traduire les connaissances et les renseignements en actes concrets pour aborder la transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, l\u2019att\u00e9nuation du changement climatique et l\u2019adaptation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce projet a \u00e9tudi\u00e9 la viabilit\u00e9 de concevoir un cadre national pour les comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires en leadership pour lutter contre les changements climatiques. Le projet s\u2019est \u00e9galement attard\u00e9 sur la mani\u00e8re dont un tel cadre pourrait orienter la mise en place de microcertifications li\u00e9es au climat dans l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me des comp\u00e9tences et de la formation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet a r\u00e9sum\u00e9 certaines des comp\u00e9tences recherch\u00e9es dans les emplois li\u00e9s au climat, ainsi que les caract\u00e9ristiques des possibilit\u00e9s de formation et de comp\u00e9tences \u00e0 court terme en mati\u00e8re de changement climatique dans l\u2019ensemble du Canada. Le projet a mis en \u00e9vidence la diversit\u00e9 des modalit\u00e9s de conception et de mise en \u0153uvre de ces possibilit\u00e9s, tout en pr\u00e9conisant un cadre g\u00e9n\u00e9ral qui assure l\u2019uniformit\u00e9 et la transf\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 entre les territoires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Toutefois, le gouvernement du Canada a publi\u00e9 en&nbsp;2023 son Plan pour des emplois durables, qui pr\u00e9voit le d\u00e9ploiement d\u2019efforts plus adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 chaque r\u00e9gion et chaque secteur pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins existants et futurs en mati\u00e8re de comp\u00e9tences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group key-insights-grey has-background is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"background-color:#0000000d\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Perspectives cl\u00e9s<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default is-flex\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-243230\" style=\"width: 40px;margin-right: 16px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/No.svg\" alt=\"\">Les comp\u00e9tences les plus recherch\u00e9es, relev\u00e9es dans l\u2019\u00e9chantillon, pour les emplois li\u00e9s au climat \u00e9taient la communication, la gestion de projet, la mobilisation des parties prenantes, le leadership, la collaboration et la facilitation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-flex\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-243230\" style=\"width: 40px; margin-right: 16px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/No-1.svg\" alt=\"\">Les possibilit\u00e9s de formation relatives au climat sont en \u00e9volution rapide, mais les comp\u00e9tences, les r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019apprentissage, les heures d\u2019apprentissage et les m\u00e9thodes d\u2019\u00e9valuation sont caract\u00e9ris\u00e9s par une grande diversit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-flex\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-243230\" style=\"width: 40px; margin-right: 16px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/No-2.svg\" alt=\"\">Les r\u00e9pondants au sondage pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent les formations virtuelles et de courte dur\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"the-issue\" class=\"wp-block-ob-blocks-anchor-point\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column gradient-top purple is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color\" id=\"TheChallenge\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-240812\" style=\"width: 12px;height: 24px;margin-right: 10px;position: relative; top: -2px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Vector-2.svg\" alt=\"\"> L\u2019enjeu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group flex-print is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p>Au Canada et partout au monde, les effets du changement climatique s\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e8rent. Pour contrer les cons\u00e9quences et lutter contre les causes, le Canada doit acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la transformation \u00e9conomique et sociale vers une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 faible \u00e9mission de carbone, r\u00e9siliente face aux changements climatiques et inclusive sur le plan social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette transformation n\u00e9cessite des gens&nbsp;: une main-d\u2019\u0153uvre pr\u00eate pour le climat qui ma\u00eetrise un large \u00e9ventail d\u2019enjeux complexes concernant le changement climatique et qui peut faire preuve de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et \u00e0 m\u00eame de jouer les locomotives. Pour y parvenir, la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre a besoin de fournisseurs de services d\u2019\u00e9ducation et de formation, de collectivit\u00e9s, d\u2019associations professionnelles, d\u2019entreprises, d\u2019organisations non gouvernementales et du secteur public, qui travaillent de concert pour renforcer les capacit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des programmes cibl\u00e9s et de courte dur\u00e9e proposent des occasions \u00e9conomiques pour que les travailleurs acqui\u00e8rent rapidement les comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires pour mettre en \u0153uvre des solutions au changement climatique. Toutefois, malgr\u00e9 l\u2019augmentation du nombre de programmes ax\u00e9s sur le climat, propos\u00e9s par les \u00e9tablissements d\u2019enseignement postsecondaire et d\u2019autres fournisseurs de services de formation, davantage d\u2019efforts sont n\u00e9cessaires pour introduire la culture climatique et les comp\u00e9tences vertes dans leur p\u00e9dagogie, mais peu de normes unifi\u00e9es sous-tendent de tels efforts. Il peut en r\u00e9sulter une incertitude pour les apprenants et les employeurs, une acceptation r\u00e9duite des titres de comp\u00e9tences entre les diff\u00e9rents territoires et des liens peu clairs entre les comp\u00e9tences en mati\u00e8re d\u2019action climatique et les parcours de formation d\u00e9finis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019Academy for Sustainable Innovation estime qu\u2019une approche nationale \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard de la formation li\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019action climatique dans l\u2019ensemble des territoires canadiens pourrait combler ces lacunes. top: -2px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Fill-1.svg\" alt=\"\"> Ce que nous examinons<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour mieux comprendre la fa\u00e7on de concevoir une telle approche nationale, le projet a entrepris, entre septembre&nbsp;2022 et septembre&nbsp;2023, la collecte des donn\u00e9es probantes fondamentales suivantes&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Comment doter la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre des comp\u00e9tences de leadership n\u00e9cessaires pour lutter contre les changements climatiques?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comment cr\u00e9er une approche normalis\u00e9e du perfectionnement des comp\u00e9tences en leadership dans l\u2019ensemble du Canada, qui servira de base \u00e0 une communaut\u00e9 de vues \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard du contexte actuel et des solutions possibles?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comment organiser un effort pancanadien pour doter la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre des capacit\u00e9s en leadership \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard de l\u2019action climatique?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces questions d\u2019\u00e9clairage, le projet comprenait&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une analyse et une s\u00e9rie d\u2019entretiens avec des organisations sur les structures de gouvernance, les m\u00e9thodes d\u2019ex\u00e9cution des programmes pour des publics \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes phases de leur carri\u00e8re et les enseignements pertinents tir\u00e9s des exp\u00e9riences des organisations \u00e0 ce jour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une analyse documentaire de l\u2019\u00e9tat actuel des politiques d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat public et des politiques d\u2019entreprise sur les transitions \u00e9conomiques li\u00e9es aux changements climatiques et sur les difficult\u00e9s et les approches de perfectionnement de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre relatives \u00e0 l\u2019action climatique, tant sur le plan national qu\u2019international.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une analyse des possibilit\u00e9s de formation et des emplois ax\u00e9s sur l\u2019action climatique au Canada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>21&nbsp;entretiens exploratoires avec des dirigeants repr\u00e9sentant divers points de vue sur l\u2019\u00e9tat de pr\u00e9paration des \u00e9tablissements canadiens \u00e0 adopter une approche nationale de perfectionnement des comp\u00e9tences en leadership dans le domaine de l\u2019action climatique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un sondage aupr\u00e8s de 157&nbsp;travailleurs, con\u00e7u \u00e0 partir des informations recueillies dans le cadre des entretiens exploratoires, afin de compiler des renseignements sur les comp\u00e9tences en mati\u00e8re d\u2019action climatique, les perspectives sur les cours de courte dur\u00e9e et les approches possibles d\u2019un projet pancanadien de perfectionnement rapide des comp\u00e9tences.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"what-were-learning\" class=\"wp-block-ob-blocks-anchor-point\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column gradient-top purple is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color\" id=\"TheResult\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-240819\" style=\"width: 24px;height: 24px;margin-right: 10px;position: relative; Les emplois du secteur public mettent l\u2019accent sur l\u2019analyse de la politique climatique, la planification de l\u2019adaptation, l\u2019\u00e9ducation et la justice, ce qui souligne le r\u00f4le du secteur public dans la d\u00e9finition des politiques, des r\u00e8glements et des strat\u00e9gies. neurodiversit\u00e9 \u00e0 la fois au sein des \u00e9tablissements d\u2019enseignement postsecondaire et pour les \u00e9tudiants neuroatypiques.
