comp\u00e9tences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les m\u00e9thodes actuelles pour documenter et reconna\u00eetre officiellement les comp\u00e9tences acquises par les apprenties et apprentis gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019apprentissage en milieu de travail sont d\u00e9pass\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce projet souligne que les nouvelles technologies peuvent aider les apprenties et apprentis \u00e0 s\u2019engager de mani\u00e8re plus significative dans leur propre apprentissage et peuvent am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 globale de la formation en milieu de travail dans les m\u00e9tiers sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s partout au Canada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pourtant, les outils de cette nature ne sont pas des solutions miracles. Les apprenties et apprentis soulignent le besoin continu d\u2019explorer les cheminements et les options de carri\u00e8re avec des sp\u00e9cialistes qualifi\u00e9s. Cependant, le syst\u00e8me actuel de reconnaissance des comp\u00e9tences des apprenties et apprentis, lequel soutient leur r\u00e9emploi, est d\u00e9suet et repose fortement sur les heures travaill\u00e9es et les journaux de bord papier. Le projet a cherch\u00e9 \u00e0 savoir si cela les aidait \u00e0 combler les lacunes en mati\u00e8re de comp\u00e9tences et \u00e0 mettre en valeur leurs capacit\u00e9s aupr\u00e8s d\u2019employeurs potentiels, et donc \u00e0 trouver des emplois plus efficacement. Le projet a \u00e9galement \u00e9valu\u00e9, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la mobilisation de l\u2019industrie, les obstacles \u00e0 l\u2019adoption de ces outils \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle de l\u2019industrie et la fa\u00e7on dont ils peuvent \u00eatre bonifi\u00e9s pour am\u00e9liorer le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences et la progression des employ\u00e9es et employ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"what-were-learning\" class=\"wp-block-ob-blocks-anchor-point\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column gradient-top purple is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color\" id=\"TheResult\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-240819\" style=\"width: 24px;height: 24px;margin-right: 10px;position: relative;top: -2px\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Fill-1-1.svg\" alt=\"\"> Ce que nous apprenons<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les outils num\u00e9riques soutiennent l\u2019apprentissage dans les m\u00e9tiers, mais ne peuvent pas remplacer l\u2019accompagnement de sp\u00e9cialistes<\/strong> <br>Les outils num\u00e9riques peuvent jouer un r\u00f4le compl\u00e9mentaire important dans l\u2019apprentissage en entreprise et la reconnaissance de la formation sur place des apprenties et apprentis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cependant, les outils num\u00e9riques ne peuvent pas remplacer les conseils pratiques pour aider les apprenties et apprentis \u00e0 identifier les lacunes en mati\u00e8re de comp\u00e9tences et les domaines \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer. Il y a aussi des pr\u00e9occupations concernant le co\u00fbt de la mise en \u0153uvre (financier et en temps) et de l\u2019entretien. Les parties prenantes \u00e9taient d\u2019avis qu\u2019il y a des pr\u00e9occupations plus pressantes dans les m\u00e9tiers sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s, notamment l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des comp\u00e9tences globales relatives \u00e0 l\u2019employabilit\u00e9 des jeunes d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui, le recrutement des futurs talents et la mise \u00e0 jour des normes et des programmes d\u2019\u00e9tudes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:38px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"why-it-matters\" class=\"wp-block-ob-blocks-anchor-point\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column gradient-top purple is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color\" id=\"TheImpact\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-240819\" style=\"width: 22px;height: 22px;margin-right: 10px;position: relative;top: -2px\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Fill-1-2.svg\" alt=\"\"> Pourquoi c\u2019est important<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u2019attaquer aux p\u00e9nuries de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre et de comp\u00e9tences dans les m\u00e9tiers est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment essentiel de la strat\u00e9gie de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre du Canada et une \u00e9tape n\u00e9cessaire dans le but, entre autres, de progresser vers l\u2019atteinte d\u2019objectifs climatiques ambitieux. Le Canada a besoin d\u2019un solide vivier de talents de gens de m\u00e9tier qualifi\u00e9s pour soutenir les grands projets d\u2019infrastructure qui d\u00e9coulent des initiatives visant \u00e0 d\u00e9carboniser nos chaines d\u2019approvisionnement et notre \u00e9conomie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les outils num\u00e9riques ont un r\u00f4le important \u00e0 jouer dans ce domaine et ailleurs, mais une analyse plus minutieuse m\u00e9rite d\u2019\u00eatre envisag\u00e9e si l\u2019on veut consid\u00e9rer une adoption plus vaste. Et surtout, le soutien en personne continue d\u2019offrir une valeur significative dans l\u2019ensemble de la prestation de l\u2019orientation professionnelle et de la formation.
