L\u2019apprentissage int\u00e9gr\u00e9 au travail (AIT) permet aux gens d\u2019appliquer les comp\u00e9tences acquises en classe tout en acqu\u00e9rant de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience sur le terrain et en ouvrant la voie \u00e0 des carri\u00e8res int\u00e9ressantes dans des secteurs \u00e9mergents \u00e0 forte demande. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019investissement de 2,9 millions de dollars du CCF, le centre de d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique Calgary Economic Development (CED) met en place un portail en ligne \u00e0 guichet unique pour les possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019AIT dans la r\u00e9gion. Ces stages r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9s visent \u00e0 permettre aux \u00e9tudiants d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir une exp\u00e9rience pratique aupr\u00e8s d\u2019experts du secteur au cours de leurs \u00e9tudes. Les stages peuvent \u00eatre des coop\u00e9rations, des stages, des projets de recherche appliqu\u00e9e ou des stages sur le terrain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Ce mod\u00e8le novateur et cette plateforme centrale soutiendront la croissance et l\u2019inclusion \u00e9conomiques par l\u2019entremise de l\u2019AIT pour les \u00e9tudiants de niveau postsecondaire, et profiteront aux chercheurs d\u2019emploi, aux employeurs et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9conomie de l\u2019Alberta. Cette initiative rendra \u00e9galement l\u2019AIT plus accessible aux participants non traditionnels, comme les personnes plus \u00e2g\u00e9es, les jeunes et les organisations qui ne sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas associ\u00e9es aux \u00e9tablissements postsecondaires. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Le centre CED et plusieurs intervenants locaux se sont r\u00e9unis pour former un consortium avec les partenaires technologiques Magnet et Orbis Communications, afin de d\u00e9montrer la viabilit\u00e9 du d\u00e9ploiement d\u2019un mod\u00e8le r\u00e9gional d\u2019AIT et de d\u00e9finir et d\u2019aborder les questions relatives \u00e0 l\u2019applicabilit\u00e9 plus large pour les communaut\u00e9s et les r\u00e9gions du Canada. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ce travail contribue imm\u00e9diatement \u00e0 la transformation \u00e9conomique de Calgary, tout en offrant des pistes pour une collaboration plus syst\u00e9matique entre les employeurs et les \u00e9tablissements postsecondaires. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
