souvent de 20 \u00e0 50&nbsp;ans apr\u00e8s leur derni\u00e8re exp\u00e9rience d\u2019\u00e9tudes. Il est fr\u00e9quent chez les travailleurs en milieu de carri\u00e8re de ressentir un \u00ab\u2009choc de l\u2019apprentissage\u2009\u00bb, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire une exp\u00e9rience de frustration, de confusion et d\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 qui accompagne l\u2019exposition \u00e0 des m\u00e9thodes d\u2019apprentissage, des m\u00e9thodes d\u2019enseignement et des attentes inconnues. Cette exp\u00e9rience peut constituer un obstacle important \u00e0 la r\u00e9ussite d\u2019un programme de formation et, par extension, \u00e0 une transition r\u00e9ussie vers un nouveau poste ou un nouveau secteur d\u2019activit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le cadre de ce projet pilote, les responsables du projet ont mis sur pied un groupe consultatif, men\u00e9 un sondage aupr\u00e8s de 943&nbsp;participantes et participants et effectu\u00e9 une analyse de l\u2019environnement afin d\u2019orienter l\u2019\u00e9laboration de modules de formation pour les travailleuses et travailleurs en milieu de carri\u00e8re du Manitoba \u00e2g\u00e9s de 18&nbsp;ans et plus. L\u2019objectif des modules \u00e9tait de promouvoir un sentiment de contr\u00f4le, de r\u00e9duire les sentiments n\u00e9gatifs et d\u2019accro\u00eetre la motivation \u00e0 s\u2019engager dans une formation li\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019emploi et \u00e0 la compl\u00e9ter. Les modules ont \u00e9t\u00e9 offerts \u00e0 28&nbsp;participantes et participants dans un environnement d\u2019apprentissage \u00e0 distance. Le \u00ab\u2009choc de l\u2019apprentissage\u2009\u00bb, l\u2019exp\u00e9rience de frustration, de confusion et d\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 qui accompagne l\u2019exposition \u00e0 des m\u00e9thodes d\u2019apprentissage, d\u2019enseignement et des attentes inconnues, peut constituer un obstacle puissant \u00e0 l\u2019ach\u00e8vement de la formation ou \u00e0 la poursuite d\u2019\u00e9tudes suppl\u00e9mentaires qui pourraient mener \u00e0 une transition r\u00e9ussie vers un nouveau poste ou un nouveau secteur. Certaines des r\u00e9ponses frauduleuses provenaient de personnes ayant fait plusieurs tentatives et d\u2019autres provenaient de robots. Les responsables de la coordination du projet ont pass\u00e9 beaucoup de temps \u00e0 nettoyer les donn\u00e9es avant qu\u2019elles ne puissent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es, et cela s\u2019est sold\u00e9 par un \u00e9chantillon de 943&nbsp;r\u00e9ponses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Le passage \u00e0 la prestation virtuelle peut avoir un impact sur la participation<\/strong><br>Seules 28&nbsp;personnes ont compl\u00e9t\u00e9 la formation sur le choc de l\u2019apprentissage et les responsables de la coordination du projet s\u2019attendaient \u00e0 beaucoup plus. Malheureusement, la mise en \u0153uvre des modules a co\u00efncid\u00e9 avec le deuxi\u00e8me confinement d\u00fb \u00e0 la pand\u00e9mie au Manitoba. Cela a forc\u00e9 le projet de passer de s\u00e9ances en pr\u00e9sentiel \u00e0 l\u2019apprentissage \u00e0 distance, ce qui, selon les responsables, a diminu\u00e9 l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat pour la participation.
