aliments et des boissons a \u00e9t\u00e9 lente \u00e0 adopter la technologie de l\u2019apprentissage immersif virtuel (AIV), en partie \u00e0 cause des co\u00fbts de d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9lev\u00e9s, en particulier pour les nombreuses petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) du secteur. Pour rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 cette situation, Comp\u00e9tences Transformation Alimentaire Canada (CTAC) a lanc\u00e9 le projet pilote&nbsp;iFood360\u00b0 afin d\u2019explorer comment les PME disposant de ressources limit\u00e9es pourraient utiliser la technologie AIV pour favoriser la croissance et am\u00e9liorer les comp\u00e9tences de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre 2021 et 2023, l\u2019\u00e9quipe de CTAC a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 et mis en \u0153uvre du contenu de r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle (RV) et a int\u00e9ress\u00e9 115&nbsp;travailleuses et travailleurs \u00e0 participer \u00e0 des tests, dont 98&nbsp;% se sont d\u00e9clar\u00e9s satisfaits ou tr\u00e8s satisfaits de l\u2019offre. La r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle a \u00e9t\u00e9 bien accueillie par les participantes et participants, 82&nbsp;% l\u2019ayant recommand\u00e9e et 98&nbsp;% signalant une augmentation de l\u2019engagement pendant l\u2019exp\u00e9rience de r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle. Les plus jeunes, les citoyennes et citoyens canadiens et les personnes qui avaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 eu de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience avec la technologie de r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle ont \u00e9galement signal\u00e9 des niveaux d\u2019engagement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s avec la RV par rapport \u00e0 d\u2019autres contextes d\u2019apprentissage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un des principaux enseignements du processus est que le d\u00e9veloppement de solutions de formation en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 un secteur \u00e0 partir de z\u00e9ro n\u00e9cessite beaucoup de ressources, \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que l\u2019utilisation de la RV \u00e0 des fins d\u2019\u00e9ducation et de formation est encore \u00e9mergente. Un autre enseignement est que des sympt\u00f4mes comme les maux de t\u00eate et les naus\u00e9es ont affect\u00e9 plus de 37&nbsp;% des participantes et participants, les femmes, les personnes plus \u00e2g\u00e9es et qui n\u2019avaient aucune exp\u00e9rience pr\u00e9alable de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle signalant ces sympt\u00f4mes plus fr\u00e9quemment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Dans l\u2019ensemble, CTAC a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que les solutions de RV sur mesure peuvent am\u00e9liorer l\u2019engagement d\u2019apprentissage et le perfectionnement dans l\u2019industrie de la transformation des aliments et des boissons, tout en favorisant une plus grande inclusion des travailleuses et travailleurs issus de la diversit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group key-insights-grey has-background is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"background-color:#0000000d\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Perspectives Cl\u00e9s<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default is-flex\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-243230\" style=\"width: 40px;margin-right: 16px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/No.svg\" alt=\"\">Tous les employeurs r\u00e9pondants se sont dits satisfaits du programme et ont trouv\u00e9 la formation utile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-flex\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-243230\" style=\"width: 40px; margin-right: 16px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/No-1.svg\" alt=\"\">Parmi les participantes et participants n\u2019ayant aucune exp\u00e9rience pr\u00e9alable de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle, 79&nbsp;% recommanderaient la formation \u00e0 leurs coll\u00e8gues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-flex\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-243230\" style=\"width: 40px; margin-right: 16px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/No-2.svg\" alt=\"\">Quatre-vingt-dix-huit pour cent des participantes et participants ont signal\u00e9 une augmentation de l\u2019engagement pendant l\u2019exp\u00e9rience de r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle. Les co\u00fbts de d\u00e9veloppement de cette technologie constituent un obstacle majeur pour l\u2019industrie, qui comprend surtout des PME.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La technologie AIV est prometteuse pour relever un certain nombre de d\u00e9fis de formation pour le secteur, notamment en aidant \u00e0 surmonter les barri\u00e8res linguistiques et \u00e0 concilier les divers niveaux d\u2019\u00e9ducation parmi les personnes nouvellement arriv\u00e9es qui constituent une grande partie de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre. L\u2019AIV met l\u2019accent sur l\u2019apprentissage pratique plut\u00f4t que sur les m\u00e9thodes traditionnelles de lecture et d\u2019\u00e9coute. Le projet visait \u00e0 utiliser la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle pour am\u00e9liorer la recherche d\u2019une carri\u00e8re pour les personnes \u00e0 la recherche d\u2019emploi, en allant au-del\u00e0 des documents traditionnels de sensibilisation aux carri\u00e8res et en fournissant une compr\u00e9hension plus engag\u00e9e de l\u2019industrie et des opportunit\u00e9s et cheminements de carri\u00e8re disponibles.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une formation en RV sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire, les comp\u00e9tences techniques et l\u2019apprentissage socio\u00e9motionnel. La formation a \u00e9t\u00e9 offerte dans une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de formats en ligne et en personne. Ce niveau \u00e9lev\u00e9 de satisfaction est particuli\u00e8rement notable si l\u2019on tient compte de la diversit\u00e9 des exp\u00e9riences, des responsabilit\u00e9s et de la composition du groupe de participantes et participants. Le volet RV du programme a \u00e9t\u00e9 particuli\u00e8rement bien accueilli, 82&nbsp;% des r\u00e9pondantes et r\u00e9pondants ayant d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu\u2019ils recommanderaient ce volet. Tous les employeurs r\u00e9pondants se sont dits satisfaits du programme et ont trouv\u00e9 la formation utile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle et la formation \u00e9taient tr\u00e8s populaires<\/strong><br>Les responsables du projet \u00e9taient satisfaits de la diversit\u00e9 du groupe de participantes et participants. Le groupe comprenait des nouvelles et nouveaux venus, comme des \u00e9tudiantes et \u00e9tudiants, des jeunes et des personnes r\u00e9cemment dipl\u00f4m\u00e9es et pr\u00e9sentement \u00e0 la recherche d\u2019emploi qui explorent diff\u00e9rents cheminements de carri\u00e8re, ce qui met en \u00e9vidence la r\u00e9ception de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience de RV par une population vari\u00e9e et fournit des informations pr\u00e9cieuses sur son efficacit\u00e9. La presque totalit\u00e9 des participantes et participants (98&nbsp;%) ont signal\u00e9 une augmentation de l\u2019engagement pendant l\u2019exp\u00e9rience de RV, 62&nbsp;% indiquant \u00ab\u2009plus\u2009\u00bb d\u2019engagement et 36&nbsp;% d\u00e9clarant \u00ab\u2009un peu\u2009\u00bb plus d\u2019engagement par rapport \u00e0 d\u2019autres contextes d\u2019apprentissage. Les femmes (64&nbsp;%) ont montr\u00e9 des niveaux d\u2019engagement l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s que les hommes (58&nbsp;%). Les participantes et participants plus jeunes, les citoyennes et citoyens canadiens et les personnes ayant d\u00e9j\u00e0 exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 la RV ont \u00e9galement signal\u00e9 des niveaux d\u2019engagement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s pendant les exp\u00e9riences de RV par rapport \u00e0 d\u2019autres contextes d\u2019apprentissage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ce n\u2019est pas tout le monde qui aime la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle<\/strong><br>Un nombre important de personnes ont ressenti des maux de t\u00eate, des \u00e9tourdissements et\/ou des naus\u00e9es lors des s\u00e9ances de r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle. Plus de 37&nbsp;% ont signal\u00e9 des sympt\u00f4mes et 9&nbsp;% ont termin\u00e9 moins de la moiti\u00e9 de la composante VR en raison de leurs sympt\u00f4mes. Au sein de ce groupe, les femmes, les personnes plus \u00e2g\u00e9es et celles qui n\u2019avaient aucune exp\u00e9rience pr\u00e9alable de la RV ont signal\u00e9 ces sympt\u00f4mes plus souvent. D\u2019autres projets utilisant la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle pour la formation et le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences ont \u00e9galement rapport\u00e9 que certaines personnes ont ressenti des sympt\u00f4mes d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L\u2019innovation peut prendre beaucoup de temps<\/strong><br>Un des principaux enseignements de ce processus est que la conception de solutions de formation sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 un secteur peut n\u00e9cessiter beaucoup de ressources.
