employeurs de l\u2019\u00e9conomie de la connaissance, le travail hybride reste essentiel non seulement pour la reprise apr\u00e8s la pand\u00e9mie, mais aussi pour l\u2019avenir du travail<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s plusieurs ann\u00e9es de mise en \u0153uvre du travail hybride, ce projet a cherch\u00e9 \u00e0 documenter les exp\u00e9riences de travail hybride de 20&nbsp;cadres dirigeants canadiens dans le domaine de l\u2019innovation de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre et du d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences et d\u2019organisations du secteur priv\u00e9 dans les domaines de la culture, de la finance, de la technologie et des services professionnels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019exp\u00e9rience des cadres a corrobor\u00e9 les tendances observ\u00e9es plus largement, notamment le recours croissant au travail hybride dans le cadre d\u2019une strat\u00e9gie de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre \u00e0 long terme et la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019impliquer les employ\u00e9s dans l\u2019\u00e9laboration des politiques en mati\u00e8re de travail hybride. Les cadres participant \u00e0 ce projet ont \u00e9galement corrobor\u00e9 d\u2019autres recherches en soulignant le d\u00e9sir croissant de flexibilit\u00e9 des professionnels, tout en g\u00e9rant les impacts sur la culture du lieu de travail, la productivit\u00e9 et la collaboration. Les personnes interrog\u00e9es ont \u00e9galement soulign\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9volution des comp\u00e9tences requises pour le travail hybride du personnel de premi\u00e8re ligne et de la direction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Il n\u2019existe pas d\u2019approche unique pour le travail hybride. Aujourd\u2019hui, un travailleur canadien sur dix suit un mod\u00e8le de travail hybride. Les professionnels travaillant en mode hybride ont tendance \u00e0 se concentrer dans l\u2019\u00e9conomie de la connaissance, dans des secteurs tels que la finance, la technologie ou les communications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les employeurs qui ont mis en place le travail hybride pour la premi\u00e8re fois pendant la pand\u00e9mie l\u2019ont souvent fait de mani\u00e8re ad hoc, en adaptant les horaires de l\u2019entreprise et les routines de l\u2019\u00e9quipe en fonction des besoins, ce qui a donn\u00e9 lieu \u00e0 un apprentissage continu, mais aussi \u00e0 de faux pas, en particulier en ce qui concerne leur strat\u00e9gie de d\u00e9veloppement des talents. Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, les questions de recherche qui guident ce projet sont les suivantes&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Qu\u2019est-ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 efficace et inefficace pour les employeurs au Canada en ce qui concerne le travail hybride\u2009?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quelles sont les comp\u00e9tences et les strat\u00e9gies que les employeurs canadiens estiment devoir cultiver pour les milieux de travail hybrides\u2009?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces questions, le projet a proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 une analyse de l\u2019environnement des strat\u00e9gies existantes et prometteuses, avant et apr\u00e8s l\u2019arr\u00eat de la COVID-19, en mettant l\u2019accent sur les strat\u00e9gies hybrides dans les contextes canadiens et internationaux, ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 une analyse et \u00e0 une synth\u00e8se du discours actuel parmi les groupes de parties prenantes en mati\u00e8re de comp\u00e9tences et d\u2019avenir du travail (employeurs du secteur priv\u00e9, praticiens des comp\u00e9tences et de la formation, chercheurs et employ\u00e9s de l\u2019\u00e9conomie de la connaissance).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet a utilis\u00e9 les r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019analyse de l\u2019environnement pour orienter les entretiens avec des informateurs cl\u00e9s, \u00e0 savoir 20&nbsp;dirigeants canadiens du secteur de l\u2019innovation et du d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre et des organisations du secteur priv\u00e9 dans les domaines de la culture, de la finance, de la technologie et des services professionnels. Si le travail hybride a d\u2019abord \u00e9t\u00e9 spontan\u00e9 et exp\u00e9rimental, les employeurs, en particulier dans les secteurs de la culture, de la finance, de la technologie et des services professionnels, sont aujourd\u2019hui plus proactifs. En ce qui concerne les chefs de service, les personnes interrog\u00e9es ont parl\u00e9 des comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires pour g\u00e9rer une \u00e9quipe \u00e0 distance, notamment en favorisant et en entretenant les relations pour faciliter la collaboration. Les responsables interrog\u00e9s ont parl\u00e9 de l\u2019utilisation accrue des syst\u00e8mes de gestion de l\u2019apprentissage virtuel qui incluent l\u2019apprentissage autodirig\u00e9 et le d\u00e9veloppement professionnel pour soutenir le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences afin de faciliter le travail hybride.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Il n\u2019existe pas d\u2019approche unique pour le travail hybride.<\/strong>&nbsp;Les attentes et les demandes concernant le travail hybride sont rarement uniformes, certains employ\u00e9s valorisant des caract\u00e9ristiques de leur travail diff\u00e9rentes de celles des autres. C\u2019est particuli\u00e8rement vrai pour les travailleurs du savoir issus de groupes d\u00e9favoris\u00e9s, qui ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d\u2019une multitude d\u2019avantages en travaillant \u00e0 domicile. Les employeurs de travailleurs du savoir qui cherchent \u00e0 attirer une main-d\u2019\u0153uvre plus diversifi\u00e9e doivent r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re de maximiser la flexibilit\u00e9 pour leurs employ\u00e9s. Parall\u00e8lement, les employeurs doivent trouver un \u00e9quilibre entre les avantages du travail \u00e0 distance et hybride et les efforts d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9s pour favoriser l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9, la diversit\u00e9 et l\u2019inclusion, d\u00e9velopper et maintenir des liens et encourager la collaboration. Comme l\u2019ont fait remarquer de nombreux employeurs participant \u00e0 ce projet, pour r\u00e9ussir le travail hybride, il faut adapter les comp\u00e9tences existantes et en acqu\u00e9rir de nouvelles.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Compte tenu de ces exigences en mati\u00e8re de comp\u00e9tences, des recherches suppl\u00e9mentaires sont n\u00e9cessaires pour comprendre les diff\u00e9rents modes de transmission de ces comp\u00e9tences, y compris la recherche d\u2019un \u00e9quilibre entre l\u2019apprentissage \u00e0 distance et la formation sur le lieu de travail, les limites des approches \u00e0 distance de l\u2019apprentissage et du d\u00e9veloppement, qu\u2019elles soient synchrones (en temps r\u00e9el) ou asynchrones (autodirig\u00e9es, au moment qui convient \u00e0
