<strong><strong>Sommaire<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette \u00e9tude d\u2019opinion a permis de mieux comprendre les principaux besoins et attentes de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre qui \u00e9mergent \u00e0 la suite de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience de travail pendant la pand\u00e9mie.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La recherche a explor\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9tendue des in\u00e9galit\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques et de qualit\u00e9 du travail entre ceux qui ont eu acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des options de t\u00e9l\u00e9travail pendant la pand\u00e9mie et ceux qui n\u2019y ont pas eu acc\u00e8s, ainsi que la disparit\u00e9 croissante de la satisfaction au travail entre les deux groupes. Les personnes travaillant \u00e0 distance \u00e9taient plus susceptibles de se d\u00e9clarer en meilleure sant\u00e9 physique, psychologique et financi\u00e8re que les personnes ne travaillant pas \u00e0 distance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les r\u00e9ponses \u00e0 l\u2019enqu\u00eate ont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 le m\u00e9contentement de plusieurs personnes travaillant \u00e0 distance quant \u00e0 l\u2019absence de concertation avec elles sur la planification du retour au travail par les employeurs.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet souligne \u00e9galement qu\u2019un nombre restreint, mais non n\u00e9gligeable de personnes qui ne travaillaient pas \u00e0 distance, envisagent de changer de carri\u00e8re par le biais d\u2019une formation ou d\u2019un parcours \u00e9ducatif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que le travail \u00e0 distance est une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 incontournable et que de plus en plus de personnes cherchent \u00e0 travailler \u00e0 distance ou de mani\u00e8re hybride, des discussions politiques sont n\u00e9cessaires pour d\u00e9finir les meilleures pratiques pour les employ\u00e9s et les travailleurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group key-insights-grey has-background is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"background-color:#0000000d\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Perspective cl\u00e9<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default is-flex\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-243230\" style=\"width: 40px;margin-right: 16px\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/No.svg\" alt=\"\">Les deux tiers de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre canadienne ont travaill\u00e9 \u00e0 domicile pendant au moins plusieurs mois au cours de la pand\u00e9mie et, en octobre 2022, pr\u00e8s de 40&nbsp;% d\u2019entre eux le faisaient encore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-flex\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-243230\" style=\"width: 40px;margin-right: 16px\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/No-1.svg\" alt=\"\">La main-d\u2019\u0153uvre travaillant \u00e0 distance a tendance \u00e0 \u00eatre mieux r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9e et \u00e0 avoir atteint des niveaux d\u2019\u00e9ducation plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s. Elle est plus susceptible d\u2019occuper un emploi permanent \u00e0 temps plein et de travailler dans des secteurs de l\u2019\u00e9conomie li\u00e9s \u00e0 la connaissance (\u00e0 l\u2019exception notable des soins de sant\u00e9).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-flex\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-243230\" style=\"width: 40px;margin-right: 16px\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/No-2.svg\" alt=\"\">Seule la moiti\u00e9 de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre interrog\u00e9e a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 consult\u00e9e dans le cadre de la politique de retour au travail de son employeur, y compris sur le lieu de travail, et seuls 40&nbsp;% de ceux qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 consult\u00e9s se sont d\u00e9clar\u00e9s satisfaits de leur niveau de participation aux projets futurs.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"the-issue\" s\u00e9rie de pratiques li\u00e9es au lieu de travail et a expos\u00e9 de grandes in\u00e9galit\u00e9s d\u2019exp\u00e9rience au sein de la population active.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant la pand\u00e9mie, le succ\u00e8s initial des nouvelles technologies et pratiques a permis \u00e0 de nombreux lieux de travail de continuer \u00e0 fonctionner pendant les p\u00e9riodes de fermeture les plus restrictives.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au fur et \u00e0 mesure que la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre s\u2019est adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 ces conditions \u00e0 long terme, elle s\u2019est habitu\u00e9e \u00e0 certains des avantages personnels, professionnels et financiers qui y sont associ\u00e9s. \u00c0 pr\u00e9sent que de nombreuses mesures ont \u00e9t\u00e9 lev\u00e9es et que les craintes concernant la propagation du COVID-19 se sont dissip\u00e9es, de nombreux lieux de travail tentent d\u2019imposer le retour au bureau.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces tentatives r\u00e9v\u00e8lent des failles entre les pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre et celles de l\u2019employeur.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full img-gradient purple\"><img loading=\"lazy\" main-d\u2019\u0153uvre \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard de la qualit\u00e9 de leur emploi, de leur sant\u00e9 psychologique et financi\u00e8re, de leurs perspectives de carri\u00e8re et de leurs inqui\u00e9tudes quant \u00e0 l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux comp\u00e9tences, \u00e0 la formation et au tutorat sur le lieu de travail. Le rapport a \u00e9galement permis de mieux comprendre la perception qu\u2019a la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre des multiples dimensions associ\u00e9es \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 du travail pendant la pand\u00e9mie, notamment l\u2019environnement social, la confiance dans la direction, la conciliation travail-vie personnelle et le revenu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tude a utilis\u00e9 des m\u00e9thodes de recherche sur l\u2019opinion publique, ce qui est utile pour saisir une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de dimensions d\u2019attitudes et de comportements \u00e0 des moments pr\u00e9cis. La recherche a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e juste au moment o\u00f9 les restrictions d\u2019entr\u00e9e au Canada li\u00e9es \u00e0 la pand\u00e9mie ont \u00e9t\u00e9 lev\u00e9es.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les questions de recherche sont ax\u00e9es sur la compr\u00e9hension&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les caract\u00e9ristiques d\u00e9mographiques et professionnelles des personnes qui travaillent \u00e0 domicile et de celles qui ne le font pas.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perception de leur exp\u00e9rience&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u2019impact sur leur bien-\u00eatre mental, physique et financier&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences en mati\u00e8re de conditions de travail pour l\u2019avenir.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9chantillon de participants a \u00e9t\u00e9 constitu\u00e9 \u00e0 partir d\u2019un panel hybride en ligne et par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, recrut\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re al\u00e9atoire, et l\u2019enqu\u00eate a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e du 9&nbsp;septembre au 4&nbsp;octobre 2022.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"what-were-learning\" class=\"wp-block-ob-blocks-anchor-point\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column gradient-top purple is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color\" id=\"TheResult\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-240819\" style=\"width: 24px;height: 24px;margin-right: 10px;position: relative;top: -2px\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Fill-1-1.svg\" alt=\"\"> <strong>Ce que nous apprenons<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e8s de 5\u2009870&nbsp;personnes au Canada qui ont travaill\u00e9 \u00e0 un moment ou \u00e0 un autre entre mars 2020 et la date de remise de l\u2019enqu\u00eate ont r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 l\u2019enqu\u00eate. Les donn\u00e9es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 statistiquement pond\u00e9r\u00e9es en fonction de l\u2019\u00e2ge, du sexe et de la r\u00e9gion, conform\u00e9ment au recensement de 2016.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Caract\u00e9ristiques des personnes ayant des conditions de travail diff\u00e9rentes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019instar d\u2019autres \u00e9tudes men\u00e9es pendant la pand\u00e9mie, plus de deux tiers des employ\u00e9s ont travaill\u00e9 \u00e0 distance pendant au moins plusieurs mois et 40&nbsp;% d\u2019entre eux travaillaient encore \u00e0 domicile en octobre 2022. Les personnes travaillant \u00e0 domicile sont plus susceptibles d\u2019occuper des emplois permanents \u00e0 temps plein et de travailler dans des secteurs de l\u2019\u00e9conomie li\u00e9s \u00e0 la connaissance, \u00e0 l\u2019exception notable des soins de sant\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Perception de la qualit\u00e9 du travail<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le travail \u00e0 domicile est \u00e9troitement li\u00e9 \u00e0 des exp\u00e9riences professionnelles plus positives et \u00e0 des \u00e9valuations plus positives de la qualit\u00e9 du travail. Sur les 14&nbsp;mesures appliqu\u00e9es, la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre travaillant \u00e0 distance est nettement plus satisfaite que celle qui n\u2019a jamais travaill\u00e9 \u00e0 domicile. Entre 70 et 83&nbsp;% de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre \u00e9loign\u00e9e s\u2019est d\u00e9clar\u00e9e satisfaite du respect qu\u2019elle re\u00e7oit de ses coll\u00e8gues, de son ind\u00e9pendance, de sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 effectuer son travail, de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi, de l\u2019\u00e9quilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e et du sens qu\u2019elle per\u00e7oit dans son travail. Notamment, la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre ne travaillant pas \u00e0 distance est nettement moins satisfaite que celle travaillant \u00e0 distance en ce qui concerne la fiabilit\u00e9 de ses responsables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Perception du bien-\u00eatre psychologique, physique et financier<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans la lign\u00e9e des r\u00e9sultats pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents, la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre travaillant \u00e0 distance \u00e9tait plus susceptible de d\u00e9clarer un meilleur bien-\u00eatre sur le plan mental et physique que celle travaillant sur place. La main-d\u2019\u0153uvre travaillant \u00e0 distance est \u00e9galement beaucoup plus positive en ce qui concerne son avenir financier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Perception du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La main-d\u2019\u0153uvre interrog\u00e9e a une opinion largement positive du travail \u00e0 domicile, citant la r\u00e9duction des co\u00fbts et du temps de transport. Seule une petite minorit\u00e9 de professionnels (13,5&nbsp;%) estime que le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail n\u2019est pas productif. Un nombre important de personnes travaillant \u00e0 distance s\u2019inqui\u00e8tent toutefois de leur acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des opportunit\u00e9s de d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re et de comp\u00e9tences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences et projets professionnels futurs<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019enqu\u00eate a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 d\u2019importantes failles entre les pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre travaillant \u00e0 distance et les politiques de leurs employeurs. Une \u00e9crasante majorit\u00e9 des personnes interrog\u00e9es qui travaillent \u00e0 distance pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent travailler \u00e0 domicile, soit tout le temps (40&nbsp;%), soit la plupart du temps (36&nbsp;%). Au moment de l\u2019enqu\u00eate, un peu plus d\u2019un quart de la population active qui avait acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des options de t\u00e9l\u00e9travail avait re\u00e7u l\u2019ordre d\u2019y retourner. Seule la moiti\u00e9 de cette population active travaillant \u00e0 distance a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 consult\u00e9e sur les questions relatives aux conditions de travail. Parmi celles-ci, moins de la moiti\u00e9 se sont d\u00e9clar\u00e9es satisfaites de la contribution qu\u2019elles ont pu apporter. L\u2019\u00e9tude sugg\u00e8re que nombre de personnes concern\u00e9es pourraient chercher d\u2019autres fonctions si on leur demandait de reprendre le travail en personne \u00e0 temps plein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Perceptions des transitions de carri\u00e8re<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une proportion faible, mais non n\u00e9gligeable (15&nbsp;%) de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre pense qu\u2019elle changera de carri\u00e8re ou s\u2019inscrira \u00e0 un programme de formation adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019emploi.
