\u00ab&nbsp;Aider les bioentreprises \u00e0 renforcer leur r\u00e9silience pour r\u00e9sister aux perturbations et assurer leur p\u00e9rennit\u00e9&nbsp;\u00bb avait pour objet d\u2019aider les entreprises canadiennes de la bio\u00e9conomie \u00e0 faire face aux probl\u00e8mes urgents rencontr\u00e9s pendant la pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19. Ce secteur se compose essentiellement de petites et moyennes entreprises (PME). Les responsables du projet ont soulign\u00e9 qu\u2019il \u00e9tait imp\u00e9ratif que les PME renforcent leurs fonctions RH pour prosp\u00e9rer malgr\u00e9 les difficult\u00e9s. Les r\u00e9sultats ont montr\u00e9 que l\u2019inclusion, la diversit\u00e9, l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 et l\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 \u00e9taient essentielles pour prot\u00e9ger les entreprises des perturbations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour contribuer \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9laboration de politiques de RH de meilleure qualit\u00e9, les responsables du projet ont lanc\u00e9 le programme de reconnaissance Employeur Bioscience I.D.\u00c9.A.L<sup>MC<\/sup> et l\u2019initiative relative aux outils de renforcement de la r\u00e9silience dans le milieu de travail. Ces ressources ont aid\u00e9 des entreprises \u00e0 adopter et \u00e0 appliquer les principes d\u2019inclusion, d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 et d\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 afin de renforcer leur r\u00e9silience et de favoriser leur durabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">BioTalent Canada a non seulement contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 att\u00e9nuer les effets imm\u00e9diats de la pand\u00e9mie, mais aussi pr\u00e9par\u00e9 les PME aux crises qui pourraient survenir \u00e0 l\u2019avenir. Le secteur, compos\u00e9 en grande partie de PME, a d\u00fb faire face \u00e0 de nombreuses difficult\u00e9s, comme les restrictions sur le lieu de travail et la p\u00e9nurie persistante de talents. Cela \u00e9tant, certaines PME ont prosp\u00e9r\u00e9 pendant la pand\u00e9mie.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans de pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes \u00e9tudes sur le march\u00e9 du travail, BioTalent Canada avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 mis en \u00e9vidence le manque criant d\u2019outils et de ressources accessibles qui pourraient aider les employeurs \u00e0 \u00e9tablir des milieux de travail modernes, diversifi\u00e9s et inclusifs, \u00e9l\u00e9ment primordial du renforcement de la r\u00e9silience organisationnelle. La cl\u00e9 du succ\u00e8s \u00e9tait de mettre l\u2019accent sur la capacit\u00e9 de recruter, d\u2019int\u00e9grer et de maintenir en poste des talents diversifi\u00e9s en adoptant des cadres d\u2019action ax\u00e9s sur les questions d\u2019EDI. Or, de nombreuses PME ne disposaient pas des ressources n\u00e9cessaires pour mettre en \u0153uvre de tels cadres comme il se doit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour combler ces lacunes, les responsables du projet ont \u00e9labor\u00e9 une s\u00e9rie de ressources et d\u2019outils fond\u00e9s sur des recherches approfondies et des pratiques \u00e9tay\u00e9es. Ces outils visaient \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer les pratiques RH en mati\u00e8re de recrutement, d\u2019int\u00e9gration et de maintien en poste et \u00e9taient sp\u00e9cifiquement adapt\u00e9s aux difficult\u00e9s rencontr\u00e9es par les PME du secteur de la bio\u00e9conomie. En s\u2019appuyant sur une approche mixte, m\u00ealant enqu\u00eates et entretiens qualitatifs dans l\u2019ensemble du secteur, le projet avait pour ambition d\u2019\u00e9tablir un r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel propice \u00e0 la r\u00e9silience permettant de faire face non seulement \u00e0 la pand\u00e9mie alors en cours, mais aussi aux perturbations futures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour mieux comprendre les besoins des PME du secteur de la bio\u00e9conomie, BioTalent s\u2019est int\u00e9ress\u00e9e aux questions de recherche suivantes&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pourquoi certains mod\u00e8les op\u00e9rationnels sont-ils efficaces?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De quelle mani\u00e8re la diversit\u00e9 et l\u2019inclusion contribuent-elles \u00e0 renforcer les organisations face aux perturbations?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De quels soutiens les petites et moyennes entreprises de ce secteur ont-elles besoin pour gagner en r\u00e9silience?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet se composait de deux phases s\u2019\u00e9talant du printemps 2021 \u00e0 l\u2019automne 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La premi\u00e8re phase consistait \u00e0 recueillir des donn\u00e9es pour mieux comprendre les meilleures pratiques RH dans le secteur ainsi que la documentation scientifique et strat\u00e9gique sur le sujet. Pour bien situer ces r\u00e9sultats dans le contexte des structures RH des PME de la bio\u00e9conomie, BioTalent a men\u00e9 une enqu\u00eate aupr\u00e8s de 344&nbsp;employeurs, des entretiens qualitatifs semi-structur\u00e9s avec 33&nbsp;repr\u00e9sentants du secteur et des discussions de groupe avec 18&nbsp;employeurs. Cette phase a abouti \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation de quatre \u00e9tudes de cas mettant en lumi\u00e8re des approches innovantes et efficaces pour faire face aux perturbations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La deuxi\u00e8me phase reposait sur une approche mixte consistant \u00e0 combiner les donn\u00e9es quantitatives des enqu\u00eates avec des informations qualitatives issues des entrevues et des \u00e9tudes de cas pour cr\u00e9er des outils pratiques visant \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer les pratiques de recrutement, d\u2019int\u00e9gration et de maintien en poste \u00e0 l\u2019appui de la r\u00e9silience organisationnelle. Le d\u00e9ploiement cadrait avec les principes d\u2019inclusion, de diversit\u00e9, d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 et d\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 (ID\u00c9AL).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le cadre du projet, BioTalent Canada a non seulement mis en \u00e9vidence les besoins du secteur de la bio\u00e9conomie, mais aussi \u00e9tabli un plan directeur pour am\u00e9liorer la r\u00e9silience et la durabilit\u00e9 en r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 des perturbations mondiales.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"what-were-learning\" class=\"wp-block-ob-blocks-anchor-point\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column gradient-top purple is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color\" id=\"TheResult\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-240819\" style=\"width: 24px;height: 24px;margin-right: 10px;position: relative; top: -2px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Fill-1-1.svg\" alt=\"\"> Ce que nous apprenons<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les coordonnateurs du projet ont interrog\u00e9 344&nbsp;employeurs et men\u00e9 33&nbsp;entretiens semi-structur\u00e9s, qui ont donn\u00e9 lieu \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9laboration de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.biotalent.ca\/fr\/renforcer-la-resilience-dans-le-milieu-de-travail\/\">huit rapports de recherche et de quatre \u00e9tudes de cas th\u00e9matiques<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L\u2019int\u00e9gration des donn\u00e9es et des enseignements concrets du secteur facilite la mise au point d\u2019outils<\/strong><br>Les donn\u00e9es recueillies au cours du projet ont \u00e9tay\u00e9 la conception d\u2019outils sur mesure qui am\u00e9liorent grandement les capacit\u00e9s des employeurs, notamment pour ce qui est d\u2019embaucher des professionnels form\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger, de comprendre les droits de la personne au Canada et de favoriser le d\u00e9veloppement de la culture organisationnelle. L\u2019un des \u00e9l\u00e9ments cl\u00e9s ayant permis de tirer le meilleur parti des donn\u00e9es a \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019int\u00e9gration des r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019\u00e9tude aux enseignements concrets du secteur. Cela a permis \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quipe de corroborer les difficult\u00e9s effectivement rencontr\u00e9es par les organisations participantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L\u2019\u00e9valuation continue est essentielle \u00e0 la r\u00e9ussite<\/strong><br>L\u2019utilisation continue de donn\u00e9es probantes pour cr\u00e9er, modifier et diffuser des outils souligne le fait que les donn\u00e9es ont un r\u00f4le majeur \u00e0 jouer dans la mise en place de mesures de soutien sectorielles adaptables et efficaces. Comme de nombreuses petites et moyennes entreprises du secteur ne disposent pas de service RH \u00e0 part enti\u00e8re, le d\u00e9ploiement d\u2019outils et de ressources en faveur de l\u2019accessibilit\u00e9, notamment des questions EDI, est un mod\u00e8le que ces entreprises peuvent reproduire pour atteindre des normes op\u00e9rationnelles et de r\u00e9silience de fa\u00e7on efficace. Cette bourse vise \u00e0 inciter les membres des groupes ayant droit \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 \u00e0 suivre des \u00e9tudes en STIM, favorisera la diversit\u00e9 dans la bio\u00e9conomie et augmentera le nombre d\u2019inscriptions dans les programmes STIM au Canada. La premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition de la bourse mettra tout particuli\u00e8rement l\u2019accent sur les personnes autochtones et les personnes en situation de handicap, sachant que les r\u00e9sultats des \u00e9tudes de BioTalent Canada sur le march\u00e9 du travail montrent que ces deux groupes sont les moins repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s dans le secteur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Centre des Comp\u00e9tences futures poursuit sa collaboration avec BioTalent \u00e0 l\u2019appui de la prochaine phase des travaux de l\u2019organisation&nbsp;: la mise au point d\u2019un cadre d\u2019\u00e9valuation et de certification pour les travaux men\u00e9s en salle blanche, en particulier pour les technologues et les techniciens en g\u00e9nie de biofabrication. recruiting, training and retaining a qualified workforce.
