en sciences humaines avait pour but de r\u00e9pondre au besoin urgent d\u2019entreprendre une transformation num\u00e9rique efficace dans les milieux scolaires, situation encore davantage exacerb\u00e9e par la pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19. Il a mis en \u00e9vidence d\u2019importantes disparit\u00e9s quant au degr\u00e9 de pr\u00e9paration num\u00e9rique des \u00e9tablissements d\u2019enseignement et point\u00e9 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de planifier strat\u00e9giquement l\u2019int\u00e9gration des outils num\u00e9riques.<br>Les recherches \u00e9taient destin\u00e9es \u00e0 comprendre les sources de la transformation num\u00e9rique, \u00e0 recenser les m\u00e9canismes et les processus sociaux \u00e0 privil\u00e9gier par une direction d\u2019\u00e9tablissement et \u00e0 cerner les facteurs susceptibles de freiner le succ\u00e8s de cette transformation num\u00e9rique. Les coordonnateurs du projet ont r\u00e9alis\u00e9 une revue syst\u00e9matique des \u00e9crits et consult\u00e9 diverses parties prenantes (directeurs et directrices d\u2019\u00e9cole, d\u00e9cideurs) afin de documenter les strat\u00e9gies et les pratiques de leadership qui ont une incidence sur la transformation num\u00e9rique. Des outils ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9s afin d\u2019aider les directions \u00e0 \u00e9valuer et \u00e0 surveiller les capacit\u00e9s de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement \u00e0 entreprendre cette transformation num\u00e9rique.<br>L\u2019\u00e9tude a soulign\u00e9 l\u2019importance de favoriser l\u2019implantation d\u2019une culture de l\u2019apprentissage pour appuyer le succ\u00e8s de la transformation num\u00e9rique. Elle a par ailleurs insist\u00e9 sur le fait que les directions d\u2019\u00e9tablissement sont appel\u00e9es \u00e0 jouer un r\u00f4le m\u00e9diateur entre les politiques gouvernementales et les applications concr\u00e8tes en milieu scolaire.<br>Autant d\u2019enseignements qui peuvent \u00e9clairer les politiques et les pratiques dans le secteur de l\u2019\u00e9ducation. Ces constatations insistent sur l\u2019importance d\u2019offrir des programmes de formation structur\u00e9e en mati\u00e8re de comp\u00e9tences num\u00e9riques aux directions d\u2019\u00e9tablissement et sugg\u00e8rent que les politiques d\u2019\u00e9ducation devraient soutenir le perfectionnement des comp\u00e9tences en leadership num\u00e9rique. Cette mutation s\u2019est acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9e sous l\u2019effet de la pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19, laquelle a mis au jour et accentu\u00e9 les d\u00e9calages existants quant \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration num\u00e9rique des \u00e9tablissements d\u2019enseignement. L\u2019urgence de la transformation num\u00e9rique est devenue manifeste au vu des difficult\u00e9s rencontr\u00e9es par les \u00e9coles pour maintenir la continuit\u00e9 p\u00e9dagogique dans le contexte des mesures de confinement g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9 et de distanciation sociale. Ce sc\u00e9nario a mis en \u00e9vidence l\u2019absolue n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019instaurer un leadership num\u00e9rique efficace dans les milieux scolaires en vue d\u2019apporter avec succ\u00e8s les changements requis.<br>Si bon nombre d\u2019\u00e9coles et de centres de formation peinaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e0 int\u00e9grer des outils num\u00e9riques dans leurs programmes d\u2019\u00e9tudes et leurs processus administratifs avant la pand\u00e9mie, cette derni\u00e8re a soulign\u00e9 la r\u00e9partition in\u00e9gale des infrastructures et des comp\u00e9tences num\u00e9riques d\u2019une r\u00e9gion et d\u2019un \u00e9tablissement \u00e0 l\u2019autre, r\u00e9v\u00e9latrice d\u2019une importante disparit\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re de pr\u00e9paration num\u00e9rique. Les tentatives ant\u00e9rieures d\u2019int\u00e9gration des technologies num\u00e9riques dans le secteur de l\u2019\u00e9ducation p\u00e2tissaient g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de l\u2019absence de strat\u00e9gie compl\u00e8te incluant la formation aux fonctions de direction, avec pour cons\u00e9quence une adoption fragment\u00e9e et une sous-utilisation des technologies disponibles. Ces outils \u00e9taient destin\u00e9s \u00e0 mesurer le degr\u00e9 de pr\u00e9paration num\u00e9rique et \u00e0 suivre l\u2019avancement des initiatives num\u00e9riques dans les \u00e9coles.<br>L\u2019accent \u00e9tait principalement plac\u00e9 sur le personnel de direction, dont le r\u00f4le s\u2019av\u00e8re crucial pour stimuler ces changements au sein des \u00e9tablissements d\u2019enseignement. Certaines \u00e9coles rencontraient des difficult\u00e9s li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019inad\u00e9quation des infrastructures, laquelle nuisait \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation efficace des outils num\u00e9riques tant \u00e0 des fins p\u00e9dagogiques qu\u2019administratives.<br><strong>L\u2019implantation d\u2019une culture d\u2019apprentissage favorise l\u2019adoption num\u00e9rique<br><\/strong>Les \u00e9coles ayant instaur\u00e9 une culture d\u2019apprentissage continu et d\u2019adaptation \u00e9taient mieux \u00e0 m\u00eame d\u2019exploiter les technologies num\u00e9riques dans une optique d\u2019am\u00e9lioration p\u00e9dagogique. Cette \u00e9tude a mis en \u00e9vidence l\u2019importance de cr\u00e9er un milieu d\u2019apprentissage bienveillant et d\u2019encourager l\u2019innovation et l\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation au moyen de nouvelles m\u00e9thodes et technologies d\u2019enseignement.<br><strong>La technologie doit aller dans le sens des objectifs p\u00e9dagogiques<br><\/strong>D\u2019apr\u00e8s cette \u00e9tude, si les outils num\u00e9riques ont le potentiel d\u2019am\u00e9liorer les r\u00e9sultats scolaires, il convient de les mettre en \u0153uvre en faisant attention \u00e0 leur convergence avec les objectifs p\u00e9dagogiques, au lieu de c\u00e9der uniquement \u00e0 l\u2019appel de la technologie. Compte tenu de l\u2019essor de l\u2019intelligence artificielle, cette mutation a d\u2019importantes r\u00e9percussions sur les politiques d\u2019\u00e9ducation, sugg\u00e9rant ainsi que le perfectionnement des comp\u00e9tences en leadership num\u00e9rique et l\u2019accompagnement des administrateurs et administratrices scolaires en la mati\u00e8re devraient faire figure de priorit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tude a \u00e9galement mis en \u00e9vidence l\u2019importance de favoriser une culture d\u2019apprentissage \u00e0 l\u2019appui de la transformation num\u00e9rique au sein des \u00e9tablissements d\u2019enseignement. Il est n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019apporter des changements syst\u00e9miques (au-del\u00e0 du perfectionnement des comp\u00e9tences individuelles) afin de cr\u00e9er des milieux propices \u00e0 l\u2019apprentissage num\u00e9rique et \u00e0 l\u2019innovation.
