfondir nos connaissances en testant de nouvelles m\u00e9thodes, telles que l\u2019int\u00e9gration d\u2019outils d\u2019intelligence artificielle et de formats mixtes. L\u2019objectif \u00e9tait d\u2019\u00e9valuer l\u2019\u00e9volutivit\u00e9 et la transf\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 de cette approche \u00e0 d\u2019autres secteurs du Canada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans l&#8217;ensemble, cette approche a permis de r\u00e9duire la dur\u00e9e de formation de 26 \u00e0 16 semaines tout en maintenant un taux de r\u00e9ussite remarquable, avec pr\u00e8s de 90 p.&nbsp;100 des participants obtenant leur certification professionnelle sur tous les programmes. En outre, pour adapter la dur\u00e9e des formations aux rythmes de production parfois intenses et irr\u00e9guliers des entreprises, il s&#8217;est av\u00e9r\u00e9 essentiel de soutenir les formateurs et d&#8217;instaurer un calendrier officiel pour tout le programme d\u2019apprentissage mixte qui combine des modules en ligne et des s\u00e9ances en cours d&#8217;emploi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Enfin, l\u2019\u00e9volutivit\u00e9 et la transf\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 vers d\u2019autres secteurs ont affich\u00e9 des r\u00e9sultats positifs, notamment par la mise en place de nouveaux partenariats. Confront\u00e9s \u00e0 des difficult\u00e9s de recrutement et de maintien en poste des travailleurs qualifi\u00e9s, les employeurs ont exprim\u00e9 le besoin de combler des lacunes en comp\u00e9tences essentielles. Le projet avait pour objectif de tester de nouvelles approches pour renforcer les comp\u00e9tences techniques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, il s\u2019agissait de mettre au point et de mettre \u00e0 l\u2019essai diverses m\u00e9thodes novatrices visant une mont\u00e9e en comp\u00e9tences rapide, tout en proposant des solutions \u00e9prouv\u00e9es aux employeurs et aux employ\u00e9s. Nous avons test\u00e9 de nouvelles m\u00e9thodes permettant de r\u00e9duire la dur\u00e9e des formations tout en maintenant un niveau p\u00e9dagogique \u00e9lev\u00e9 et en satisfaisant aux exigences du poste.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons ainsi cherch\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9duire la dur\u00e9e de formation dans plusieurs programmes existants, tels que&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Machiniste sur mat\u00e9riel \u00e0 CNC (niveau&nbsp;1)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Configuration des lignes de production \u00e0 CNC&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Op\u00e9rateur de machine \u00e0 CNC&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>De nouveaux programmes ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7us afin de satisfaire les nouveaux besoins, notamment des modalit\u00e9s telles que l\u2019apprentissage en ligne, l\u2019instruction virtuelle, les sessions pratiques en atelier, l\u2019encadrement et les \u00e9valuations \u00e0 distance. Ces formations visaient notamment les postes suivants&nbsp;:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Emballeur dans le secteur des biens de consommation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technicien en installation graphique dans le secteur de l\u2019affichage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Op\u00e9rateur de fabrication industrielle dans le secteur de la fabrication industrielle&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technicien en r\u00e9paration de pales d\u2019\u00e9oliennes dans le secteur des \u00e9nergies renouvelables<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans ce cadre, les partenaires ont mis en place une solution permettant d\u2019\u00e9valuer \u00e0 distance les stagiaires directement sur les sites des clients dans le pays. Parall\u00e8lement, ils ont lanc\u00e9 un programme de mentorat destin\u00e9 aux responsables techniques, ax\u00e9 sur le rendement, la qualit\u00e9 des interactions interpersonnelles et la r\u00e9alisation du potentiel personnel.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, un outil d\u2019intelligence artificielle a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place afin d\u2019aider les nouveaux arrivants dans l\u2019industrie, particuli\u00e8rement les immigrants, \u00e0 ma\u00eetriser le vocabulaire technique li\u00e9 \u00e0 la fabrication de pointe.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"what-were-learning\" class=\"wp-block-ob-blocks-anchor-point\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column gradient-top purple is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color\" id=\"TheResult\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-240819\" style=\"width: 24px;height: 24px;margin-right: 10px;position: relative; top: -2px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Fill-1-1.svg\" alt=\"\"> Ce que nous apprenons<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Plus de 110&nbsp;participants ont suivi divers programmes pratiques adapt\u00e9s aux emplois qualifi\u00e9s, avec un taux de certification avoisinant les 90&nbsp;p.&nbsp;100.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L\u2019\u00e9tablissement d\u2019un calendrier pr\u00e9cis et de mesures de soutien adapt\u00e9es a permis d\u2019att\u00e9nuer les contraintes temporelles. <\/strong>La disponibilit\u00e9 des stagiaires et des formateurs d\u00e9pend largement des cycles de production des entreprises. Ce facteur a une incidence directe sur le rythme du programme de perfectionnement acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9, pr\u00e9vu pour r\u00e9duire les d\u00e9lais de formation. Ce d\u00e9fi a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019autant plus marqu\u00e9 que les employ\u00e9s exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s, souvent sollicit\u00e9s comme formateurs, font face \u00e0 de fortes contraintes de temps. Le projet a ainsi mis en lumi\u00e8re la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 pour les entreprises de pr\u00e9voir des cr\u00e9neaux consacr\u00e9s \u00e0 la formation pratique. En outre, WBLC soutient les formateurs en entreprise en mettant \u00e0 leur disposition des accompagnateurs de suivi et des instructeurs sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s en apprentissage en ligne. Ce soutien permet d\u2019organiser et de planifier efficacement les t\u00e2ches hebdomadaires, r\u00e9duisant ainsi les interruptions de la production et facilitant la formation en cours d\u2019emploi. Dans ce cadre, le soutien de WBLC a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le d\u00e9terminant dans la r\u00e9ussite g\u00e9n\u00e9rale du projet.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le recours \u00e0 une approche de formation mixte s\u2019est av\u00e9r\u00e9 optimal pour tirer le meilleur parti du temps des travailleurs. <\/strong>Le programme a veill\u00e9 \u00e0 garantir la qualit\u00e9 de la formation en \u00e9laborant un mod\u00e8le d\u2019apprentissage mixte alliant formation en ligne et formation en cours d\u2019emploi. Cette approche a permis de r\u00e9duire de 26 \u00e0 16&nbsp;semaines la dur\u00e9e totale de la formation. La contribution importante des employeurs au contenu p\u00e9dagogique y est en grande partie responsable. Ainsi, le projet a syst\u00e9matiquement collabor\u00e9 avec des entreprises pour constituer un r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel de comp\u00e9tences d\u00e9fini par le secteur, lequel a servi de pierre angulaire \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9laboration du programme.
