bas\u00e9 \u00e0 Toronto (Ontario), visait \u00e0 rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 l&#8217;impact disproportionn\u00e9 de laa COVID-19 sur les femmes. Le projet portait sur l&#8217;intersection des femmes qui assument la responsabilit\u00e9 principale des soins et du travail domestique, qui sont majoritairement autochtones et noires et qui travaillaient dans le secteur de la vente au d\u00e9tail lorsque la pand\u00e9mie a frapp\u00e9. Le projet visait \u00e0 tirer parti des comp\u00e9tences professionnelles de ce groupe de femmes pour les faire \u00e9voluer vers le secteur des technologies de l&#8217;information par le biais d&#8217;une formation, d&#8217;un soutien global et de relations. L&#8217;objectif du projet Path2CS \u00e9tait de favoriser la r\u00e9silience professionnelle et d&#8217;am\u00e9liorer l&#8217;employabilit\u00e9 dans des r\u00f4les bas\u00e9s sur la technologie.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Path2CS a form\u00e9 120 femmes diverses en tant que t\u00e9l\u00e9travailleuses certifi\u00e9es dans les domaines de la r\u00e9ussite des clients et de l&#8217;analyse des donn\u00e9es. Le programme de formation s&#8217;est appuy\u00e9 sur une approche sexosp\u00e9cifique pour aborder les r\u00e9alit\u00e9s du travail \u00e0 domicile tout en conciliant les responsabilit\u00e9s familiales et domestiques.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Des interventions sur mesure et des services de soutien complets ont fait partie int\u00e9grante de la r\u00e9ussite du projet. De nombreuses femmes participantes devaient faire face \u00e0 des charges familiales accrues, aux responsabilit\u00e9s \u00e9ducatives des enfants et aux besoins financiers du foyer. Une bonne compr\u00e9hension des obstacles rencontr\u00e9s par les participants a permis au projet Path2CS de r\u00e9pondre aux attentes des employeurs en n\u00e9gociant des politiques de travail flexible et \u00e0 distance qui mettent l&#8217;accent sur la productivit\u00e9 bas\u00e9e sur les r\u00e9sultats plut\u00f4t que sur la journ\u00e9e de travail traditionnelle de 9 \u00e0 5 heures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group key-insights-grey has-background is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"background-color:#0000000d\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Perspectives Cl\u00e9s<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default is-flex\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-243230\" style=\"width: 40px;margin-right: 16px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/No.svg\" alt=\"\">Les obstacles en mati\u00e8re de r\u00e9tention et de capacit\u00e9 ont mis en \u00e9vidence la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d&#8217;une int\u00e9gration plus pouss\u00e9e des employeurs. De nombreuses PME ont eu du mal \u00e0 comprendre et \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper les r\u00f4les li\u00e9s \u00e0 la r\u00e9ussite des clients, ce qui a eu un impact sur les r\u00e9sultats du projet. \u00c0 l&#8217;avenir, l&#8217;int\u00e9gration plus active des employeurs dans la conception des formations permettra d&#8217;aligner les besoins et de favoriser la r\u00e9ussite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-flex\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-243230\" style=\"width: 40px; margin-right: 16px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/No-1.svg\" alt=\"\">Le projet a permis d&#8217;engager 120 femmes issues de la diversit\u00e9 dans une formation de t\u00e9l\u00e9travailleur certifi\u00e9, et 81 % des participantes ont trouv\u00e9 un emploi \u00e0 l&#8217;issue de la formation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-flex\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-243230\" style=\"width: 40px; margin-right: 16px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/No-2.svg\" alt=\"\">Le soutien holistique favorise la r\u00e9silience professionnelle. Cette tendance a un impact disproportionn\u00e9 sur les femmes appartenant \u00e0 des groupes m\u00e9ritant l&#8217;\u00e9quit\u00e9, dont beaucoup font partie de la main-d&#8217;\u0153uvre du commerce de d\u00e9tail. Les directives d\u2019\u00e9loignement social lors de la pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19 ont acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9 cette tendance. Les femmes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 touch\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re disproportionn\u00e9e par les responsabilit\u00e9s suppl\u00e9mentaires en mati\u00e8re de soins et d&#8217;\u00e9ducation pendant les fermetures de longue dur\u00e9e. Pendant la pand\u00e9mie, de nombreuses femmes ont perdu leur emploi ou ont quitt\u00e9 le march\u00e9 du travail pour s&#8217;occuper de leurs enfants et d&#8217;autres personnes. Le projet visait \u00e0 faire passer les femmes d&#8217;un travail relativement instable \u00e0 des emplois plus stables offrant des possibilit\u00e9s d&#8217;\u00e9volution de carri\u00e8re.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 trois microcertifications sectorielles, en impliquant les utilisateurs finaux dans le processus de conception et en menant des activit\u00e9s de mobilisation des connaissances pour am\u00e9liorer la sensibilisation et l&#8217;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l&#8217;information sur le d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re. Path2CS a \u00e9galement r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 engager les participants dans des discussions sur les pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s dans le recrutement, les strat\u00e9gies d&#8217;avancement de carri\u00e8re et l&#8217;importance de l&#8217;am\u00e9lioration des comp\u00e9tences pour l&#8217;\u00e9volution de la carri\u00e8re.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le programme comprenait une \u00e9valuation continue, un retour d&#8217;information de la part d&#8217;un conseil consultatif de l&#8217;industrie et des partenariats strat\u00e9giques avec des organisations comme Tata Consultancy Services Ltd, First Work, l&#8217;Association canadienne des professionnels de la vente, Lighthouse Labs et Riipen Inc.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"what-were-learning\" class=\"wp-block-ob-blocks-anchor-point\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column gradient-top purple is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color\" id=\"TheResult\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-240819\" style=\"width: 24px;height: 24px;margin-right: 10px;position: relative; top: -2px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Fill-1-1.svg\" alt=\"\"> Ce que nous apprenons<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Au total, 120 femmes ont particip\u00e9 au programme Path2CS, qui leur a permis d&#8217;acqu\u00e9rir des comp\u00e9tences mat\u00e9rielles et immat\u00e9rielles en vue d&#8217;une transition vers le secteur technologique. Parmi les participants, 70 % s&#8217;identifiaient comme racialis\u00e9s, 62 % \u00e9taient \u00e2g\u00e9s de 30 \u00e0 49 ans et 49 % avaient un niveau d&#8217;\u00e9ducation \u00e9lev\u00e9 (dipl\u00f4me universitaire ou doctorat, ma\u00eetrise ou universit\u00e9 de niveau sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 la licence).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les r\u00e9sultats du programme sont prometteurs<\/strong><br>Path2SC a atteint un taux d&#8217;obtention de dipl\u00f4me de 87 % pour l&#8217;ensemble des cohortes. Parmi ceux qui ont r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 l&#8217;enqu\u00eate post\u00e9rieure au programme, 81 % ont obtenu un emploi apr\u00e8s le programme et 83 % ont conserv\u00e9 leur emploi un an plus tard. La satisfaction des participants et des employeurs qui ont r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 l&#8217;enqu\u00eate post\u00e9rieure au programme \u00e9tait \u00e9lev\u00e9e. Une grande majorit\u00e9 s&#8217;est d\u00e9clar\u00e9e satisfaite du programme, soulignant sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 leurs besoins et \u00e0 leurs attentes. Malheureusement, \u00e0 l&#8217;instar d&#8217;autres interventions en mati\u00e8re de formation et de comp\u00e9tences, il s&#8217;est av\u00e9r\u00e9 difficile pour les coordinateurs de projet d&#8217;obtenir des participants un retour d&#8217;information sur leur situation professionnelle apr\u00e8s le programme, ce qui limite notre compr\u00e9hension des effets \u00e0 plus long terme de l&#8217;intervention.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les aides globales favorisent la r\u00e9ussite<\/strong><br>Path2SC a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u intentionnellement avec des aides globales qui ont favoris\u00e9 la r\u00e9silience professionnelle pour faire face aux perturbations futures. Le projet a permis aux participantes d&#8217;\u00eatre orient\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re personnalis\u00e9e vers des services ax\u00e9s sur les femmes et des services de sant\u00e9 mentale. Il a \u00e9galement apport\u00e9 une aide directe aux participants pour les frais de transport d&#8217;urgence, l&#8217;aide \u00e0 la garde d&#8217;enfants et les allocations pour le mat\u00e9riel technique, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant.
