du nombre croissant de femmes qui int\u00e8grent le secteur num\u00e9rique, les femmes demeurent largement sous-repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es dans les postes de direction. Cet \u00e9cart est d\u00fb \u00e0 la persistance des st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes de genre, \u00e0 des pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s en mati\u00e8re de recrutement et de promotion et \u00e0 des cultures d\u2019entreprise qui favorisent les normes masculines, cr\u00e9ant ainsi des environnements o\u00f9 les femmes se sentent exclues ou ont l\u2019impression de ne pas \u00eatre les bienvenues. Ces d\u00e9fis, associ\u00e9s \u00e0 un manque d\u2019accompagnement et de r\u00e9seaux de soutien, compliquent la progression des femmes dans l\u2019\u00e9conomie num\u00e9rique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour surmonter ces obstacles, l\u2019organisme Les Femmes en communications et technologie (FCT), en collaboration avec le Centre des comp\u00e9tences futures et le Diversity Institute, a mis en \u0153uvre le programme \u00ab&nbsp;Roberta Bondar&nbsp;\u00bb pour la promotion de carri\u00e8res en STIM et, plus r\u00e9cemment, le programme \u00ab&nbsp;Ouvrir des portes&nbsp;\u00bb. Ces initiatives visent \u00e0 fournir aux femmes le mentorat, les comp\u00e9tences et les possibilit\u00e9s de r\u00e9seautage n\u00e9cessaires pour d\u00e9crocher des postes de direction. En mettant l\u2019accent sur le mentorat, le perfectionnement des comp\u00e9tences et le soutien en ressources, ces programmes ont pour but de cr\u00e9er un solide r\u00e9seau de leadership pour les femmes, de r\u00e9duire leur isolement et de favoriser un sentiment d\u2019appartenance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lanc\u00e9 en 2016, le programme \u00ab&nbsp;Roberta Bondar&nbsp;\u00bb a aid\u00e9 pr\u00e8s de 100&nbsp;femmes et personnes non binaires et de diverses identit\u00e9s de genre dans le domaine des sciences, de la technologie, de l\u2019ing\u00e9nierie et des math\u00e9matiques (STIM) \u00e0 \u00e9tablir des r\u00e9seaux et \u00e0 explorer d\u2019autres possibilit\u00e9s de carri\u00e8re. Ce programme en ligne de 12&nbsp;mois comprenait des s\u00e9ances bimensuelles organis\u00e9es par FCT et ses partenaires des secteurs public et priv\u00e9. Chaque cohorte \u00e9tait limit\u00e9e \u00e0 20&nbsp;participantes. Bien que le programme ait permis d\u2019\u00e9largir et de diversifier les r\u00e9seaux des participantes, le rapport d\u2019\u00e9valuation a mis en \u00e9vidence la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019obtenir des r\u00e9sultats plus clairs, de proposer un programme de formation plus structur\u00e9 et des cohortes plus nombreuses afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la port\u00e9e et l\u2019incidence du programme. Ces conclusions ont jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le d\u00e9terminant dans l\u2019\u00e9laboration du programme \u00ab&nbsp;Ouvrir des portes&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le programme avait une port\u00e9e plus large et visait \u00e0 avoir une incidence plus importante en ciblant les femmes dans l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019\u00e9conomie num\u00e9rique plut\u00f4t que le secteur des STIM uniquement. Ses objectifs \u00e9taient plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment d\u00e9finis et mesurables, et se basaient sur un cadre de comp\u00e9tences clair ciblant quatre domaines principaux&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>un niveau accru de conscience sociale et personnelle;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des comp\u00e9tences essentielles;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le renforcement de la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 faire valoir ses valeurs, ses comp\u00e9tences, ses droits et ceux d\u2019autrui;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le renforcement de la confiance et l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires pour g\u00e9rer des discussions difficiles et contribuer de mani\u00e8re positive \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Le programme \u00ab&nbsp;Ouvrir des portes&nbsp;\u00bb, qui utilise une approche structur\u00e9e et \u00e9volutive, a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u pour les femmes ayant au moins un an d\u2019exp\u00e9rience professionnelle dans l\u2019\u00e9conomie num\u00e9rique. De novembre&nbsp;2023 \u00e0 mars&nbsp;2024, sept ateliers interactifs et une table ronde ont \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9s en ligne. \u00c0 l\u2019issue du programme, 52&nbsp;participantes ont obtenu un dipl\u00f4me. Les enqu\u00eates men\u00e9es avant et apr\u00e8s le programme ont permis de mesurer les am\u00e9liorations dans les quatre domaines de comp\u00e9tence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group key-insights-grey has-background is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"background-color:#0000000d\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Perspectives Cl\u00e9s<\/strong><\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default is-flex\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-243230\" style=\"width: 40px;margin-right: 16px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/No.svg\" alt=\"\">Cinquante-deux femmes et personnes non binaires issues d\u2019un large \u00e9ventail de secteurs de l\u2019\u00e9conomie num\u00e9rique ont obtenu leur dipl\u00f4me \u00e0 la fin du programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-flex\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-243230\" style=\"width: 40px; margin-right: 16px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/No-1.svg\" alt=\"\">L\u2019un des \u00e9l\u00e9ments cl\u00e9s de la conception du programme reposait sur l\u2019application d\u2019un cadre de comp\u00e9tences ax\u00e9 sur les aptitudes particuli\u00e8res dont les dirigeantes ont besoin pour \u00eatre efficaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-flex\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-243230\" style=\"width: 40px; margin-right: 16px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/No-2.svg\" alt=\"\">En se concentrant sur le renforcement des capacit\u00e9s individuelles au moyen du mentorat et d\u2019ateliers structur\u00e9s de renforcement des comp\u00e9tences, le programme a permis d\u2019am\u00e9liorer quatre grands domaines de comp\u00e9tences&nbsp;: 1)&nbsp;la conscience sociale et personnelle, 2)&nbsp;les comp\u00e9tences essentielles, 3)&nbsp;la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 faire valoir ses valeurs, ses comp\u00e9tences, ses droits et ceux d\u2019autrui et 4)&nbsp;la confiance dans la gestion des discussions difficiles et la contribution organisationnelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-flex\"><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"the-issue\" class=\"wp-block-ob-blocks-anchor-point\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column gradient-top purple is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color\" id=\"TheChallenge\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-240812\" style=\"width: 12px;height: 24px;margin-right: 10px;position: relative; top: -2px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Vector-2.svg\" alt=\"\"> L\u2019enjeu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group flex-print is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p>Le programme \u00ab&nbsp;Ouvrir des portes&nbsp;\u00bb a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 pour s\u2019attaquer aux obstacles qui contribuent \u00e0 la sous-repr\u00e9sentation des femmes dans les postes de direction au sein de l\u2019\u00e9conomie num\u00e9rique, tels que les st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes de genre profond\u00e9ment enracin\u00e9s, les pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s sur le lieu de travail et le manque de possibilit\u00e9s de mentorat et de mod\u00e8les. S\u2019inspirant des recherches et des \u00e9valuations d\u2019initiatives ant\u00e9rieures, notamment le programme \u00ab&nbsp;Roberta Bondar&nbsp;\u00bb, le programme \u00ab&nbsp;Ouvrir des portes&nbsp;\u00bb a adopt\u00e9 d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part une approche fond\u00e9e sur des donn\u00e9es probantes. Ces participantes provenaient de divers secteurs, notamment l\u2019administration publique, les secteurs professionnels, scientifiques et techniques, les arts et les loisirs, la finance, les assurances, le soutien administratif, les services publics, l\u2019information et la culture, la gestion et la fabrication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le programme de formation couvrait un grand nombre de sujets essentiels pour le d\u00e9veloppement du leadership. Les participantes ont suivi des modules sur l\u2019autopromotion, la marque personnelle, la planification de carri\u00e8re, la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 vendre ses id\u00e9es, les comp\u00e9tences en n\u00e9gociation, l\u2019intelligence \u00e9motionnelle et la gestion des discussions difficiles. Chaque module a \u00e9t\u00e9 soigneusement con\u00e7u pour fournir des comp\u00e9tences fondamentales en mati\u00e8re de leadership et am\u00e9liorer la gestion des relations professionnelles. Les s\u00e9ances ont fourni des ressources pratiques et exploitables que les participantes pouvaient imm\u00e9diatement utiliser dans des situations r\u00e9elles, garantissant ainsi que les connaissances acquises auraient un effet durable et continueraient \u00e0 soutenir l\u2019\u00e9volution de leur carri\u00e8re au fil du temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour promouvoir un mentorat durable, toutes les participantes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9es \u00e0 rejoindre le programme de mentorat de groupe de FCT nomm\u00e9 \u00ab&nbsp;Pods&nbsp;\u00bb \u00e0 l\u2019issue du programme. Cette initiative suppl\u00e9mentaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ue pour \u00e9tendre les avantages du programme pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, en fournissant un soutien continu et en offrant un r\u00e9seau pr\u00e9cieux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En se concentrant sur le renforcement des capacit\u00e9s individuelles au moyen du mentorat et d\u2019ateliers structur\u00e9s de renforcement des comp\u00e9tences, le programme a permis d\u2019aider directement les femmes \u00e0 s\u2019orienter et \u00e0 r\u00e9ussir dans des environnements o\u00f9 elles sont sous-repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es. Une \u00e9valuation des r\u00e9sultats \u00e0 court terme a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019enqu\u00eates effectu\u00e9es avant et apr\u00e8s le programme. Il est important de noter que certaines participantes n\u2019ont r\u00e9pondu qu\u2019\u00e0 une seule enqu\u00eate, un \u00e9l\u00e9ment qui peut affecter l\u2019analyse globale et doit \u00eatre pris en compte lors de l\u2019\u00e9valuation des r\u00e9sultats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ce qui concerne la conscience sociale et personnelle, les r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019enqu\u00eate montrent une augmentation globale modeste de 0,05&nbsp;point. Les comp\u00e9tences essentielles ont connu une l\u00e9g\u00e8re am\u00e9lioration, avec une hausse moyenne de 0,22&nbsp;point. La confiance en soi dans la gestion des discussions difficiles et la contribution organisationnelle ont gagn\u00e9 0,33&nbsp;point, tandis que la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 faire d\u00e9fendre ses valeurs, ses comp\u00e9tences, ses droits et ceux d\u2019autrui s\u2019est am\u00e9lior\u00e9e de 0,30&nbsp;point.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toutefois, des progr\u00e8s plus importants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9s chez les 15&nbsp;participantes qui ont r\u00e9pondu aux enqu\u00eates avant et apr\u00e8s le programme. Ce groupe a montr\u00e9 une am\u00e9lioration significative dans la conscience sociale et personnelle (0,61&nbsp;point), les comp\u00e9tences essentielles (0,73&nbsp;point), la confiance dans la gestion des discussions difficiles et la contribution organisationnelle (0,90&nbsp;point) ainsi que la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9fendre ses valeurs, ses comp\u00e9tences, ses droits et ceux d\u2019autrui (0,97&nbsp;point).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9chantillon restreint et les donn\u00e9es de l\u2019enqu\u00eate bas\u00e9es sur les auto-\u00e9valuations des participantes constituent une limite. Bien que les donn\u00e9es autod\u00e9clar\u00e9es puissent fournir des renseignements pr\u00e9cieux, elles peuvent n\u00e9anmoins brosser un tableau incomplet de l\u2019acquisition r\u00e9elle des comp\u00e9tences. Par exemple, le programme peut inciter les participantes ayant initialement accord\u00e9 une note \u00e9lev\u00e9e \u00e0 leurs comp\u00e9tences \u00e0 r\u00e9\u00e9valuer leurs capacit\u00e9s \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re de nouveaux renseignements.
