pour objectif global de combler le d\u00e9ficit de comp\u00e9tences dans le secteur canadien de l\u2019\u00e9nergie en utilisant des outils novateurs, notamment la technologie de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle et un site Web interactif, afin de faciliter les changements de carri\u00e8re. Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, le projet visait \u00e0 faciliter l\u2019examen des possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019emploi et les changements de carri\u00e8re pour les travailleurs du secteur de l\u2019\u00e9nergie en milieu de carri\u00e8re, les jeunes, les Autochtones, les femmes, les immigrants et les nouveaux arrivants de l\u2019Alberta, de la Colombie-Britannique et de la Saskatchewan. En associant ces diff\u00e9rents publics et en promouvant les carri\u00e8res du secteur de l\u2019\u00e9nergie, le projet souligne que la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle peut servir d\u2019outil d\u2019apprentissage et repr\u00e9senter une piste que les d\u00e9cideurs pourraient envisager dans le cadre du financement des programmes de formation et de perfectionnement des comp\u00e9tences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Malgr\u00e9 les difficult\u00e9s engendr\u00e9es par la pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19, le projet a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle am\u00e9liorait l\u2019exp\u00e9rience d\u2019apprentissage et de perfectionnement des comp\u00e9tences. Or, les informations sur les possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019emploi et les qualifications et comp\u00e9tences requises dans le secteur sont incompl\u00e8tes et peu accessibles. Ce probl\u00e8me est aggrav\u00e9 par les ralentissements \u00e9conomiques, l\u2019\u00e9volution des modalit\u00e9s de travail, le vieillissement de la population et les avanc\u00e9es technologiques. Les initiatives engag\u00e9es dans le pass\u00e9 pour y rem\u00e9dier n\u2019ont pas permis de mettre \u00e0 disposition des ressources attrayantes et interactives sur l\u2019exploration des possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019emploi et les changements de carri\u00e8re, d\u2019o\u00f9 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019adopter des approches innovantes, comme la technologie de r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle et des outils interactifs, afin de soutenir efficacement les travailleurs. En mettant \u00e0 profit les technologies num\u00e9riques pour faciliter les possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019apprentissage et le d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re dans le secteur de l\u2019\u00e9nergie, le projet cherchait \u00e0 permettre aux travailleurs issus de diff\u00e9rents horizons d\u2019explorer de nouvelles perspectives de carri\u00e8re, d\u2019am\u00e9liorer leurs comp\u00e9tences et de g\u00e9rer efficacement les changements de carri\u00e8re.<br>Les responsables du projet ont interagi avec diff\u00e9rents intervenants, compil\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es pertinentes et cr\u00e9\u00e9 des ressources interactives pour favoriser l\u2019exploration des possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019emploi et le d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re. Ils ont con\u00e7u des exp\u00e9riences de r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle avanc\u00e9es pour v\u00e9rifier si les aptitudes des utilisateurs \u00e9taient transf\u00e9rables \u00e0 d\u2019autres professions et mis au point un site Web interactif pour guider les utilisateurs dans leur changement de carri\u00e8re. La phase de d\u00e9finition du projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019occasion de cr\u00e9er un site Web interactif, intitul\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/careersinenergy.ca\/fr\/home-fr-2\/\">Carri\u00e8res dans le secteur de l\u2019\u00e9nergie<\/a>, qui proposait des \u00e9tudes compl\u00e8tes, des ressources interactives et des outils \u00e0 l\u2019intention des demandeurs d\u2019emploi. En outre, entre octobre 2021 et mai 2022, quelque 60&nbsp;000&nbsp;personnes ont consult\u00e9 le site Web, dont 43&nbsp;% \u00e9taient des femmes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Il se pourrait que la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle soit plus b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour les nouveaux arrivants que pour les jeunes<\/strong><br>Les partenaires du projet pr\u00e9voyaient que les jeunes seraient les principaux utilisateurs de la technologie de r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle, en se fondant sur des hypoth\u00e8ses concernant la familiarit\u00e9 des jeunes avec celle-ci. Toutefois, au cours du projet, les commentaires les plus positifs sur la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle ont \u00e9t\u00e9 formul\u00e9s par les nouveaux arrivants, qui \u00e9taient nombreux \u00e0 en savoir peu sur le secteur de l\u2019\u00e9nergie. \u00c0 l\u2019issue des ateliers et des s\u00e9ances d\u2019exploration, les nouveaux arrivants ont souvent indiqu\u00e9 vouloir se lancer dans le secteur apr\u00e8s avoir interagi avec les outils de r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle et le site Web. Cet enseignement montre qu\u2019il est important de tester les hypoth\u00e8ses sur les besoins et les pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences du public cible au cours du projet afin de maximiser les r\u00e9sultats. Les coordonnateurs de projet doivent comprendre les dynamiques en mati\u00e8re de mobilisation du public, comme les diff\u00e9rents niveaux d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat chez les jeunes, les nouveaux arrivants et les immigrants, pour adapter correctement les approches pendant les phases de planification et de r\u00e9p\u00e9tition d\u2019un projet.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les tests en petits groupes permettent d\u2019obtenir des commentaires plus pr\u00e9cis sur la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle<\/strong><br>En raison des effets des restrictions li\u00e9es \u00e0 la COVID-19 sur les activit\u00e9s en pr\u00e9sentiel, les activit\u00e9s de sensibilisation ont connu des retards, ce qui s\u2019est traduit par un raccourcissement du calendrier d\u2019ex\u00e9cution du projet une fois les restrictions lev\u00e9es. En outre, le personnel du projet a rencontr\u00e9 des difficult\u00e9s pour ce qui est de recueillir des informations sur les participants et des commentaires au cours de manifestations en direct. \u00c0 l\u2019origine, il \u00e9tait pr\u00e9vu de demander aux participants de remplir des sondages apr\u00e8s avoir essay\u00e9 les casques de r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle lors de salons de l\u2019emploi.
