l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me entrepreneurial du Canada en assurant la transmission d\u2019un savoir d\u00e9cennal aux personnes qui fondent une nouvelle entreprise ou envisagent de se lancer dans cette voie professionnelle. Une \u00e9tude a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que pas moins de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/alisoncoleman\/2022\/10\/18\/never-underestimate-the-power-of-business-mentoring\/?sh=290695683b74\">75&nbsp;% de cr\u00e9ateurs d\u2019entreprise ont fait appel \u00e0 un mentor en milieu d\u2019affaires<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il reste n\u00e9anmoins une lacune \u00e0 combler, car les mentors et les mentor\u00e9s ont peu de ressources \u00e0 leur disposition pour orienter cette relation souvent complexe, en particulier en ce qui a trait \u00e0 la formation. En outre, la recherche d\u00e9montre que <a href=\"https:\/\/www.orilliamatters.com\/around-ontario\/canada-black-women-entrepreneurs-lack-access-to-capital-mentorship-report-says-3901029\">les femmes et les entrepreneurs racis\u00e9s sont souvent d\u00e9favoris\u00e9s sur le plan du r\u00e9seautage<\/a>, d\u2019o\u00f9 la <a href=\"https:\/\/wekh.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/PCFE_Etat_des_lieux_de_lentrepreneuriat_feminin_au_Canada_2022-1.pdf\">n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de promouvoir un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me entrepreneurial plus inclusif<\/a> englobant le mentorat. Dans le m\u00eame temps, l\u2019on d\u00e9plore l\u2019absence de d\u00e9finition officielle des comp\u00e9tences en mati\u00e8re de mentorat, ainsi que le faible nombre d\u2019analyses visant \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer ce qui fonctionne pour qui. Le projet MindFrame Connect a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place pour r\u00e9soudre ce probl\u00e8me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au travers d\u2019\u00e9changes avec plus de 150&nbsp;mentors, mentor\u00e9s et entrepreneurs au Canada, les coordonnateurs du projet ont \u00e9labor\u00e9 un corpus de pratiques exemplaires et de sch\u00e9mas illustrant une relation de mentorat efficace et d\u00e9fini les \u00e9l\u00e9ments indispensables au bien-\u00eatre des entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 la lumi\u00e8re de ces sch\u00e9mas et pratiques exemplaires, une formation asynchrone et synchrone a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise au point et dispens\u00e9e \u00e0 plus de 6&nbsp;000&nbsp;personnes (mentors, mentor\u00e9s et entrepreneurs). Leur r\u00e9troaction en temps r\u00e9el (par le biais de sondages) a permis d\u2019\u00e9prouver les th\u00e8ses du programme et d\u2019\u00e9tablir un cadre d\u2019am\u00e9lioration continue. Les donn\u00e9es issues d\u2019une \u00e9valuation postprogramme ont \u00e9clair\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9laboration et l\u2019it\u00e9ration des modules d\u2019apprentissage, des comp\u00e9tences enseign\u00e9es et des supports p\u00e9dagogiques connexes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En particulier, le projet visait les objectifs suivants&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">\u00c9valuer et continuer d\u2019am\u00e9liorer ces cadres en r\u00e9alisant des sondages et des entretiens pour mesurer la satisfaction des participants (mentors et mentor\u00e9s) et obtenir leur r\u00e9troaction<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9laborer et \u00e9valuer des modules de formation asynchrone sur une plateforme accessible \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelon national afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer l\u2019acc\u00e8s et la qualit\u00e9 des ressources de mentorat et de formation des cr\u00e9ateurs d\u2019entreprise<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Promouvoir un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me du mentorat plus inclusif qui offre aux entrepreneurs\/petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) du contenu adapt\u00e9, en pla\u00e7ant l\u2019accent sur les questions d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9, de diversit\u00e9 et d\u2019inclusion (EDI)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group key-insights-grey has-background is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"background-color:#0000000d\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Perspectives Cl\u00e9s<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default is-flex\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-243230\" style=\"width: 40px;margin-right: 16px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/No.svg\" alt=\"\">MindFrame Connect a organis\u00e9 186&nbsp;ateliers et form\u00e9 6&nbsp;112&nbsp;participants dont la r\u00e9troaction a permis d\u2019\u00e9laborer des pratiques exemplaires. Par la suite, quatre cours asynchrones ax\u00e9s sur la r\u00e9silience entrepreneuriale et sur le renforcement des relations mentor-mentor\u00e9 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-flex\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-243230\" style=\"width: 40px; margin-right: 16px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/No-1.svg\" alt=\"\">Ce projet a \u00e9tabli et mis \u00e0 l\u2019essai un cadre de comp\u00e9tences qui a hiss\u00e9 la r\u00e9silience et la flexibilit\u00e9 au rang des caract\u00e9ristiques indispensables en entrepreneuriat et soulign\u00e9 l\u2019importance de solides relations mentor-mentor\u00e9 pour favoriser la r\u00e9ussite entrepreneuriale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-flex\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-243230\" style=\"width: 40px; margin-right: 16px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/No-2.svg\" alt=\"\">Il est imp\u00e9ratif d\u2019\u00e9tablir des strat\u00e9gies de mentorat en faveur des groupes ayant droit \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 qui diff\u00e9reront de celles adopt\u00e9es pour la population g\u00e9n\u00e9rale.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"the-issue\" class=\"wp-block-ob-blocks-anchor-point\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column gradient-top purple is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color\" id=\"TheChallenge\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-240812\" style=\"width: 12px;height: 24px;margin-right: 10px;position: relative; top: -2px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Vector-2.svg\" alt=\"\"> <strong>L\u2019enjeu<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019acc\u00e8s au mentorat au sein de l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me entrepreneurial du Canada joue un r\u00f4le crucial dans la capacit\u00e9 des entrepreneurs \u00e0 tirer des enseignements et \u00e0 \u00e9laborer des plans d\u2019action, \u00e0 r\u00e9seauter et \u00e0 appr\u00e9hender les processus qui sous-tendent leurs r\u00e9ussites et leurs \u00e9checs. L\u2019appui d\u2019un mentor comp\u00e9tent favorise \u00e9galement la r\u00e9silience de la personne mentor\u00e9e et l\u2019aide ainsi \u00e0 poursuivre son parcours entrepreneurial. \u00c0 ce jour, n\u00e9anmoins, aucune norme ou d\u00e9finition de travail g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement accessible n\u2019\u00e9tablit les attributs d\u2019une relation mentor-mentor\u00e9 efficace et les programmes de mentorat offrent rarement des soutiens et des formations aux personnes qui jouent le r\u00f4le de mentors, bon nombre de ces derni\u00e8res n\u2019ayant qu\u2019une compr\u00e9hension restreinte des meilleurs moyens de soutenir leurs mentor\u00e9s, en particulier parmi les groupes ayant droit \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9. top: -2px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Fill-1.svg\" alt=\"\"> <strong>Ce que nous examinons<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce projet a r\u00e9pondu aux questions de recherche suivantes&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Quelles sont les comp\u00e9tences primaires dont les entrepreneurs ont besoin pour prendre soin de leur sant\u00e9 mentale et de leur bien-\u00eatre?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quels soutiens l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me doit-il fournir pour que l\u2019entrepreneuriat devienne une option viable pour tous les segments d\u00e9mographiques?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quelles sont les pratiques exemplaires, tous domaines confondus, permettant d\u2019int\u00e9grer des soutiens en faveur de la r\u00e9silience au sein de l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me entrepreneurial du Canada?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre 2020 et&nbsp;2023, les coordonnateurs du programme MindFrame Connect&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ont \u00e9tudi\u00e9 276&nbsp;articles (revues universitaires et litt\u00e9rature grise) dans le cadre d\u2019une analyse documentaire;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ont men\u00e9 150&nbsp;entretiens ouverts semi-structur\u00e9s afin de consolider les fondements du projet sur le th\u00e8me du mentorat et des besoins de l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me;\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Huit entretiens approfondis semi-structur\u00e9s visaient \u00e0 se renseigner sur les pratiques propices \u00e0 la r\u00e9silience adopt\u00e9es par les entrepreneurs.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quarante entretiens ouverts semi-structur\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9s avec des partenaires de l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me repr\u00e9sentant des acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateurs, des incubateurs et des programmes d\u2019entrepreneuriat au Canada.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ont organis\u00e9 cinq tables rondes destin\u00e9es \u00e0 explorer de mani\u00e8re plus g\u00e9n\u00e9rale les questions d\u2019EDI dans le mentorat en compagnie de 23&nbsp;membres de l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me entrepreneurial;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ont mis en place 186&nbsp;s\u00e9ances de formation b\u00eata et ateliers aupr\u00e8s de quelque 6&nbsp;000&nbsp;mentors, mentor\u00e9s, entrepreneurs et acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateurs afin d\u2019obtenir une r\u00e9troaction en temps r\u00e9el sur la structure et l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 du programme.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e9laboration de l\u2019ensemble des formations, supports p\u00e9dagogiques et cadres, des s\u00e9ances de formation b\u00eata ont permis de les mettre \u00e0 l\u2019essai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9valuation et la r\u00e9troaction en continu faisaient partie des composantes essentielles du projet. \u00c0 l\u2019issue de l\u2019essai pilote, le projet a mis au jour l\u2019importance d\u2019approfondir l\u2019analyse des questions d\u2019EDI dans le mentorat, de rep\u00e9rer les lacunes existantes et de trouver des possibilit\u00e9s de soutien. Les constatations issues des tables rondes serviront \u00e0 \u00e9clairer les futurs programmes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"what-were-learning\" class=\"wp-block-ob-blocks-anchor-point\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column gradient-top purple is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color\" id=\"TheResult\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-240819\" style=\"width: 24px;height: 24px;margin-right: 10px;position: relative; top: -2px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Fill-1-1.svg\" alt=\"\"> <strong>Ce que nous apprenons<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>R\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s du programme MindFrame Connect&nbsp;:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Une plateforme en ligne proposant des ressources et des programmes de formation \u00e0 l\u2019intention des mentors et des mentor\u00e9s a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise au point pour les aider \u00e0 renforcer leur r\u00e9silience et \u00e0 tirer le meilleur parti de la relation de mentorat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plus de 6&nbsp;100&nbsp;personnes ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 186&nbsp;ateliers et \u00e9v\u00e8nements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les cours en ligne ont \u00e9t\u00e9 suivis par 210&nbsp;utilisateurs uniques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En l\u2019espace de deux ans, plus de 2&nbsp;000&nbsp;sondages ont permis aux organisateurs d\u2019\u00e9valuer l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 du programme et la satisfaction des participants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Six cents personnes ont souscrit \u00e0 la r\u00e9ception des courriels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vingt-et-un articles, balados et entretiens ont \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le site Web de MindFrame Connect a enregistr\u00e9 36&nbsp;000&nbsp;visites et vues durant l\u2019essai pilote.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Au total, les interactions sur les m\u00e9dias sociaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 multipli\u00e9es par 3,67 par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, avec un nombre d\u2019impressions 8,99&nbsp;fois sup\u00e9rieur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trois projets de recherche universitaire sur le mentorat, les aptitudes propices \u00e0 la r\u00e9silience mentale de l\u2019entrepreneur et les strat\u00e9gies de l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me en mati\u00e8re de r\u00e9silience ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mis sur pied dans le cadre du projet MindFrame Connect, incluant deux m\u00e9ta-analyses, une analyse documentaire et deux rapports de recherche qualitative reposant sur des entretiens avec des entrepreneurs des quatre coins du Canada.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Ce programme a renforc\u00e9 efficacement le maillage de l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me entrepreneurial<\/strong><br>L\u2019\u00e9laboration strat\u00e9gique de programmes compl\u00e9mentaires en partenariat avec des acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateurs et des incubateurs au Canada a offert un acc\u00e8s \u00e9largi aux entrepreneurs, mis des ressources \u00e0 la disposition des programmes de soutien \u00e0 l\u2019entrepreneuriat et permis \u00e0 MindFrame Connect de mieux rep\u00e9rer les lacunes parmi les ressources existantes. Par ailleurs, les responsables de programme au sein de divers groupes de parties prenantes au Canada ont pu \u00e9tablir des strat\u00e9gies sur les questions touchant au mentorat et aux aptitudes \u00e0 la r\u00e9silience par le biais des possibilit\u00e9s relationnelles et des offres de programme de Mindframe Connect.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La conception it\u00e9rative des programmes a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 les styles d\u2019enseignement efficaces aupr\u00e8s de diff\u00e9rents apprenants<\/strong><br>MindFrame Connect a employ\u00e9 divers modes et styles d\u2019enseignement pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la diversit\u00e9 des besoins rencontr\u00e9s par les adultes apprenants. Cette exp\u00e9rimentation a permis de d\u00e9terminer les styles les plus efficaces en fonction des publics. Gr\u00e2ce au vaste \u00e9ventail de programmes synchrones et asynchrones du projet, une population beaucoup plus large a pu acc\u00e9der aux ressources connexes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La normalisation des attentes nourries par les mentors et les mentor\u00e9s est b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour les deux parties<\/strong><br>Compte tenu de la diversit\u00e9 des relations de mentorat et de l\u2019approche souvent informelle qu\u2019elles adoptent, les coordonnateurs du projet ont constat\u00e9 qu\u2019il \u00e9tait n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019\u00e9tablir des pratiques exemplaires et des rep\u00e8res sectoriels applicables aux certifications et aux qualifications en place partout au Canada. En outre, les entrepreneurs issus de groupes ayant droit \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 sont confront\u00e9s \u00e0 des obstacles leur entravant l\u2019acc\u00e8s au mentorat et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation. La normalisation de pratiques de mentorat inclusives pourrait contribuer \u00e0 r\u00e9duire ces obstacles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les s\u00e9ances de formation br\u00e8ves et asynchrones selon un rythme personnel sont id\u00e9ales pour les entrepreneurs<\/strong><br>Les contraintes de temps faisaient partie des points \u00e0 prendre en compte en priorit\u00e9 dans les interventions ou les programmes \u00e0 l\u2019intention des entrepreneurs. Les s\u00e9ances ayant attir\u00e9 le plus fort auditoire \u00e9taient celles durant 60&nbsp;\u00e0&nbsp;90&nbsp;minutes. Il s\u2019est av\u00e9r\u00e9 plus difficile d\u2019enregistrer des inscriptions et de confirmer la pr\u00e9sence des participants aux s\u00e9ances plus longues. De ce fait, la solution la plus efficace aupr\u00e8s de cette population consiste probablement \u00e0 organiser des s\u00e9ances r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9es d\u2019une dur\u00e9e maximale de 90&nbsp;minutes, dans la mesure o\u00f9 bon nombre d\u2019entrepreneurs ne sont pas en mesure d\u2019y consacrer davantage de temps durant leur journ\u00e9e de travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De plus, les programmes asynchrones selon un rythme personnel \u00e9taient les plus recherch\u00e9s, car les entrepreneurs pouvaient b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019un apprentissage de qualit\u00e9, fond\u00e9 sur des donn\u00e9es probantes, au moment qui leur convenait le mieux et non \u00e0 un horaire pr\u00e9d\u00e9fini. L\u2019application des connaissances \u00e9tait \u00e9galement importante, la terminologie de recherche et le jargon universitaire s\u2019av\u00e9rant inefficaces aupr\u00e8s de cette population. Les cours ax\u00e9s sur les comp\u00e9tences, dispens\u00e9s en langage courant par des chefs de file du domaine, ont suscit\u00e9 la plus forte mobilisation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La pr\u00e9sence de champions au sein de l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me s\u2019est traduite par une am\u00e9lioration des taux de pr\u00e9sence et de participation. Compte tenu de la nature de l\u2019entrepreneuriat, les occasions de r\u00e9seautage et d\u2019apprentissage aupr\u00e8s de chefs de file reconnus ont \u00e9t\u00e9 fr\u00e9quemment jug\u00e9es extr\u00eamement pr\u00e9cieuses dans la r\u00e9troaction qualitative recueillie par nos soins.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"why-it-matters\" class=\"wp-block-ob-blocks-anchor-point\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column gradient-top purple is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color\" id=\"TheImpact\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-240819\" style=\"width: 22px;height: 22px;margin-right: 10px;position: relative; top: -2px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Fill-1-2.svg\" alt=\"\"> <strong>Pourquoi c\u2019est important<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:38px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column margin-bottom-0 is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:60%\">\n<p>En raison de la hausse des co\u00fbts induite par l\u2019inflation et des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 trouver l\u2019\u00e9quilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e, entre autres, les entrepreneurs du Canada voient leur sant\u00e9 mentale d\u00e9cliner. En effet, selon un rapport publi\u00e9 par la Banque de d\u00e9veloppement du Canada (BDC) en f\u00e9vrier&nbsp;2023, 45&nbsp;% des propri\u00e9taires d\u2019entreprise au Canada ont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 \u00ab&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bdc.ca\/fr\/a-propos\/centre-des-medias\/communiques-presse\/sante-mentale-proprietaires-dentreprise-sest-considerablement-degradee-par-rapport-lan-dernier-selon-nouveaux-resultats-sondage-bdc\">avoir des probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 mentale, comparativement \u00e0 38&nbsp;% en f\u00e9vrier&nbsp;2022<\/a>&nbsp;\u00bb. Ce rapport indique que <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bdc.ca\/globalassets\/digizuite\/40485-rapport-sondage-sante-mentale-proprietaires-pme-soutien-offert-2023.pdf\">les groupes ayant droit \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 sont plus susceptibles de mentionner des probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 mentale<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le mentorat et les soutiens de l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me sont des moyens \u00e9prouv\u00e9s d\u2019am\u00e9liorer le bien-\u00eatre des entrepreneurs, comme le montre d\u2019ailleurs un rapport de la BDC dans le cadre duquel les entrepreneurs ont class\u00e9 le mentorat en milieu d\u2019affaires juste derri\u00e8re l\u2019aide professionnelle et le recours \u00e0 la pleine conscience parmi les mesures propices \u00e0 la r\u00e9solution des probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 mentale.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les d\u00e9cideurs ne devraient pas se concentrer simplement sur les programmes de financement sous-tendant les activit\u00e9s quotidiennes des entreprises, mais plut\u00f4t adopter une approche globale de soutien aux entrepreneurs qui les font tourner. Le bien-\u00eatre des entrepreneurs peut avoir une incidence majeure sur la r\u00e9ussite de leurs activit\u00e9s et constituer un indicateur de mesure cl\u00e9. Ce faisant, les d\u00e9cideurs au Canada pourraient contribuer \u00e0 l\u2019instauration d\u2019une approche p\u00e9renne de soutien aux entrepreneurs et, par cons\u00e9quent, \u00e0 la meilleure
