type d\u2019emplois cr\u00e9\u00e9s.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il convient de noter en particulier l\u2019essor de l\u2019emploi \u00e0 la demande, qui est devenu une pratique courante. Si ce type de travail peut offrir des possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019emploi flexibles, il comporte des risques consid\u00e9rables pour la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette recherche permet de mieux comprendre les raisons pour lesquelles les gens se lancent dans l\u2019emploi \u00e0 la demande et les leviers politiques n\u00e9cessaires pour att\u00e9nuer les risques associ\u00e9s \u00e0 cette nouvelle forme d\u2019emploi.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Environ 43&nbsp;% des travailleurs \u00e0 la demande exercent ce type de travail par n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 ou pour compl\u00e9ter d\u2019autres sources de revenus inad\u00e9quates. Les progr\u00e8s technologiques ont cr\u00e9\u00e9 de nouvelles formes d\u2019emploi plus courantes, comme les emplois \u00e0 la demande, caract\u00e9ris\u00e9 par un travail \u00e0 court terme, \u00e0 la demande et bas\u00e9 sur des t\u00e2ches.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La plupart des recherches men\u00e9es dans ce domaine r\u00e9v\u00e8lent un manque de coh\u00e9rence dans la d\u00e9finition des emplois \u00e0 la demande, ce qui rend difficile la mesure de son impact et des raisons pour lesquelles les gens s\u2019engagent dans ce type de travail. Les cadres existants pour comprendre l\u2019emploi \u00e0 la demande ont servi \u00e0 analyser les donn\u00e9es de l\u2019enqu\u00eate, classant les r\u00e9pondants comme agents libres, salari\u00e9s occasionnels, r\u00e9ticents ou en difficult\u00e9 financi\u00e8re. Des recommandations ont \u00e9t\u00e9 formul\u00e9es sur les priorit\u00e9s politiques en mati\u00e8re de qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi pour chaque groupe.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"what-were-learning\" class=\"wp-block-ob-blocks-anchor-point\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column gradient-top purple is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color\" id=\"TheResult\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-240819\" style=\"width: 24px;height: 24px;margin-right: 10px;position: relative;top: -2px\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Fill-1-1.svg\" alt=\"\"> <strong>Ce que nous apprenons<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les gens se lancent dans l\u2019emploi \u00e0 la demande pour des raisons diverses, mais une part importante d\u2019entre eux (43&nbsp;%) le font par n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 financi\u00e8re \u2013 ceux qui sont class\u00e9s dans la cat\u00e9gorie des r\u00e9ticents ou des personnes \u00e0 court d\u2019argent. La grande majorit\u00e9 de ces travailleurs \u00e0 la demande appartiennent \u00e0 des groupes qui m\u00e9ritent l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9, notamment les personnes racialis\u00e9es, les jeunes et les personnes ayant un niveau d\u2019\u00e9ducation moins \u00e9lev\u00e9. Si les services de livraison de nourriture et les chauffeurs de covoiturage repr\u00e9sentent une part relativement faible de l\u2019emploi \u00e0 la demande, ils figurent parmi les principaux types d\u2019emplois exerc\u00e9s par les personnes en difficult\u00e9 financi\u00e8re.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contrairement \u00e0 l\u2019id\u00e9e largement r\u00e9pandue selon laquelle tous les emplois \u00e0 la demande sont pr\u00e9caires et de peu de qualit\u00e9, ce projet a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 qu\u2019une grande partie des travailleurs \u00e0 la demande interrog\u00e9s \u00e9taient consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme des agents libres (18&nbsp;%) et des travailleurs occasionnels (40&nbsp;%), des groupes qui s\u2019engagent dans le travail \u00e0 la demande par choix personnel pour gagner un revenu principal ou compl\u00e9mentaire.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les d\u00e9fis auxquels sont confront\u00e9s les travailleurs \u00e0 la demande pour obtenir un travail de meilleure qualit\u00e9 varient en fonction du type de travail qu\u2019ils effectuent et de la raison pour laquelle ils exercent ce type de travail.
