Aujourd\u2019hui, la question de la poursuite du travail \u00e0 distance, du retour au bureau ou des mod\u00e8les de travail hybrides est l\u2019un des \u00e9l\u00e9ments cl\u00e9s de la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi pour de nombreuses personnes.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Le travail \u00e0 distance offre aux salari\u00e9s plusieurs avantages, notamment une plus grande flexibilit\u00e9, une r\u00e9duction du temps de trajet, une productivit\u00e9 accrue, une meilleure Conciliation travail-vie personnelle, des \u00e9conomies, une meilleure sant\u00e9 et un plus grand bien-\u00eatre, ainsi que des possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019emploi plus \u00e9tendues. Toutefois, ces avantages peuvent varier en fonction des circonstances individuelles et des fonctions exerc\u00e9es. Le projet a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre travaillant \u00e0 distance avait tendance \u00e0 avoir une perception plus positive de la qualit\u00e9 de son travail que les personnes travaillant de mani\u00e8re hybride ou dans un bureau. Aujourd\u2019hui, trois ans apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9but de la pand\u00e9mie, de nombreux professionnels continuent de profiter des avantages du travail virtuel, qu\u2019il soit partag\u00e9 avec le temps pass\u00e9 au bureau ou qu\u2019il se d\u00e9roule enti\u00e8rement \u00e0 distance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le travail \u00e0 distance est un changement fondamental dans nos vies professionnelles et personnelles. Les professionnels appr\u00e9cient la flexibilit\u00e9, l\u2019autonomie et la conciliation travail-vie personnelle qu\u2019offre le travail \u00e0 distance. Quels sont les facteurs qui influencent le degr\u00e9 de qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi ressenti par les professionnels de la Nouvelle-\u00c9cosse dans le cadre de formules de travail hybrides et virtuelles\u2009?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.&nbsp; Comment les employeurs de Nouvelle-\u00c9cosse peuvent-ils favoriser une qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi positive pour les salari\u00e9s en fa\u00e7onnant de mani\u00e8re proactive l\u2019exp\u00e9rience du travail hybride et virtuel, et gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 quels facteurs\u2009?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet a d\u00e9but\u00e9 par une analyse documentaire sur la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi qui a permis d\u2019identifier les questions cl\u00e9s \u00e0 approfondir, notamment \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re des changements intervenus dans les m\u00e9thodes de travail \u00e0 la suite de la pand\u00e9mie de Covid-19. L\u2019analyse documentaire a guid\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9laboration des questions de l\u2019enqu\u00eate sur le point de vue des employ\u00e9s, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 diffus\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s d\u2019un large \u00e9ventail d\u2019employ\u00e9s travaillant dans le cadre de diff\u00e9rents accords. L\u2019enqu\u00eate a recueilli des donn\u00e9es aupr\u00e8s de 588&nbsp;professionnels anonymes de la Nouvelle-\u00c9cosse. L\u2019enqu\u00eate comportait 50&nbsp;questions, 48&nbsp;questions \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle de Likert et 2&nbsp;questions \u00e0 texte libre.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"what-were-learning\" class=\"wp-block-ob-blocks-anchor-point\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column gradient-top purple is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color\" id=\"TheResult\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-240819\" style=\"width: 24px;height: 24px;margin-right: 10px;position: relative;top: -2px\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Fill-1-1.svg\" alt=\"\"> <strong>Ce que nous apprenons<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les personnes interrog\u00e9es qui travaillent \u00e0 distance ont une perception de la qualit\u00e9 de leur emploi nettement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e que celles qui travaillent dans un bureau ou de mani\u00e8re hybride.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les personnes travaillant \u00e0 distance \u00e9valuent de 12&nbsp;% mieux la qualit\u00e9 de leur emploi que la moyenne de l\u2019ensemble des employ\u00e9s. Par rapport aux personnes travaillant enti\u00e8rement sur place, les personnes travaillant \u00e0 distance ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d\u2019une qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi sup\u00e9rieure de 18&nbsp;%. 84&nbsp;% des personnes travaillant \u00e0 distance ont indiqu\u00e9 que la culture d\u2019\u00e9quipe \u00e9tait positive, soit 15&nbsp;% de plus que la moyenne g\u00e9n\u00e9rale. Les employ\u00e9s qui travaillent dans un cadre hybride estiment que leur qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi est sup\u00e9rieure de 2&nbsp;% \u00e0 la moyenne g\u00e9n\u00e9rale et de 7&nbsp;% \u00e0 celle des employ\u00e9s travaillant sur place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les personnes travaillant \u00e0 distance font \u00e9tat d\u2019un sentiment d\u2019appartenance plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 que leurs homologues hybrides et sur site.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des \u00e9valuations similaires ont \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9es pour le sentiment d\u2019\u00eatre en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et l\u2019exp\u00e9rience de relations positives et de soutien.
