comp\u00e9tences pour le travail de l\u2019avenir, lanc\u00e9 en r\u00e9ponse aux d\u00e9fis changeants du march\u00e9 du travail canadien exacerb\u00e9s par la pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19 et par les progr\u00e8s technologiques rapides, visait \u00e0 combler les lacunes en mati\u00e8re de comp\u00e9tences auxquelles les jeunes du Nouveau-Brunswick et du Canada atlantique sont confront\u00e9s. Le projet visait \u00e0 int\u00e9grer des comp\u00e9tences centr\u00e9es sur l\u2019humain, comme l\u2019intelligence \u00e9motionnelle, avec des comp\u00e9tences techniques, rem\u00e9diant ainsi aux insuffisances des parcours \u00e9ducatifs traditionnels pour pr\u00e9parer les \u00e9tudiantes et \u00e9tudiants aux futurs environnements de travail. Plus de 850&nbsp;participantes et participants ont suivi un programme d\u2019\u00e9tudes qui comprenait \u00e0 la fois un apprentissage par l\u2019exp\u00e9rience et un apprentissage autodirig\u00e9 qui abordaient les comp\u00e9tences essentielles pour les environnements de travail du futur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La mise en \u0153uvre du programme a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 plusieurs perspectives cl\u00e9s. En raison de la souplesse de la prestation des modules du programme et du fait qu\u2019il tenait compte de diverses pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences d\u2019apprentissage, les participants se sont mobilis\u00e9s et ont conserv\u00e9 leurs comp\u00e9tences. Malgr\u00e9 les difficult\u00e9s rencontr\u00e9es dans la collecte de donn\u00e9es en raison de l\u2019h\u00e9sitation des participantes et participants \u00e0 partager des renseignements personnels, les commentaires post-formation des employeurs ont soulign\u00e9 une augmentation de la reconnaissance des comp\u00e9tences en milieu de travail et de la confiance chez les employ\u00e9es et employ\u00e9s. Le projet a \u00e9galement r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 favoriser l\u2019inclusion, en attirant une participation importante de divers groupes d\u00e9mographiques, ce qui a enrichi l\u2019exp\u00e9rience d\u2019apprentissage et soulign\u00e9 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019une approche globale pour le programme. Les concepteurs du programme ont strat\u00e9giquement choisi de travailler avec 19&nbsp;partenaires du secteur de l\u2019\u00e9ducation et du secteur priv\u00e9. Ces partenariats se sont av\u00e9r\u00e9s cruciaux, et ont facilit\u00e9 l\u2019int\u00e9gration du programme dans les cadres \u00e9ducatifs existants et son adaptabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Ces r\u00e9sultats soulignent la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de mettre en place des mod\u00e8les d\u2019entra\u00eenement adaptables qui r\u00e9pondent aux changements technologiques et \u00e9conomiques. Ces r\u00e9sultats soulignent \u00e9galement l\u2019importance d\u2019int\u00e9grer les comp\u00e9tences non techniques \u00e0 la formation technique. Cela a eu une incidence sur la capacit\u00e9 des responsables du programme \u00e0 \u00e9valuer pleinement l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 du programme du point de vue des participantes et participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-flex\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-243230\" style=\"width: 40px; margin-right: 16px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/No-2.svg\" alt=\"\">Les responsables de l\u2019organisation du programme ont \u00e9tabli des partenariats avec 19&nbsp;entit\u00e9s du secteur de l\u2019\u00e9ducation et du secteur priv\u00e9. La pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19 n\u2019a fait qu\u2019exacerber ces d\u00e9fis existants sur le march\u00e9 du travail canadien. Des \u00e9tudes indiquent que d\u2019ici 2028, plus de 50&nbsp;% des professions au Canada n\u00e9cessiteront une refonte importante des comp\u00e9tences, et 62&nbsp;% des cadres sup\u00e9rieurs reconnaissent la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de recycler le personnel en raison de l\u2019automatisation. Ce changement met en \u00e9vidence une demande croissante d\u2019emplois centr\u00e9s sur l\u2019humain que l\u2019IA et l\u2019apprentissage automatique ont du mal \u00e0 reproduire, des emplois qui mettent l\u2019accent sur des comp\u00e9tences telles que l\u2019intelligence \u00e9motionnelle, la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et la r\u00e9solution de probl\u00e8mes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les employeurs de divers secteurs ont signal\u00e9 des difficult\u00e9s croissantes \u00e0 trouver des talents poss\u00e9dant ces comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires. Les parcours \u00e9ducatifs traditionnels ne pr\u00e9parent pas ad\u00e9quatement les \u00e9tudiantes et \u00e9tudiants \u00e0 ces changements, ce qui entra\u00eene un manque de comp\u00e9tences qui doit \u00eatre combl\u00e9 pour assurer la p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre canadienne. L\u2019urgence de trouver des solutions est \u00e9vidente, car l\u2019\u00e9volution du march\u00e9 du travail n\u00e9cessite une main-d\u2019\u0153uvre capable de s\u2019adapter aux nouvelles technologies tout en conservant les comp\u00e9tences centr\u00e9es sur l\u2019humain que l\u2019automatisation ne peut pas remplacer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les tentatives pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes pour combler ce d\u00e9ficit de comp\u00e9tences ont souvent \u00e9chou\u00e9, principalement parce qu\u2019elles n\u2019int\u00e8grent pas les comp\u00e9tences centr\u00e9es sur l\u2019humain essentielles aux comp\u00e9tences technologiques requises par les milieux de travail modernes. De nombreux programmes de formation se concentrent trop sur les comp\u00e9tences techniques sans favoriser les comp\u00e9tences de savoir-\u00eatre ou vice versa. De plus, le rythme rapide des changements technologiques signifie que les programmes d\u2019\u00e9ducation et de formation traditionnels ont du mal \u00e0 suivre, ce qui laisse un d\u00e9calage entre les comp\u00e9tences enseign\u00e9es et celles exig\u00e9es par les employeurs. Les principales questions explor\u00e9es comprenaient&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Comment doter efficacement les nouveaux et futurs dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s et dipl\u00f4m\u00e9es de comp\u00e9tences r\u00e9silientes pour faire face aux ruptures technologiques\u2009?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quelles m\u00e9thodes de formation innovantes pourraient valoriser ces comp\u00e9tences\u2009?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comment int\u00e9grer ces m\u00e9thodes de formation dans les cadres \u00e9ducatifs existants pour assurer une diffusion vaste et efficace\u2009?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet a fait appel \u00e0 de multiples parties prenantes, dont la Greater Fredericton Community Economic Development Agency Inc. (exploit\u00e9e sous le nom de Planet Hatch) et les \u00e9tablissements d\u2019enseignement du Canada atlantique. Ces partenaires ont travaill\u00e9 ensemble \u00e0 la conception et \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre du Programme de d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences pour le travail de l\u2019avenir, qui visait \u00e0 former plus de 750&nbsp;participants \u00e0 12&nbsp;comp\u00e9tences recherch\u00e9es pour le travail de l\u2019avenir, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un ensemble de possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019apprentissage par l\u2019exp\u00e9rience et d\u2019apprentissage autonome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019objectif du projet \u00e9tait de mettre \u00e0 l\u2019essai et de perfectionner un programme de formation qui pourrait \u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9 aux programmes d\u2019\u00e9tudes des \u00e9tablissements secondaires et postsecondaires ou offert en tant que programme autonome. Le projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en \u0153uvre en deux phases. Il y a eu une participation importante des femmes, des personnes non binaires, des personnes handicap\u00e9es, des Autochtones et de divers groupes raciaux et linguistiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La flexibilit\u00e9 pour s\u2019adapter \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents styles d\u2019apprentissage<\/strong><br>La flexibilit\u00e9 pour la prestation des modules, soit en personne ou en ligne, en s\u00e9quence ou \u00e0 la carte, s\u2019est av\u00e9r\u00e9e essentielle pour s\u2019adapter \u00e0 diverses pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences et horaires d\u2019apprentissage. Cependant, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9 qu\u2019une prestation structur\u00e9e et s\u00e9quentielle des modules am\u00e9liorait la compr\u00e9hension et la r\u00e9tention des comp\u00e9tences chez les participantes et participants. Et ce, malgr\u00e9 le succ\u00e8s du programme qui a d\u00e9pass\u00e9 les objectifs de participation et l\u2019adoption de HubSpot comme outil de gestion de la relation avec la client\u00e8le, lequel s\u2019est av\u00e9r\u00e9 essentiel pour organiser les donn\u00e9es sur les participantes et participants et suivre leur progr\u00e8s. Les participantes et participants \u00e9taient r\u00e9ticents \u00e0 fournir des renseignements personnels et \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux sondages sur la satisfaction. Cela a eu une incidence sur la capacit\u00e9 des responsables d\u2019\u00e9valuer pleinement l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 du programme du point de vue des participantes et participants.
