contexte de la mont\u00e9e en puissance de l\u2019\u00e9conomie num\u00e9rique, les cadres dirigeants jouent un r\u00f4le d\u00e9terminant et peuvent autant choisir de creuser les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s que de favoriser l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9. Dans le cadre de ce projet, nous avons analys\u00e9 la documentation sur la gestion relative \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9conomie num\u00e9rique. L\u2019objectif \u00e9tait de mieux cerner les savoirs et les comp\u00e9tences dont les cadres dirigeants doivent disposer pour favoriser une \u00e9conomie num\u00e9rique plus juste, ainsi que de comprendre comment ils peuvent les acqu\u00e9rir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Le projet a mis en lumi\u00e8re la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de poursuivre les recherches dans plusieurs domaines pour r\u00e9pondre correctement aux principales questions de recherche, notamment en ce qui concerne les r\u00e9percussions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales de l\u2019\u00e9conomie num\u00e9rique et les avantages qu\u2019elle procure. Concernant les comp\u00e9tences requises, il en est ressorti que l\u2019accent devrait davantage \u00eatre mis sur la coop\u00e9ration et la collaboration. Ces aptitudes sont essentielles pour exploiter pleinement les possibilit\u00e9s offertes par l\u2019\u00e9conomie num\u00e9rique. Plusieurs \u00e9tablissements postsecondaires, notamment les \u00e9coles de commerce, \u00e9laborent d\u00e9j\u00e0 des cadres et des m\u00e9thodes d&#8217;apprentissage qui pr\u00e9parent les \u00e9tudiants \u00e0 acqu\u00e9rir de telles comp\u00e9tences, ainsi que les connaissances n\u00e9cessaires pour g\u00e9rer efficacement des partenariats avec de multiples intervenants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group key-insights-grey has-background is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"background-color:#0000000d\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Perspectives Cl\u00e9s<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default is-flex\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-243230\" style=\"width: 40px;margin-right: 16px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/No.svg\" alt=\"\">La recherche sur la gestion relative \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9conomie num\u00e9rique se penche majoritairement sur des aspects particuliers plut\u00f4t que sur l\u2019\u00e9valuation de ses effets macro\u00e9conomiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-flex\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-243230\" style=\"width: 40px; margin-right: 16px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/No-1.svg\" alt=\"\">Par ailleurs, les discussions concernant les possibles avantages de l\u2019\u00e9conomie num\u00e9rique, notamment la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019instaurer un revenu minimum garanti, demeurent peu abord\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-flex\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-243230\" style=\"width: 40px; margin-right: 16px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/No-2.svg\" alt=\"\">Il est essentiel de poursuivre les travaux de recherche pour savoir comment les \u00e9coles de commerce peuvent r\u00e9viser leurs programmes afin de mieux pr\u00e9parer les dirigeants \u00e0 acqu\u00e9rir les comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires en collaboration et en coop\u00e9ration en vue de promouvoir une \u00e9conomie num\u00e9rique plus juste.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"the-issue\" class=\"wp-block-ob-blocks-anchor-point\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column gradient-top purple is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color\" id=\"TheChallenge\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-240812\" style=\"width: 12px;height: 24px;margin-right: 10px;position: relative; top: -2px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Vector-2.svg\" alt=\"\"> L\u2019enjeu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group flex-print is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9conomie num\u00e9rique offre des perspectives prometteuses pour accro\u00eetre la productivit\u00e9, faciliter l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation et encourager l\u2019entrepreneuriat. Toutefois, les nouvelles technologies telles que l\u2019intelligence artificielle, la robotique et la cha\u00eene de blocs entra\u00eenent de profondes transformations dans la nature du travail et des secteurs d\u2019activit\u00e9, creusant parfois les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s existantes. Les cadres dirigeants ont donc un r\u00f4le important \u00e0 jouer pour soutenir l\u2019adaptation des employ\u00e9s, des entreprises, des organismes et des secteurs \u00e0 ces changements rapides. De quelle fa\u00e7on les cadres dirigeants peuvent-ils acqu\u00e9rir ces comp\u00e9tences essentielles?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comment les \u00e9tablissements d\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur peuvent-ils \u00e9laborer des programmes permettant aux \u00e9tudiants en gestion d\u2019assimiler ces savoir-faire et ces connaissances?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"what-were-learning\" class=\"wp-block-ob-blocks-anchor-point\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column gradient-top purple is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color\" id=\"TheResult\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-240819\" style=\"width: 24px;height: 24px;margin-right: 10px;position: relative; top: -2px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Fill-1-1.svg\" alt=\"\"> Ce que nous apprenons<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Il est imp\u00e9ratif d\u2019adopter de nouvelles m\u00e9thodes de recherche<br><\/strong>Jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, la recherche en gestion sur les effets de l\u2019\u00e9conomie num\u00e9rique ont principalement mis l\u2019accent sur cinq domaines particuliers : la gestion du travail pr\u00e9caire, la r\u00e9duction des in\u00e9galit\u00e9s, l\u2019adaptation aux perturbations, la prise en compte des r\u00e9percussions sociales et psychologiques, ainsi que la conduite du changement. Toutefois, la plupart des travaux se limitent \u00e0 l\u2019un de ces th\u00e8mes, omettant d\u2019analyser de nombreux effets macro\u00e9conomiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Approfondissement des \u00e9tudes sur le travail \u00e0 la demande<\/strong><br>Les nouvelles formes de travail pouss\u00e9es par l\u2019\u00e9conomie num\u00e9rique telles que les contrats \u00ab z\u00e9ro heure \u00bb, le travail non conventionnel, le travail sur demande, le partage d\u2019emploi et le travail m\u00e9diatis\u00e9 par des plateformes n\u00e9cessitent une attention accrue. Ces modalit\u00e9s transforment radicalement les sch\u00e9mas traditionnels d\u2019emploi \u00e0 temps plein et partiel et n\u2019ont \u00e9t\u00e9, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, que peu \u00e9tudi\u00e9es par la recherche en gestion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Il est essentiel de poursuivre les recherches pour mieux comprendre les avantages de l\u2019\u00e9conomie num\u00e9rique<\/strong><br>Il est \u00e9galement essentiel de mener des recherches plus approfondies sur les avantages \u00e9ventuels de l\u2019\u00e9conomie num\u00e9rique, comme l\u2019acquisition de comp\u00e9tences compl\u00e9mentaires aux technologies, le renforcement des mesures de protection sociale, la r\u00e9duction des \u00e9carts de revenus et les gains en valeur de marque gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une meilleure collaboration et coop\u00e9ration.<br><strong>Il est indispensable de r\u00e9viser les programmes des \u00e9coles de commerce<\/strong><br>Des \u00e9tudes suppl\u00e9mentaires sont n\u00e9cessaires pour d\u00e9terminer comment ajuster les programmes des \u00e9coles de commerce. Toutefois, pour qu\u2019ils puissent favoriser le travail d\u2019\u00e9quipe et les partenariats avec de multiples intervenants, ils doivent suivre une formation adapt\u00e9e. Actuellement, de nombreux \u00e9tablissements postsecondaires sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s en commerce \u00e9laborent des cadres et des m\u00e9thodes d\u2019apprentissage destin\u00e9s \u00e0 doter les \u00e9tudiants des comp\u00e9tences et connaissances n\u00e9cessaires dans ce contexte.<br><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column margin-bottom-0 is-layout-flow
