coll\u00e8ges\u2009\u00bb visait \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer l\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation postsecondaire pour les groupes m\u00e9ritant l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 au Canada atlantique. Les administrateurs du projet ont utilis\u00e9 des approches novatrices pour aligner l\u2019\u00e9ducation sur l\u2019\u00e9volution de l\u2019\u00e9conomie et les besoins en main-d\u2019\u0153uvre. En int\u00e9grant les principes de la conception universelle de l\u2019apprentissage, l\u2019administration du programme a \u00e9labor\u00e9 sept projets pilotes essentiels pour rem\u00e9dier aux p\u00e9nuries de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre et aux lacunes en mati\u00e8re de comp\u00e9tences, en mettant l\u2019accent sur la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019environnements d\u2019apprentissage inclusifs et souples. Ces projets pilotes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 propuls\u00e9s par la recherche en conception centr\u00e9e sur l\u2019humain, qui visait \u00e0 aider le coll\u00e8ge \u00e0 comprendre et \u00e0 d\u00e9manteler les obstacles qui entravent l\u2019ach\u00e8vement des programmes et l\u2019emploi chez les groupes sous-repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les principes de la conception universelle de l\u2019apprentissage sont un ensemble de lignes directrices con\u00e7ues pour cr\u00e9er des environnements d\u2019apprentissage inclusifs et accessibles qui r\u00e9pondent aux divers besoins de l\u2019ensemble des apprenantes et apprenants. La recherche en conception centr\u00e9e sur l\u2019humain est une approche de conception de services et de syst\u00e8mes qui tient compte en profondeur des besoins, des pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences et des limites des personnes qui les utiliseront.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au cours des projets pilotes, on a adopt\u00e9 une m\u00e9thodologie structur\u00e9e comprenant des analyses d\u2019\u00e9tudes de cas de chaque programme pilote afin d\u2019\u00e9valuer l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 des strat\u00e9gies novatrices visant \u00e0 favoriser l\u2019inclusion. Des entrevues approfondies avec les participants et des discussions collaboratives avec les intervenants de l\u2019industrie ont permis de tirer parti de l\u2019adaptation et de l\u2019am\u00e9lioration continues de la conception des programmes. Les r\u00e9sultats ont soulign\u00e9 le r\u00f4le crucial de l\u2019adaptabilit\u00e9 et de l\u2019apprentissage collaboratif dans la r\u00e9ussite \u00e9ducative. Les pratiques recommand\u00e9es comprennent la mobilisation continue des parties prenantes et la souplesse dans l\u2019ex\u00e9cution des programmes afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer les r\u00e9sultats scolaires. La recherche a soulign\u00e9 l\u2019importance du soutien aux \u00e9ducatrices et \u00e9ducateurs et de la coordination au niveau r\u00e9gional pour \u00e9tendre l\u2019incidence de la conception universelle dans l\u2019\u00e9laboration des programmes d\u2019\u00e9tudes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Ce projet mettait l\u2019accent sur l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9, la diversit\u00e9 et le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences pratiques et \u00e9tait ax\u00e9 sur la conception participative de programmes. L\u2019objectif du projet \u00e9tait de renforcer la capacit\u00e9 organisationnelle, d\u2019am\u00e9liorer l\u2019expertise r\u00e9gionale pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins du secteur en cr\u00e9ant des m\u00e9thodes de prestation novatrices, et d\u2019am\u00e9liorer l\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 et l\u2019inclusion dans l\u2019\u00e9ducation postsecondaire pour les groupes m\u00e9ritant l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De multiples obstacles emp\u00eachent les membres des groupes m\u00e9ritant l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 d\u2019entreprendre ou de terminer des programmes de formation coll\u00e9giale et d\u2019obtenir un emploi. En effet, les m\u00e9thodes \u00e9ducatives traditionnelles ne parviennent souvent pas \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux divers besoins des \u00e9l\u00e8ves, ce qui entra\u00eene un d\u00e9sengagement et une r\u00e9ussite scolaire limit\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 cette fin, on a d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 des principes de conception centr\u00e9s sur l\u2019humain d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but du projet afin de mieux comprendre les besoins de ces populations. Cette recherche a permis de concevoir des programmes d\u2019une mani\u00e8re qui met l\u2019accent sur les besoins des utilisatrices et utilisateurs afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer leur attraction, leur accessibilit\u00e9 et leur ach\u00e8vement. Cela a donc facilit\u00e9 la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019emplois durables et de qualit\u00e9. Les programmes d\u2019\u00e9ducation et de formation sont aussi souvent d\u00e9connect\u00e9s de la demande locale et r\u00e9gionale des employeurs. La recherche a adopt\u00e9 une approche d\u2019\u00e9tude de cas, en examinant le programme pilote sp\u00e9cifique de chaque coll\u00e8ge pour \u00e9valuer son incidence et en effectuant une analyse crois\u00e9e de cas pour identifier les meilleures pratiques \u00e9mergentes. La m\u00e9thodologie comprenait des entrevues approfondies avec des participantes et participants de groupes de formation cibl\u00e9s et des groupes de discussion avec des employeurs de secteurs cl\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La question centrale de la recherche \u00e9tait de savoir comment aider les personnes issues de groupes m\u00e9ritant l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9ussir dans les programmes de formation coll\u00e9giaux au Canada atlantique. Pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 cette question, l\u2019administration du projet a recueilli des donn\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9ducation, de perfectionnement et de placement, afin de mieux comprendre les besoins fondamentaux et les valeurs des participantes et participants potentiels au projet pilote. Elle a \u00e9galement cherch\u00e9 \u00e0 tenir compte du contexte plus large de leur vie, qui pourrait influencer leur int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 participer, ainsi que leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 le faire. L\u2019administration du projet a collabor\u00e9 avec des repr\u00e9sentants de l\u2019industrie, des employeurs, des organismes d\u2019accr\u00e9ditation professionnelle et des organismes au service des communaut\u00e9s m\u00e9ritant l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 afin d\u2019assurer une approche holistique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les projets pilotes comprenaient une gamme d\u2019interventions diff\u00e9rentes, y compris l\u2019\u00e9ducation de la petite enfance, l\u2019\u00e9valuation des acquis et des programmes de micro-certification dans les secteurs de l\u2019aquaculture, des technologies de l\u2019information et des soins infirmiers. Les programmes \u00e9taient principalement offerts selon une approche de micro-certification, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire en utilisant des exp\u00e9riences d\u2019apprentissage courtes et cibl\u00e9es pour aborder les comp\u00e9tences sp\u00e9cifiques requises par les employeurs. Ces programmes offraient des possibilit\u00e9s de formation souples et cibl\u00e9es, align\u00e9es sur les besoins de l\u2019industrie.
