has-text-color\">La diversit\u00e9, l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 et l\u2019inclusion sont les principaux moteurs de l\u2019innovation requise pour stimuler la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 mondiale du Canada et cr\u00e9er des emplois significatifs et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9preuve du temps. L\u2019\u00e9conomie de l\u2019innovation repr\u00e9sente une occasion importante d\u2019accro\u00eetre la prosp\u00e9rit\u00e9 du Canada et de sa population. Cependant, malgr\u00e9 certains progr\u00e8s, les personnes issues de la diversit\u00e9 sont sous-repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es dans la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre du secteur de l\u2019innovation au Canada et re\u00e7oivent moins de financement et de possibilit\u00e9s de recherche et de d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En f\u00e9vrier 2023, la Coalition of Innovation Leaders Against Racism (CILAR), en partenariat avec KDPM Consulting Group, la Banque TD et MaRS Discovery District, a re\u00e7u un financement du Centre des comp\u00e9tences futures (CCF) pour concevoir et mettre en \u0153uvre le projet pilote ACC\u00c9L\u00c9RER \u2014 Leadership, qui permet aux cadres sup\u00e9rieurs et aux membres de la haute direction du secteur de l\u2019innovation de promouvoir l\u2019EDI (\u00e9quit\u00e9, diversit\u00e9 et inclusion), car il s\u2019agit d\u2019un catalyseur cl\u00e9 de l\u2019innovation organisationnelle, de la croissance et de la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 mondiale.&nbsp; &nbsp;Blueprint a travaill\u00e9 avec les partenaires de CILAR et d\u2019ACC\u00c9L\u00c9RER pour concevoir et mettre en \u0153uvre une strat\u00e9gie de production de donn\u00e9es probantes pour le projet pilote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet pilote ACC\u00c9L\u00c9RER \u2014 Leadership s\u2019est appuy\u00e9 sur un nombre croissant de recherches qui soulignent l\u2019importance de l\u2019EDI pour l\u2019innovation et la croissance organisationnelles, et a \u00e9t\u00e9 orient\u00e9 par l\u2019expertise et l\u2019exp\u00e9rience de tous les partenaires impliqu\u00e9s. Il s\u2019est appuy\u00e9 sur les ressources et les outils existants des partenaires (y compris ceux soutenus par le CCF).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Le mod\u00e8le comprenait quatre composantes principales&nbsp;: la phase de recrutement, les Inclusive Leadership Labs, l\u2019initiative Community of Progress (via DISCO) et des s\u00e9ances d\u2019encadrement. Une fois le programme mis en \u0153uvre, les partenaires du programme ont apport\u00e9 quelques modifications notables au mod\u00e8le afin d\u2019en am\u00e9liorer l\u2019ex\u00e9cution. Comme la phase de d\u00e9veloppement et la phase pilote du programme sont maintenant termin\u00e9es, la prochaine \u00e9tape d\u2019ACC\u00c9L\u00c9RER consiste \u00e0 peaufiner le mod\u00e8le.<br>Blueprint a travaill\u00e9 en collaboration avec les partenaires d\u2019ACC\u00c9L\u00c9RER\u2014 Leadership pour \u00e9laborer une strat\u00e9gie de production de donn\u00e9es probantes pour le projet pilote, y compris des principes directeurs, des questions pour l\u2019\u00e9valuation et des sources de donn\u00e9es. Notre approche visait \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux questions sur la pertinence du programme pour les participantes et participants, les parties prenantes et l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me\u2009; la mise en \u0153uvre et l\u2019efficacit\u00e9\u2009; les r\u00e9sultats individuels et organisationnels\u2009; et la durabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group key-insights-grey has-background is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"background-color:#0000000d\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Perspectives Cl\u00e9s<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default is-flex\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-243230\" style=\"width: 40px;margin-right: 16px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/No.svg\" alt=\"\">Le programme ACC\u00c9L\u00c9RER \u2014 Leadership est positionn\u00e9 pour combler une lacune pour les leaders de l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-flex\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-243230\" style=\"width: 40px; margin-right: 16px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/No-1.svg\" alt=\"\">La plupart des participantes et participants ont reconnu la valeur des ressources, outils et cadres offerts par le programme ACC\u00c9L\u00c9RER.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-flex\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-243230\" style=\"width: 40px; margin-right: 16px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/No-2.svg\" alt=\"\">Les participantes et participants ont jug\u00e9 que le renforcement de la communaut\u00e9 \u00e9tait particuli\u00e8rement utile et ont trouv\u00e9 les activit\u00e9s d\u2019apprentissage par les pairs en direct int\u00e9gr\u00e9es au programme particuli\u00e8rement b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"the-issue\" class=\"wp-block-ob-blocks-anchor-point\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column gradient-top purple is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color\" id=\"TheChallenge\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-240812\" style=\"width: 12px;height: 24px;margin-right: 10px;position: relative; top: -2px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Vector-2.svg\" alt=\"\"> L\u2019enjeu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group flex-print is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p>Bien que les personnes racis\u00e9es repr\u00e9sentent 64&nbsp;% de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre au Canada, elles sont sous-repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es dans la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre de l\u2019innovation au Canada. En \u00e9laborant l\u2019id\u00e9e du projet pilote ACC\u00c9L\u00c9RER, les partenaires \u00e9taient conscients de la solide base de donn\u00e9es probantes qui met l\u2019accent sur les avantages de l\u2019EDI pour la croissance et le succ\u00e8s \u00e0 long terme de l\u2019\u00e9conomie de l\u2019innovation. Par exemple, lorsque les entreprises \u00e9tablissent des cultures et des politiques d\u2019entreprise inclusives, elles signalent une augmentation de 59,1&nbsp;% de la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, de l\u2019innovation et de l\u2019ouverture. Il y a \u00e9galement des preuves d\u2019une possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019adoption plus grande (et plus rapide) de l\u2019EDI dans le secteur de l\u2019innovation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La litt\u00e9rature sugg\u00e8re fortement que l\u2019adh\u00e9sion active de la haute direction, de la surveillance \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre, est essentielle \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9gration de l\u2019EDI au sein d\u2019une organisation. Lorsqu\u2019un PDG d\u00e9finit la strat\u00e9gie et communique fr\u00e9quemment les progr\u00e8s en mati\u00e8re d\u2019EDI, une entreprise est 6,3&nbsp;fois plus susceptible d\u2019avoir une \u00e9quipe de leadership diversifi\u00e9e et d\u2019\u00eatre un chef de file de l\u2019industrie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cependant, \u00e0 notre connaissance, peu d\u2019initiatives et de programmes de formation visent \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper les comp\u00e9tences en mati\u00e8re d\u2019EDI (et l\u2019adh\u00e9sion) parmi la haute direction au Canada. En d\u2019autres termes, les prochaines \u00e9tapes consisteront \u00e0 affiner davantage le mod\u00e8le en fonction des apprentissages du programme pilote et \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer l\u2019\u00e9tendre et le mettre \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle pour d\u2019autres publics et organisations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons \u00e9galement cern\u00e9 plusieurs questions auxquelles nous cherchions \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre dans le cadre de nos activit\u00e9s de production de donn\u00e9es probantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Pertinence et coh\u00e9rence&nbsp;: dans quelle mesure et de quelle mani\u00e8re le projet pilote est-il significatif et utile pour les parties prenantes\u2009? Les parties prenantes sont-elles int\u00e9ress\u00e9es, engag\u00e9es, dispos\u00e9es \u00e0 partager leurs exp\u00e9riences et leurs connaissances, et sont-elles engag\u00e9es dans le projet pilote\u2009? Le projet pilote r\u00e9pond-il \u00e0 un besoin de l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me et des secteurs et permet-il d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer leur parcours d\u2019EDI\u2009?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Mise en \u0153uvre et efficacit\u00e9&nbsp;: dans quelle mesure le projet pilote est-il mis en \u0153uvre comme pr\u00e9vu\u2009? Qu\u2019est-ce qui fonctionne bien et o\u00f9 y a-t-il des possibilit\u00e9s de renforcer et de simplifier la mise en \u0153uvre du projet pilote\u2009?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. R\u00e9sultats individuels&nbsp;: dans quelle mesure et de quelle mani\u00e8re les personnes participantes vivent-elles des changements nouveaux ou acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9s (p. ex., dans les comportements, les attitudes, les comp\u00e9tences et la confiance)\u2009?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. R\u00e9sultats organisationnels&nbsp;: dans quelle mesure et de quelle mani\u00e8re les organisations participantes observent-elles des signes prometteurs de changement (p. ex., dans les processus, les pratiques, l\u2019engagement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard de l\u2019EDI et son int\u00e9gration)\u2009?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Le programme ACC\u00c9L\u00c9RER \u2014 Leadership est positionn\u00e9 pour combler une lacune pour les leaders de l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me. Les partenaires ont con\u00e7u ACC\u00c9L\u00c9RER en reconnaissance des avantages de l\u2019EDI et de la possibilit\u00e9 de l\u2019int\u00e9grer dans les organisations du secteur de l\u2019innovation (y compris les organismes sans but lucratif) partout au Canada. Le programme visait \u00e0 combler une lacune dans les soutiens actuellement offerts aux cadres sup\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 mesure qu\u2019ils font progresser l\u2019EDI au sein de leurs \u00e9quipes et organisations. La r\u00e9troaction des participantes et participants au programme concernant leur motivation \u00e0 y participer sugg\u00e8re qu\u2019il existe une demande pour ce type de programmation dans le secteur de l\u2019innovation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. La plupart des participantes et participants ont reconnu la valeur des ressources, outils et cadres offerts par le programme ACC\u00c9L\u00c9RER. Leurs commentaires ont confirm\u00e9 que la documentation offerte \u00e9tait pr\u00e9cieuse et utile, en particulier pour les personnes qui connaissaient peu les concepts d\u2019EDI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Les participantes et participants ont estim\u00e9 que l\u2019initiative sur le renforcement de la communaut\u00e9 \u00e9tait particuli\u00e8rement utile. Ils ont soulign\u00e9 qu\u2019ils appr\u00e9ciaient particuli\u00e8rement les discussions en petits groupes avec leurs pairs, au cours desquelles ils pouvaient partager des questions, des d\u00e9fis et des solutions et entendre les points de vue de chaque personne concernant l\u2019int\u00e9gration de l\u2019EDI dans leur travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Les participantes et participants ont estim\u00e9 que des conseils en mati\u00e8re d\u2019EDI sp\u00e9cifiques au contexte et r\u00e9alisables \u00e9taient essentiels \u00e0 l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 d\u2019ACC\u00c9L\u00c9RER. Ils ont soulign\u00e9 qu\u2019il \u00e9tait possible d\u2019adapter davantage la formation afin de renforcer<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>les liens avec leur environnement quotidien, ce qui permet de s\u2019assurer que le projet pilote est pertinent et align\u00e9 avec leur travail, leurs contextes organisationnels et les \u00e9tapes de l\u2019apprentissage de l\u2019EDI. Ils consid\u00e8rent que cela est essentiel pour l\u2019incidence d\u2019ACC\u00c9L\u00c9RER \u00e0 l\u2019avenir, pour les dirigeantes, les dirigeants et les
