secteur en plein essor, aliment\u00e9 par la demande de services et de soutien provenant d\u2019une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019entreprises, d\u2019organisations et d\u2019organismes publics partout au Canada. Compte tenu de la difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 trouver des professionnels qualifi\u00e9s dans le secteur de la cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9, de plus en plus d\u2019employeurs se tournent vers les groupes sous-repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s, notamment les femmes et les personnes autochtones, noires et racis\u00e9es, pour combler les p\u00e9nuries de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans ce contexte, Rogers Cybersecure Catalyst a lanc\u00e9 en 2020 le programme de formation acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9e en cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 (Accelerated Cybersecurity Training Program), con\u00e7u pour permettre aux femmes, aux nouveaux arrivants et aux travailleurs d\u00e9plac\u00e9s de suivre deux programmes de certification en cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 reconnus dans le monde entier et d\u2019obtenir une aide \u00e0 la recherche d\u2019emploi. En octobre 2021, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un financement du Centre des Comp\u00e9tences futures, le programme a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9largi aux apprenants des communaut\u00e9s noires, autochtones et racis\u00e9es, l\u2019accent continuant d\u2019\u00eatre mis sur les femmes issues de ces groupes. L\u2019\u00e9largissement du programme a \u00e9galement consist\u00e9 \u00e0 mener des travaux de recherche et des \u00e9valuations visant \u00e0 mieux cerner les obstacles rencontr\u00e9s par ces groupes et \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer les r\u00e9sultats des participants au programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le programme et son volet \u00e9largi ont donn\u00e9 des r\u00e9sultats prometteurs. De nombreux participants ont fait \u00e9tat d\u2019une nette progression en ce qui concerne leurs revenus et leur emploi dans le secteur de la cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9, et 97 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es ont indiqu\u00e9 qu\u2019elles recommanderaient le programme \u00e0 d\u2019autres personnes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Malgr\u00e9 le succ\u00e8s du programme de formation professionnelle, les participants ont continu\u00e9 par la suite de rencontrer des difficult\u00e9s concernant l\u2019embauche dans le secteur. Les employeurs en cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 s\u2019appuient encore sur les recommandations d\u2019employ\u00e9s actuels, ce qui entrave l\u2019entr\u00e9e de nouveaux professionnels. Les participants ont \u00e9galement estim\u00e9 que, malgr\u00e9 les comp\u00e9tences qu\u2019ils avaient acquises, l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 un emploi restait difficile, car les comp\u00e9tences demand\u00e9es dans les offres d\u2019emploi \u00e9taient \u00e9lev\u00e9es. Les employeurs en cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 devraient prendre des mesures pour am\u00e9liorer leurs pratiques de recrutement et de perfectionnement des comp\u00e9tences de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 diversifier leur main-d\u2019\u0153uvre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group key-insights-grey has-background is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"background-color:#0000000d\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Perspectives Cl\u00e9s<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default is-flex\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-243230\" style=\"width: 40px;margin-right: 16px\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/No.svg\" alt=\"\">Les employeurs interrog\u00e9s pr\u00e9voient que la demande de professionnels en cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 de niveau d\u00e9butant doublera au cours des trois \u00e0 cinq prochaines ann\u00e9es. Les comp\u00e9tences techniques recherch\u00e9es varient, mais les comp\u00e9tences non techniques exig\u00e9es sont plus homog\u00e8nes dans le secteur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-flex\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-243230\" style=\"width: 40px;margin-right: 16px\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/No-1.svg\" alt=\"\">En tout, 76 % des participants interrog\u00e9s touchaient au moins 60 000 dollars trois mois apr\u00e8s le programme, contre seulement 29 % au d\u00e9but du programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-flex\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-243230\" style=\"width: 40px;margin-right: 16px\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/No-2.svg\" alt=\"\">Les recommandations d\u2019employ\u00e9s actuels constituent le mode de recrutement privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 par les employeurs en cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9, mais cette pratique ne permet pas aux entreprises de voir au-del\u00e0 des r\u00e9seaux existants et nuit aux efforts d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s pour accro\u00eetre la diversit\u00e9 et l\u2019inclusion.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"the-issue\" class=\"wp-block-ob-blocks-anchor-point\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column gradient-top purple is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color\" id=\"TheChallenge\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-240812\" style=\"width: 12px;height: 24px;margin-right: 10px;position: relative;top: -2px\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Vector-2.svg\" alt=\"\"> L\u2019enjeu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group flex-print is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9volution rapide des technologies et la menace croissante li\u00e9e aux cyberattaques font appara\u00eetre de plus en plus clairement la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de recruter des professionnels en cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans tous les secteurs et toutes les industries du Canada. Toutefois, le pays souffre depuis longtemps d\u2019une p\u00e9nurie de professionnels qualifi\u00e9s en cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9, et cette tendance s\u2019accentue.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/media.isc2.org\/-\/media\/Project\/ISC2\/Main\/Media\/documents\/research\/ISC2_Cybersecurity_Workforce_Study_2023.pdf?rev=28b46de71ce24e6ab7705f6e3da8637e\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">En 2023, on estimait que l\u2019\u00e9cart entre le nombre de professionnels en cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 disponibles et la demande au Canada s\u2019\u00e9tait accru de plus de 50 % par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De nombreux acteurs du secteur cherchent \u00e0 diversifier la profession en attirant un plus grand nombre de femmes et de personnes racis\u00e9es pour rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 la p\u00e9nurie de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre et de comp\u00e9tences.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/media.isc2.org\/-\/media\/Project\/ISC2\/Main\/Media\/documents\/research\/ISC2_Cybersecurity_Workforce_Study_2023.pdf?rev=28b46de71ce24e6ab7705f6e3da8637e\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Des changements sont en cours, comme en t\u00e9moigne le fait que les professionnels de la cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 non blancs sont proportionnellement de plus en plus nombreux<\/a>, mais les femmes et les personnes issues de groupes racis\u00e9s restent minoritaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 la p\u00e9nurie de talents et attirer davantage de professionnels issus d\u2019horizons vari\u00e9s, Rogers Cybersecure Catalyst \u2013 le centre national de formation, d\u2019innovation et de collaboration en cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 m\u00e9tropolitaine de Toronto \u2013 a lanc\u00e9 en 2020 le programme de formation acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9e en cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 (Accelerated Cybersecurity Training Program). Ce programme de formation professionnelle de sept mois s\u2019adressait aux candidats \u00e0 des postes en cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 de niveau d\u00e9butant afin de les mettre en contact avec l\u2019industrie. Des enqu\u00eates et des entretiens ont ainsi \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9s aupr\u00e8s des apprenants et des employeurs pour comprendre leur ressenti et d\u00e9terminer les r\u00e9sultats du programme, notamment les difficult\u00e9s particuli\u00e8res auxquelles se heurtent les membres de groupes mal desservis lorsqu\u2019ils tentent d\u2019acc\u00e9der \u00e0 des formations professionnelles et \u00e0 des postes en cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"what-were-learning\" class=\"wp-block-ob-blocks-anchor-point\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column gradient-top purple is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color\" id=\"TheResult\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-240819\" style=\"width: 24px;height: 24px;margin-right: 10px;position: relative;top: -2px\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Fill-1-1.svg\" alt=\"\"> Ce que nous apprenons<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Des enqu\u00eates et des entretiens ont \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9s aupr\u00e8s de 413 apprenants du programme de formation acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9e en cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 et d\u2019une centaine d\u2019employeurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La demande en main-d\u2019\u0153uvre qualifi\u00e9e est forte, mais les comp\u00e9tences techniques recherch\u00e9es varient<\/strong><br>D\u2019apr\u00e8s les r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019enqu\u00eate et des entretiens men\u00e9s aupr\u00e8s des employeurs dans le cadre de ce projet, la demande en professionnels en cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 de niveau d\u00e9butant devrait doubler au cours des trois \u00e0 cinq prochaines ann\u00e9es. Toutefois, les comp\u00e9tences techniques recherch\u00e9es par les entreprises varient. D\u2019apr\u00e8s les personnes interrog\u00e9es, les principales comp\u00e9tences techniques requises sont les suivantes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>les techniques de d\u00e9tection des intrusions et d\u2019intervention (41 %)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9valuer les vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9s (34 %)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>l\u2019application de technologies et de m\u00e9thodes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 infonuagique (33 %)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que la premi\u00e8re cat\u00e9gorie de comp\u00e9tences est recherch\u00e9e par seulement 40 % des employeurs, il semble que les besoins techniques varient grandement dans le secteur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En revanche, la demande de comp\u00e9tences non techniques est plus homog\u00e8ne. Les principales comp\u00e9tences non techniques jug\u00e9es n\u00e9cessaires par les employeurs sont :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>la r\u00e9solution de probl\u00e8mes et la pens\u00e9e critique (79 %)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la communication verbale (75 %)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le souci du d\u00e9tail (63 %)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la communication \u00e9crite (63 %)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Plus des trois quarts des employeurs estiment que la r\u00e9solution de probl\u00e8mes et la communication verbale sont des comp\u00e9tences essentielles pour les nouveaux employ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le programme a des effets favorables sur les comp\u00e9tences, l\u2019emploi et les revenus<\/strong><br>Les premiers r\u00e9sultats montrent que le programme de formation acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9e en cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 a des retomb\u00e9es positives. Les anciens participants ayant r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 l\u2019enqu\u00eate \u00e9taient tr\u00e8s satisfaits du programme :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>89 % des anciens participants \u00e9taient satisfaits du programme<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>97 % des anciens participants ont recommand\u00e9 ou recommanderaient le programme<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>91 % des anciens participants estimaient avoir acquis les comp\u00e9tences et les connaissances n\u00e9cessaires pour mener une carri\u00e8re fructueuse dans la cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019emploi et les revenus des apprenants ont \u00e9galement progress\u00e9 :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le taux d\u2019emploi global (dans toutes les industries) s\u2019\u00e9levait \u00e0 79 % trois mois apr\u00e8s la fin du programme, contre 61 % au d\u00e9but du programme. Toutefois, l\u2019\u00e9tude ne permet pas de comparer ces taux d\u2019emploi avec ceux des personnes n\u2019ayant pas particip\u00e9 au programme. Nous ne pouvons donc pas affirmer avec certitude que la hausse des taux d\u2019emploi est imputable \u00e0 la participation au programme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La proportion d\u2019apprenants employ\u00e9s d\u00e9clarant que plus de la moiti\u00e9 de leur temps de travail concernait la cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 s\u2019\u00e9levait \u00e0 42 % trois mois apr\u00e8s la fin du programme, contre 7 % au d\u00e9but du programme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La proportion de r\u00e9pondants touchant au moins 60 000 dollars par an s\u2019\u00e9levait \u00e0 76 % trois mois apr\u00e8s la fin du programme, contre 29 % au d\u00e9but du programme et 49 % \u00e0 la fin du programme.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Les employeurs ayant particip\u00e9 au programme ont souvent mieux pris conscience des questions de diversit\u00e9, d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 et d\u2019inclusion (DEI) au travail et pris des mesures en cons\u00e9quence, notamment en formant leur personnel et en faisant un suivi des caract\u00e9ristiques sociod\u00e9mographiques des candidats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les apprenants font \u00e9tat de difficult\u00e9s constantes li\u00e9es aux processus de recrutement<br><\/strong>Malgr\u00e9 la demande des employeurs \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard de professionnels de la cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 et l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 du programme, les participants ont indiqu\u00e9 que le processus de recrutement et d\u2019embauche comportait des obstacles persistants. En tout, 91 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es estimaient avoir les comp\u00e9tences et les connaissances n\u00e9cessaires pour faire carri\u00e8re dans le domaine de la cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9, mais seulement 70 % ont dit avoir assez confiance en elles pour postuler un emploi. Plusieurs participants ont indiqu\u00e9 que, malgr\u00e9 leurs comp\u00e9tences, convaincre un recruteur ou un intervieweur pouvait constituer un obstacle \u00e0 l\u2019obtention d\u2019un poste. Pour d\u2019autres, il n\u2019y avait pas de p\u00e9nurie de professionnels de la cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 de niveau d\u00e9butant, mais une saturation de candidats d\u00e9butants, comme le montraient la concurrence dans ces m\u00e9tiers et les r\u00e9cents licenciements ou gels d\u2019embauche dans de grandes entreprises. Par ailleurs, les salaires relativement modestes faisaient que le programme et les emplois de premier \u00e9chelon convenaient davantage aux personnes qui d\u00e9butaient dans leur carri\u00e8re plut\u00f4t qu\u2019\u00e0 celles qui avaient une famille et des d\u00e9penses plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es. D\u2019apr\u00e8s les r\u00e9ponses obtenues \u00e0 l\u2019enqu\u00eate, les apprenants noirs, autochtones et racis\u00e9s ont connu des exp\u00e9riences comparables \u00e0 celles des autres apprenants, ce qui donne \u00e0 penser que le probl\u00e8me touche l\u2019ensemble du secteur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le probl\u00e8me pourrait r\u00e9sider en partie dans les m\u00e9thodes de recrutement. D\u2019apr\u00e8s les employeurs interrog\u00e9s, les recommandations d\u2019employ\u00e9s actuels constituent de loin le mode de recrutement privil\u00e9gi\u00e9, mais cette pratique emp\u00eache les entreprises de voir au-del\u00e0 des r\u00e9seaux existants et entrave la promotion d\u2019une plus grande diversit\u00e9. Les m\u00e9thodes de recrutement qui \u00e9largissent le champ de recherche, comme les sites d\u2019emplois, ne sont pas jug\u00e9es efficaces par les employeurs interrog\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les employeurs et les candidats ont \u00e9galement soulign\u00e9 que la pr\u00e9sence de crit\u00e8res stricts et d\u2019attentes \u00e9lev\u00e9es dans les offres d\u2019emploi pouvait emp\u00eacher davantage de trouver des candidats adapt\u00e9s aux postes \u00e0 pourvoir. Plusieurs employeurs ont fait observer que les attentes en mati\u00e8re de comp\u00e9tences et de connaissances pour les postes de niveau d\u00e9butant ne correspondaient pas \u00e0 des t\u00e2ches de ce niveau. En outre, des employeurs et des apprenants ont indiqu\u00e9 que les professionnels des RH, qui \u00e9taient pourtant charg\u00e9s de r\u00e9diger les offres d\u2019emploi et de trouver de bons candidats, ne disposaient pas toujours de toutes les informations n\u00e9cessaires pour faire correspondre avec souplesse les qualifications requises avec les besoins effectifs et les comp\u00e9tences de base disponibles sur le march\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les opinions divergent au sujet de l\u2019appui aux candidats issus de la diversit\u00e9<br><\/strong>Si 43 % des employeurs ont dit avoir du mal \u00e0 recruter des personnes des communaut\u00e9s noires, autochtones et racis\u00e9es, y compris des femmes issues de ces groupes, 42 % ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 ne pas \u00e9prouver de difficult\u00e9s en la mati\u00e8re (et 15 % ont r\u00e9pondu \u00ab Je ne sais pas\/Je ne suis pas s\u00fbr\/s\u00fbre \u00bb). Dans l\u2019ensemble, 68 % des employeurs interrog\u00e9s ont mis en place des programmes visant \u00e0 recruter des candidats issus de la diversit\u00e9 \u00e0 des postes du secteur de la cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plusieurs initiatives en mati\u00e8re de diversit\u00e9, d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 et d\u2019inclusion ont \u00e9t\u00e9 jug\u00e9es utiles par les apprenants, notamment :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>es programmes de mentorat destin\u00e9s aux femmes et\/ou aux personnes noires, autochtones et racis\u00e9es (49 % des employeurs)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>les possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019apprentissage et de perfectionnement continu (38 % des employeurs)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En revanche, certaines pratiques en mati\u00e8re de diversit\u00e9, d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 et d\u2019inclusion consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme utiles par les apprenants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 rarement mentionn\u00e9es par les employeurs, notamment :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>les clubs et les comit\u00e9s rassemblant des membres du personnel ayant une identit\u00e9 ou des origines communes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le fait de souligner et de mettre en valeur les r\u00e9alisations de femmes et de membres du personnel noirs, autochtones et racis\u00e9s<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019avenir, le programme pourrait contribuer \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la coordination entre les responsables de la cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 et les \u00e9quipes RH pour engager une r\u00e9forme durable en faveur de la DEI.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"why-it-matters\" class=\"wp-block-ob-blocks-anchor-point\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column gradient-top purple is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color\" id=\"TheImpact\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-240819\" style=\"width: 22px;height: 22px;margin-right: 10px;position: relative;top: -2px\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Fill-1-2.svg\" alt=\"\"> Pourquoi c\u2019est important<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:38px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column margin-bottom-0 is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:60%\">\n<p>Le programme de formation acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9e en cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 est un mod\u00e8le prometteur pour ce qui est de rem\u00e9dier aux graves p\u00e9nuries de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre et de favoriser l\u2019inclusion de groupes sous-repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s sur le march\u00e9 du travail canadien tourn\u00e9 vers l\u2019avenir. Ce programme de formation et d\u2019appui dirig\u00e9 par l\u2019industrie illustre les avantages qui peuvent voir le jour lorsque des organisations interm\u00e9diaires regroupent les demandes de talents et mettent en \u0153uvre une initiative de perfectionnement des comp\u00e9tences pertinente et exigeante pour un secteur donn\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les d\u00e9cideurs politiques et les praticiens, ce mod\u00e8le est riche d\u2019enseignements et pourrait \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u2019autres secteurs de l\u2019\u00e9conomie, sachant notamment que les petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) dominent le secteur priv\u00e9 canadien et qu\u2019il leur est difficile de mettre en place d\u2019elles-m\u00eames des programmes de formation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce projet montre qu\u2019il importe d\u2019apporter une aide \u00e0 la recherche d\u2019emploi et de nouer des liens avec les employeurs. Ces initiatives peuvent \u00e9galement favoriser la diversit\u00e9, l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 et l\u2019inclusion sur les lieux de travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un conseil consultatif de l\u2019industrie, compos\u00e9 d\u2019employeurs partenaires qui fournissent orientations strat\u00e9giques, conseils et appui au personnel du projet, a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis sur pied dans le cadre du programme. Ce manuel a maintenant \u00e9t\u00e9 diffus\u00e9 lors de 12 conf\u00e9rences et manifestations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En outre, compte tenu du fait que les employeurs en cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 r\u00e9orientent leurs pratiques pour pourvoir des postes sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s plut\u00f4t que des postes de niveau d\u00e9butant, Catalyst s\u2019est appuy\u00e9 sur les r\u00e9sultats de ce projet financ\u00e9 par le Centre des Comp\u00e9tences futures pour \u00e9laborer le&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/cybersecurecatalyst.ca\/ace\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">programme de cyber\u00e9ducation de niveau avanc\u00e9 (Advanced Cyber Education)<\/a>. Ce nouveau programme a pour but de donner aux professionnels de la cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 les comp\u00e9tences et les connaissances n\u00e9cessaires pour occuper des postes sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s au sein de l\u2019industrie. Financ\u00e9 par Rehausser vos Comp\u00e9tences \u2013 Palette Skills, il permet \u00e0 150 professionnels de la cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 poss\u00e9dant une exp\u00e9rience d\u2019au moins un an et demi d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir des comp\u00e9tences interm\u00e9diaires et de se sp\u00e9cialiser dans un domaine d\u00e9sign\u00e9 dans le cadre du projet de recherche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, sur la base des enseignements de ce projet, Catalyst a mis au point le&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/cybersecurecatalyst.ca\/clic\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">programme de certification du leadership en cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/a>&nbsp;(Certifications for Leadership in Cybersecurity). Ce programme est adapt\u00e9 du programme de formation acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9e en cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 et constitue le nouveau programme phare de formation en cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 destin\u00e9 aux particuliers.
