has-text-color\">L\u2019\u00e9mergence de la pand\u00e9mie de la COVID-19 a d\u00e9clench\u00e9 une augmentation rapide de l\u2019adoption des technologies num\u00e9riques, entra\u00eenant d\u2019importantes perturbations dans le monde du travail et dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Cette situation sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent a entra\u00een\u00e9 des changements fondamentaux dans la nature du travail.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le r\u00f4le de la technologie dans le monde du travail ne peut que s\u2019intensifier dans les prochaines ann\u00e9es. Bien que la technologie soit tr\u00e8s prometteuse, il existe un certain nombre de risques li\u00e9s \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre de nouvelles formes de travail, notamment le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, l\u2019emploi \u00e0 la demande et l\u2019\u00e9conomie de partage. En particulier, il existe des inqui\u00e9tudes quant aux b\u00e9n\u00e9fices nets de ces d\u00e9veloppements et \u00e0 la d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration de la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi, notamment parmi les groupes en qu\u00eate d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 qui tendent \u00e0 \u00eatre surrepr\u00e9sent\u00e9s dans les formes de travail alternatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet r\u00e9sume ce que l\u2019on sait de l\u2019interaction entre la technologie et la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi au Canada, en identifiant les principales tendances, notamment&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les groupes ayant droit \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 sont surrepr\u00e9sent\u00e9s dans l\u2019emploi \u00e0 la demande, ce qui les rend tr\u00e8s vuln\u00e9rables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La flexibilit\u00e9 accrue qu\u2019apporte la technologie peut nuire \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi si elle n\u2019est pas associ\u00e9e au droit \u00e0 la d\u00e9connexion de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La capacit\u00e9 de surveillance de l\u2019employeur permise par la num\u00e9risation croissante peut avoir une incidence n\u00e9gative sur la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group key-insights-grey has-background is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"background-color:#0000000d\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Perspective cl\u00e9<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default is-flex\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-243230\" style=\"width: 40px;margin-right: 16px\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/No.svg\" alt=\"\">Le d\u00e9ploiement de la technologie sur le lieu de travail devrait se faire de mani\u00e8re participative et centr\u00e9e sur l\u2019humain, avec le consentement et l\u2019implication des personnes concern\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-flex\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-243230\" style=\"width: 40px;margin-right: 16px\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/No-1.svg\" alt=\"\">Le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail apporte \u00e0 la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre la flexibilit\u00e9 dont elle a tant besoin, mais il peut brouiller la fronti\u00e8re entre le temps professionnel et le temps personnel, ce qui nuit \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi. C\u2019est pourquoi il est essentiel d\u2019examiner les impacts de la technologie sous l\u2019angle de l\u2019\u00c9DI (\u00e9quit\u00e9, diversit\u00e9 et inclusion) pour comprendre les structure et la composition des t\u00e2ches dans les emplois et les secteurs.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le m\u00eame temps, l\u2019\u00e9mergence des nouvelles technologies affecte la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi, apportant \u00e0 la fois des opportunit\u00e9s comme la flexibilit\u00e9, tout en suscitant des inqui\u00e9tudes sur d\u2019autres aspects du travail, notamment l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 certains avantages et droits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette recherche a examin\u00e9 l\u2019intersection de l\u2019emploi et de la technologie afin de mieux comprendre comment la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9\u2009?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comment la technologie influence-t-elle le bien-\u00eatre de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre\u2009?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quelles sont les technologies particuli\u00e8rement perturbatrices dans ce contexte\u2009?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quelles sont les aptitudes, les comp\u00e9tences et les aides n\u00e9cessaires pour aider la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre \u00e0 apprenons<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019analyse documentaire et les entretiens avec les informateurs cl\u00e9s ont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que l\u2019utilisation croissante des technologies num\u00e9riques \u2013 acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9e par la pand\u00e9mie \u2013 modifie la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi pour les personnes au Canada de nombreuses fa\u00e7ons et offre \u00e0 la fois des opportunit\u00e9s et des d\u00e9fis pour le bien-\u00eatre de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les technologies num\u00e9riques avanc\u00e9es comme l\u2019IA sont adopt\u00e9es sur le lieu de travail et ont le potentiel de modifier radicalement les t\u00e2ches et les r\u00f4les des employ\u00e9s. Bien qu\u2019il soit difficile de savoir quels emplois sont finalement menac\u00e9s, il est n\u00e9cessaire que la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre se concentre sur le d\u00e9veloppement et le perfectionnement des aptitudes et des comp\u00e9tences humaines qui ne peuvent pas \u00eatre facilement reproduites ou automatis\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le travail \u00e0 distance et le travail hybride, facilit\u00e9s par la technologie, offrent de grands avantages aux employ\u00e9s, notamment une plus grande flexibilit\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re de lieu et d\u2019horaires de travail. Cependant, le travail \u00e0 distance peut \u00e9galement contribuer \u00e0 des r\u00e9sultats ind\u00e9sirables comme la difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 se d\u00e9connecter du travail ou des niveaux inf\u00e9rieurs de connexion sociale et de confiance entre coll\u00e8gues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019adoption du num\u00e9rique et l\u2019automatisation peuvent cr\u00e9er des opportunit\u00e9s pour un travail plus valorisant dans tous les domaines. Si elle est bien g\u00e9r\u00e9e, l\u2019automatisation peut aider la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre \u00e0 se consacrer \u00e0 un travail enrichissant et utile plut\u00f4t qu\u2019\u00e0 des t\u00e2ches ardues ou r\u00e9p\u00e9titives. Dans certains cas, cela peut \u00e9galement aider la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre \u00e0 se sentir plus autonome et \u00e0 trouver un sens \u00e0 son travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La technologie sur le lieu de travail, en particulier le travail \u00e0 distance, pr\u00e9sente des risques de surveillance accrue. La r\u00e9duction de la vie priv\u00e9e et les outils de surveillance num\u00e9rique intrusifs peuvent entra\u00eener une moindre s\u00e9curit\u00e9 psychologique chez le personnel.
