travail en \u00e9volution rapide, les Canadiens doivent avoir acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des informations sur le march\u00e9 du travail (IMT) de meilleure qualit\u00e9 et plus pertinentes pour prendre des d\u00e9cisions \u00e9clair\u00e9es lorsqu\u2019ils naviguent sur le march\u00e9 du travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce projet, \u00e0 travers l\u2019ex\u00e9cution d\u2019un certain nombre d\u2019essais contr\u00f4l\u00e9s randomis\u00e9s, a test\u00e9 la meilleure fa\u00e7on d\u2019informer, de responsabiliser et d\u2019impliquer les Canadiens lorsqu\u2019il s\u2019agit de prendre des d\u00e9cisions concernant le travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout d\u2019abord, en aidant les \u00e9l\u00e8ves du secondaire de la Colombie-Britannique \u00e0 prendre des d\u00e9cisions plus \u00e9clair\u00e9es concernant leur cheminement de carri\u00e8re et leurs \u00e9tudes postsecondaires, le projet a permis de constater que la diffusion d\u2019une IMT simple et clairement expliqu\u00e9e, localis\u00e9e et sp\u00e9cifique sur les parcours et les possibilit\u00e9s de carri\u00e8re donne de meilleurs r\u00e9sultats. L\u2019IMT a le plus de port\u00e9e lorsqu\u2019elle est fournie par des interm\u00e9diaires de confiance, comme la famille et les amis, ou des professionnels sur le terrain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Deuxi\u00e8mement, en testant rigoureusement les moyens de stimuler l\u2019utilisation des services d\u2019emploi parmi les personnes \u00e0 la recherche d\u2019un emploi en Alberta et en Saskatchewan, nous avons constat\u00e9 qu\u2019il est essentiel que les m\u00e9thodes de communication soient personnalis\u00e9es et qu\u2019elles d\u00e9crivent clairement les avantages et les prochaines \u00e9tapes des services disponibles. Parall\u00e8lement, l\u2019int\u00e9gration des programmes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du revenu, comme l\u2019assurance-emploi (AE), dans les services d\u2019orientation professionnelle et d\u2019emploi renforce la participation au march\u00e9 du travail et la probabilit\u00e9 de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de ces services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group key-insights-grey has-background is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"background-color:#0000000d\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Perspectives Cl\u00e9s<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default is-flex\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-243230\" style=\"width: 40px;margin-right: 16px\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/No.svg\" alt=\"\">Fournir une IMT simple et localis\u00e9e aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves du secondaire afin d\u2019\u00e9clairer au mieux leurs choix en mati\u00e8re d\u2019enseignement postsecondaire, en donnant la priorit\u00e9 aux perspectives d\u2019emploi d\u2019une mani\u00e8re holistique qui inclut des informations sur les salaires ainsi que sur les exigences en mati\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9ducation et de comp\u00e9tences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-flex\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-243230\" style=\"width: 40px;margin-right: 16px\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/No-1.svg\" alt=\"\">Engager des \u201cmessagers\u201d non traditionnels (parents, travailleurs, enseignants, etc.) pour fournir des services de haute qualit\u00e9. (ii) plus de 50 entretiens; (iii) des recherches qualitatives en classe; et (iv) quatre essais contr\u00f4l\u00e9s randomis\u00e9s (ECR) pour tester les hypoth\u00e8ses de recherche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans l\u2019ensemble, ces efforts permettent de r\u00e9pondre aux questions de recherche suivantes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>De quelle mani\u00e8re les informations sur le march\u00e9 du travail peuvent-elles aider les lyc\u00e9ens \u00e0 prendre des d\u00e9cisions \u00e9clair\u00e9es sur les parcours d\u2019enseignement postsecondaire ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quels sont les points d\u2019information particuliers sur le march\u00e9 du travail les plus utiles pour donner aux \u00e9tudiants les moyens d\u2019agir ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quelle est la meilleure fa\u00e7on de partager les informations sur le march\u00e9 du travail avec les \u00e9tudiants ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u2019envoi d\u2019un courriel de suivi aux r\u00e9cents demandeurs d\u2019assurance-emploi qui ne se sont pas encore inscrits \u00e0 une formation augmente-t-il la participation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comment les diff\u00e9rentes approches de sensibilisation des nouveaux demandeurs d\u2019assurance-emploi influencent-elles l\u2019utilisation des services d\u2019emploi par rapport aux pratiques actuelles ?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"what-were-learning\" class=\"wp-block-ob-blocks-anchor-point\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column gradient-top purple is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color\" id=\"TheResult\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-240819\" style=\"width: 24px;height: 24px;margin-right: 10px;position: relative;top: -2px\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Fill-1-1.svg\" alt=\"\"> <strong>Ce que nous apprenons<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour ce qui est de fournir de l\u2019IMT aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves du secondaire afin de les aider \u00e0 prendre des d\u00e9cisions plus \u00e9clair\u00e9es au sujet des cheminements professionnels et des \u00e9tudes postsecondaires, le projet a donn\u00e9 lieu aux constatations suivantes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Donnez la priorit\u00e9 aux donn\u00e9es suivantes : formation et comp\u00e9tences requises, perspectives d\u2019emploi globales et salaire ou fourchette de salaire ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Restreindre l\u2019IMT fournie \u00e0 un ou deux autres points de donn\u00e9es li\u00e9s aux r\u00e9sultats du march\u00e9 du travail ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Partager l\u2019IMT localis\u00e9e et d\u00e9sagr\u00e9g\u00e9e qui fournit des donn\u00e9es sp\u00e9cifiques sur les parcours et les opportunit\u00e9s de carri\u00e8re dans les lieux d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat des \u00e9tudiants ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fournir l\u2019IMT d\u2019une mani\u00e8re qui est plus susceptible de capter l\u2019attention de l\u2019\u00e9tudiant et de lui sembler personnellement pertinente, comme une approche facilit\u00e9e, en classe ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>utiliser un langage simple et fournir des d\u00e9finitions courtes et claires lorsqu\u2019elles sont n\u00e9cessaires ; Ces donn\u00e9es peuvent aider les d\u00e9cideurs politiques \u00e0 confirmer que la conception de leurs programmes est align\u00e9e sur les pratiques qui maximisent les r\u00e9sultats positifs.
