De nombreux professionnels de ce secteur ont besoin de r\u00e9orienter leur carri\u00e8re, mais pour la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre en milieu de carri\u00e8re, la stigmatisation et les probl\u00e8mes de confiance en soi constituent des obstacles pour beaucoup de ceux qui envisagent de changer de carri\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les coll\u00e8ges comme le Norquest College d\u2019Edmonton peuvent jouer un r\u00f4le important dans les efforts de reconversion et son programme \u00ab\u2009Career Moves\u2009\u00bb a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u et test\u00e9 pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins et aux sensibilit\u00e9s de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre en milieu de carri\u00e8re dans de nombreuses industries, afin de favoriser des transitions professionnelles r\u00e9ussies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le programme Career Moves a explor\u00e9 diverses approches en mati\u00e8re d\u2019orientation professionnelle et de d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences non techniques, divis\u00e9es en trois phases&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-inline-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"512\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/2.3.2.3-Transition-to-a-New-Tomorrow-1024x512.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3432\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/2.3.2.3-Transition-to-a-New-Tomorrow-1024x512.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/2.3.2.3-Transition-to-a-New-Tomorrow-10x4.jpg 10w, https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/2.3.2.3-Transition-to-a-New-Tomorrow-1600x800.jpg 1600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>exploration professionnelle&nbsp;: r\u00e9flexion sur les comp\u00e9tences et les int\u00e9r\u00eats de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre \u00e0 mi-carri\u00e8re\u2009;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le d\u00e9veloppement professionnel&nbsp;: recevoir la formation professionnelle dont les int\u00e9ress\u00e9s ont besoin\u2009; et<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>r\u00e9flexion professionnelle&nbsp;: comprendre les options de d\u00e9veloppement professionnel.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces services comprennent des activit\u00e9s comme des s\u00e9minaires, de l\u2019accompagnement, de l\u2019apprentissage int\u00e9gr\u00e9 au travail et du soutien par les pairs. Le programme a \u00e9galement assur\u00e9 son accessibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de groupes d\u00e9mographiques en qu\u00eate d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La formation a \u00e9t\u00e9 adapt\u00e9e aux besoins individuels des participants, qui l\u2019ont suivie \u00e0 leur propre rythme. D\u2019apr\u00e8s les \u00e9valuations post\u00e9rieures au projet, les participants se sont d\u00e9clar\u00e9s tr\u00e8s satisfaits des am\u00e9liorations quantitatives \u00e9videntes de leurs r\u00e9sultats en mati\u00e8re d\u2019emploi, notamment de l\u2019augmentation des taux d\u2019emploi et des revenus par rapport aux p\u00e9riodes pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant et suivant la formation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet \u00e9tait destin\u00e9 \u00e0 la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre de l\u2019industrie p\u00e9troli\u00e8re et gazi\u00e8re, mais il a finalement attir\u00e9 moins de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre de ce secteur que pr\u00e9vu (7&nbsp;% des participants), mais plus de femmes (62&nbsp;%) et de personnes en milieu de carri\u00e8re (d\u2019un \u00e2ge moyen de 45&nbsp;ans) dans d\u2019autres secteurs d\u2019activit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec l\u2019augmentation du nombre de personnes vuln\u00e9rables en milieu de carri\u00e8re, la demande de programmes r\u00e9actifs de formation aux comp\u00e9tences en milieu de carri\u00e8re, tels que Career Moves, est susceptible d\u2019augmenter dans les prochaines ann\u00e9es. L\u2019\u00e9laboration d\u2019un programme de formation mieux adapt\u00e9 aux sensibilit\u00e9s de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre en milieu de carri\u00e8re et qui va au-del\u00e0 des comp\u00e9tences techniques pour aborder \u00e9galement les comp\u00e9tences sociales et les questions psychologiques peut s\u2019av\u00e9rer n\u00e9cessaire pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins de ce groupe
