est largement reconnu comme un m\u00e9canisme de soutien essentiel qui permet d&#8217;offrir des conseils, de partager des connaissances et d&#8217;acc\u00e9der \u00e0 des r\u00e9seaux, les programmes de mentorat destin\u00e9s aux entrepreneurs n\u00e9gligent souvent les comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires pour \u00e9tablir des relations efficaces et de confiance. Une formation structur\u00e9e portant sur la communication, les rapports de force et la d\u00e9finition d&#8217;objectifs fait souvent d\u00e9faut, ce qui limite l&#8217;impact potentiel du mentorat, en particulier pour les groupes en situation de vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 qui peuvent avoir besoin de strat\u00e9gies diff\u00e9rentes pour instaurer la confiance et surmonter les obstacles syst\u00e9miques. Les entrepreneurs sont \u00e9galement confront\u00e9s \u00e0 des niveaux \u00e9lev\u00e9s de stress, d&#8217;incertitude et d&#8217;\u00e9checs, ce qui fait des comp\u00e9tences psychologiques telles que la r\u00e9silience des qualit\u00e9s indispensables qu&#8217;ils doivent cultiver.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lanc\u00e9 en 2021 par l&#8217;universit\u00e9 Dalhousie et financ\u00e9 par le Centre des Comp\u00e9tences futures, MindFrame Connect a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u pour combler ces lacunes en proposant des formations sur le mentorat et la r\u00e9silience, sous forme d&#8217;ateliers virtuels et en pr\u00e9sentiel ainsi que de cours en ligne. Ce programme a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins d&#8217;un large \u00e9ventail d&#8217;entrepreneurs, tout en comblant des lacunes de longue date dans les pratiques de mentorat. Il s&#8217;appuie sur des recherches men\u00e9es dans divers secteurs et disciplines pour mettre en avant les principes fondamentaux d&#8217;un mentorat efficace et les comp\u00e9tences psychologiques n\u00e9cessaires au maintien du bien-\u00eatre des entrepreneurs.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette \u00e9valuation s&#8217;appuie sur l&#8217;\u00e9valuation interm\u00e9diaire ant\u00e9rieure du programme MindFrame, qui portait sur les donn\u00e9es issues des sessions de formation organis\u00e9es en 2022-2023. Elle examine la participation et les r\u00e9sultats des formats de formation synchrones et asynchrones organis\u00e9s entre janvier 2023 et d\u00e9cembre 2024. Au cours de cette p\u00e9riode, le programme a attir\u00e9 3&nbsp;641 participants gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des ateliers en pr\u00e9sentiel et 480&nbsp;apprenants gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses cours en ligne \u00e0 suivre \u00e0 son propre rythme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Le programme a identifi\u00e9 les comp\u00e9tences cl\u00e9s li\u00e9es au mentorat et a combl\u00e9 une lacune majeure en \u00e9laborant une microcertification destin\u00e9e aux mentors. L&#8217;un des principaux enseignements tir\u00e9s de l&#8217;\u00e9valuation du programme a \u00e9t\u00e9 l&#8217;importance de concevoir des processus de collecte de donn\u00e9es qui correspondent aux objectifs de l&#8217;\u00e9valuation. Le mentorat joue un r\u00f4le essentiel pour aider les entrepreneurs \u00e0 surmonter ces d\u00e9fis. Cependant, malgr\u00e9 leur importance, les programmes de mentorat n\u00e9gligent souvent les comp\u00e9tences fondamentales n\u00e9cessaires pour \u00e9tablir des relations de mentorat efficaces, telles que la communication, la sensibilit\u00e9 interpersonnelle, la gestion des rapports de force et la d\u00e9finition d&#8217;objectifs clairs. Lorsque les programmes de mentorat identifient des comp\u00e9tences cl\u00e9s, celles-ci sont souvent mal d\u00e9finies. Cela vaut tout particuli\u00e8rement pour les entrepreneurs issus de groupes m\u00e9ritant une attention particuli\u00e8re, qui peuvent avoir besoin de strat\u00e9gies diff\u00e9rentes pour instaurer la confiance et surmonter les obstacles syst\u00e9miques. Parall\u00e8lement, les entrepreneurs doivent \u00e9galement d\u00e9velopper leur r\u00e9silience psychologique afin de g\u00e9rer le stress et l&#8217;impr\u00e9visibilit\u00e9 inh\u00e9rents \u00e0 l&#8217;entrepreneuriat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le programme MindFrame Connect a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u pour combler ces lacunes de longue date dans les pratiques de mentorat en dotant les entrepreneurs des comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires pour nouer des relations de mentorat et d\u00e9velopper leur r\u00e9silience. Pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces besoins, le programme s&#8217;appuie sur des recherches men\u00e9es dans divers secteurs et disciplines afin de souligner les principes fondamentaux du mentorat et les comp\u00e9tences psychologiques n\u00e9cessaires au maintien du bien-\u00eatre des entrepreneurs. L&#8217;objectif \u00e0 long terme du programme est de renforcer la r\u00e9silience, d&#8217;am\u00e9liorer les pratiques en mati\u00e8re de mentorat et de formation, et de cr\u00e9er un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me entrepreneurial plus \u00e9quitable au Canada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full img-gradient purple\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"625\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/Gabby-Elzbieta-Photo-1-Dalhousie-U.jpg\" alt=\"Two people sitting in a technology lab.\" class=\"wp-image-189274\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/Gabby-Elzbieta-Photo-1-Dalhousie-U.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/Gabby-Elzbieta-Photo-1-Dalhousie-U-300x188.jpg 300w, https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/Gabby-Elzbieta-Photo-1-Dalhousie-U-768x480.jpg 768w, https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/Gabby-Elzbieta-Photo-1-Dalhousie-U-10x6.jpg 10w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:36px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"what-were-investigating\" class=\"wp-block-ob-blocks-anchor-point\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column gradient-top purple is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color\" id=\"EnterIMM\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-240812\" style=\"width: 24px;height: 24px;margin-right: 10px;position: relative; top: -2px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Fill-1.svg\" alt=\"\"> <strong>Ce que nous examinons<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour atteindre ces objectifs, le programme a con\u00e7u et anim\u00e9 un atelier en pr\u00e9sentiel, et a mis au point et lanc\u00e9 trois cours en ligne : Principes du mentorat, principes du r\u00f4le de mentor\u00e9 et comp\u00e9tences en mati\u00e8re de r\u00e9silience pour les entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet s&#8217;est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 en deux phases.<br>Au cours de la phase 1, entre 2020 et 2023, l&#8217;\u00e9quipe du projet :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Revue de la litt\u00e9rature, comprenant 276 articles (revues savantes et litt\u00e9rature grise).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nous avons men\u00e9 150 entretiens semi-structur\u00e9s \u00e0 questions ouvertes afin de consolider les fondements de ce projet sur le th\u00e8me du mentorat et des besoins de l&#8217;\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nous avons men\u00e9 huit entretiens approfondis semi-structur\u00e9s avec des entrepreneurs sur leurs pratiques en mati\u00e8re de r\u00e9silience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nous avons men\u00e9 des entretiens semi-structur\u00e9s \u00e0 questions ouvertes aupr\u00e8s de 40 partenaires de l&#8217;\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me repr\u00e9sentant des acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateurs, des incubateurs et des programmes d&#8217;entrepreneuriat au Canada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nous avons organis\u00e9 cinq tables rondes r\u00e9unissant 23 acteurs de l&#8217;\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me entrepreneurial afin d&#8217;aborder plus largement les questions de diversit\u00e9, d&#8217;\u00e9quit\u00e9 et d&#8217;inclusion (\u00c9DI) ainsi que le mentorat.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nous avons organis\u00e9 186 sessions de formation et ateliers en phase b\u00eata \u00e0 l&#8217;intention de plus de 6 000 mentors, mentor\u00e9s, entrepreneurs et programmes d&#8217;acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration afin de recueillir des retours en temps r\u00e9el sur la structure et l&#8217;efficacit\u00e9 de ces initiatives.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Au cours de la phase 2, l&#8217;\u00e9valuation visait \u00e0 analyser la participation et les r\u00e9sultats des formats de prestation synchrones et asynchrones mis en \u0153uvre entre janvier 2023 et d\u00e9cembre 2024, en mettant l&#8217;accent sur la port\u00e9e, l&#8217;impact et les exp\u00e9riences des diff\u00e9rents participants \u00e0 l&#8217;aide de donn\u00e9es ventil\u00e9es. Afin de recueillir les avis des participants, des enqu\u00eates ont \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9es parall\u00e8lement \u00e0 des entretiens avec les partenaires et \u00e0 des groupes de discussion r\u00e9unissant \u00e0 la fois des mentors et des mentor\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>L&#8217;\u00e9valuation men\u00e9e au cours de la phase 2 s&#8217;est appuy\u00e9e sur le <em>Cadre de comp\u00e9tences en entrepreneuriat inclusif<\/em> (IECF), \u00e9labor\u00e9 par l\u2019Institut de la diversit\u00e9 afin de faciliter la conception et l&#8217;\u00e9valuation des programmes. Les ateliers et \u00e9v\u00e9nements ont r\u00e9uni 186 participants, tandis que 210 utilisateurs uniques ont suivi les modules de formation en ligne. En deux ans, plus de 2&nbsp;000 questionnaires ont \u00e9t\u00e9 remplis afin d&#8217;\u00e9valuer l&#8217;efficacit\u00e9 du programme et la satisfaction des participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Conception it\u00e9rative de programmes.<\/strong> MindFrame Connect a eu recours \u00e0 diverses m\u00e9thodes et styles d&#8217;apprentissage afin de r\u00e9pondre aux besoins d&#8217;un large \u00e9ventail d&#8217;apprenants adultes. Cette exp\u00e9rimentation a permis au projet d&#8217;identifier les styles les plus efficaces aupr\u00e8s de diff\u00e9rents publics. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une vaste biblioth\u00e8que de cours en pr\u00e9sentiel et en ligne, un public bien plus large a pu acc\u00e9der aux ressources mises au point par le programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Uniformiser les attentes des mentors et des mentor\u00e9s.<\/strong> Compte tenu de la nature vari\u00e9e du mentorat et du caract\u00e8re souvent informel de cette relation, il \u00e9tait n\u00e9cessaire d&#8217;\u00e9tablir une certification et des qualifications reconnues \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9chelle du Canada afin de d\u00e9finir des pratiques exemplaires et des normes de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour le secteur. Par ailleurs, les entrepreneurs issus de groupes d\u00e9favoris\u00e9s se heurtent \u00e0 des obstacles en mati\u00e8re de mentorat; le renforcement de la formation et des normes applicables aux mentors en mati\u00e8re de pratiques inclusives pourrait contribuer \u00e0 r\u00e9duire ces obstacles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le\u00e7ons tir\u00e9es : conception et d\u00e9ploiement des programmes.<\/strong> Compte tenu de la population d&#8217;entrepreneurs, les contraintes de temps rev\u00eataient une importance particuli\u00e8re dans toutes les interventions ou tous les programmes. Les sessions qui ont attir\u00e9 le plus de monde duraient entre 60 et 90 minutes, tandis que les sessions plus longues ont pos\u00e9 davantage de difficult\u00e9s pour confirmer la participation et enregistrer les inscrits. \u00c0 cette fin, la mise en place d&#8217;un programme destin\u00e9 \u00e0 cette population serait sans doute plus efficace si les s\u00e9ances ne d\u00e9passaient pas 90 minutes, car de nombreux entrepreneurs ne peuvent pas consacrer plus de temps \u00e0 cette activit\u00e9 au cours de leur journ\u00e9e de travail. De plus, la possibilit\u00e9 de suivre le programme \u00e0 son propre rythme et de mani\u00e8re asynchrone constituait l&#8217;un des atouts majeurs de cette initiative, car les entrepreneurs pouvaient ainsi acc\u00e9der \u00e0 un apprentissage de grande qualit\u00e9, fond\u00e9 sur des donn\u00e9es probantes, aux moments qui leur convenaient, plut\u00f4t que de devoir se plier \u00e0 un horaire impos\u00e9 par le programme. Le transfert de connaissances \u00e9tait \u00e9galement essentiel, car un langage trop acad\u00e9mique ou ax\u00e9 sur la recherche ne r\u00e9sonnait pas aupr\u00e8s de ce public. Ce sont les cours de langues ax\u00e9s sur les comp\u00e9tences et dispens\u00e9s par des experts du secteur qui ont suscit\u00e9 le plus d&#8217;int\u00e9r\u00eat. Les mod\u00e8les phares de cet \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me ont permis d&#8217;am\u00e9liorer efficacement les taux de pr\u00e9sence et de participation. Compte tenu de la nature m\u00eame de l&#8217;entrepreneuriat, la possibilit\u00e9 d&#8217;apprendre aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de leaders reconnus et de nouer des contacts a souvent \u00e9t\u00e9 cit\u00e9e dans nos retours qualitatifs comme \u00e9tant extr\u00eamement pr\u00e9cieuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au cours de la phase 2, entre janvier 2023 et d\u00e9cembre 2024, le programme MindFrame Connect a touch\u00e9 au total 3&nbsp;641 participants gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses ateliers en direct et 480 apprenants ayant suivi des cours en ligne asynchrones. Bien que l&#8217;\u00e9valuation s&#8217;appuie sur plusieurs sources de donn\u00e9es (enqu\u00eates, entretiens et groupes de discussion), ses conclusions sont limit\u00e9es par l&#8217;absence d&#8217;informations d\u00e9mographiques dans les outils d&#8217;enqu\u00eate ant\u00e9rieurs. Une enqu\u00eate post-programme a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9e pour pallier ces lacunes; toutefois, les administrateurs n\u2019ayant pas acc\u00e8s aux coordonn\u00e9es des inscrits, leur capacit\u00e9 de mobilisation et de suivi s\u2019en est trouv\u00e9e restreinte, limitant le nombre de participants \u00e0 seulement 39 personnes. De ce fait, la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9valuer l&#8217;impact pour divers entrepreneurs m\u00e9ritant un soutien financier \u00e9tait limit\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;\u00e9valuation du programme a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que le mentorat rev\u00eat une grande importance pour les mentors et les mentor\u00e9s \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tapes de leur parcours entrepreneurial. Le niveau de satisfaction global \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9gard du programme \u00e9tait \u00e9lev\u00e9, les participants ayant fait \u00e9tat d&#8217;exp\u00e9riences positives concernant diff\u00e9rents aspects du programme, notamment sa structure et le contenu des cours. Les ateliers consacr\u00e9s aux <em>principes du mentorat<\/em> et aux <em>principes du r\u00f4le de mentor\u00e9<\/em> ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s bien accueillis, et les trois cours en ligne ont obtenu des taux de satisfaction tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9s; les participants ont indiqu\u00e9 que le programme leur avait permis de mieux comprendre comment \u00e9tablir des relations de mentorat efficaces.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ce qui concerne les avantages du programme, les participants ont estim\u00e9 que le contenu de la formation r\u00e9pondait \u00e0 leurs besoins et objectifs individuels, et qu&#8217;il \u00e9tait en ad\u00e9quation avec le stade actuel de d\u00e9veloppement de leur entreprise. Ils ont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement estim\u00e9 que le programme \u00e9tait accessible en raison de sa gratuit\u00e9 et que le syst\u00e8me de gestion de l&#8217;apprentissage \u00e9tait accessible et convivial. En mati\u00e8re de bien-\u00eatre psychologique, l&#8217;\u00e9valuation a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que l&#8217;accent mis par le programme sur la r\u00e9silience et l&#8217;\u00e9tablissement de relations de mentorat avait renforc\u00e9 la confiance des participants dans leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 nouer des liens avec leurs mentors, am\u00e9lior\u00e9 leur aptitude \u00e0 g\u00e9rer le stress et affin\u00e9 leurs comp\u00e9tences en mati\u00e8re de r\u00e9solution de probl\u00e8mes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;\u00e9valuation a \u00e9galement mis en \u00e9vidence certains d\u00e9fis li\u00e9s \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre du programme, notamment : un soutien insuffisant pour aider les participants \u00e0 mettre en pratique les acquis dans leur vie quotidienne, des possibilit\u00e9s limit\u00e9es d&#8217;interaction et d&#8217;engagement entre pairs, ainsi que la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de disposer de davantage d&#8217;outils pour assimiler les connaissances acquises. Le mentorat est largement reconnu comme un soutien essentiel pour les entrepreneurs, notamment parce que son approche d&#8217;apprentissage exp\u00e9rientiel correspond \u00e9troitement \u00e0 la nature m\u00eame de l&#8217;entrepreneuriat : it\u00e9rative, pratique et fond\u00e9e sur l&#8217;apprentissage et l&#8217;adaptation continus. Cependant, de nombreux programmes se basent principalement sur la mise en relation de personnes en fonction de leur exp\u00e9rience ou de leur secteur d&#8217;activit\u00e9, sans s&#8217;assurer que les mentors et les mentor\u00e9s poss\u00e8dent les comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires pour \u00e9tablir des relations de confiance. \u00c0 ce titre, une formation structur\u00e9e, fond\u00e9e sur des consultations et des recherches approfondies, dispens\u00e9e selon diff\u00e9rentes modalit\u00e9s et s&#8217;adressant tant aux mentor\u00e9s qu&#8217;aux mentors, constitue une intervention
