Il partagera ces ressources fond\u00e9es sur des donn\u00e9es probantes. L&#8217;objectif principal de ce projet est de suivre la diffusion et l&#8217;utilisation des ressources par le biais d&#8217;un r\u00e9seau \u00e9largi, tout en cernant les formats et les gains d\u2019efficacit\u00e9 qui permettent d&#8217;accro\u00eetre la sensibilisation et de mobiliser les connaissances et les comp\u00e9tences cl\u00e9s pour l&#8217;utilisateur final. Un objectif secondaire du projet est d&#8217;\u00e9tudier le processus rapide de conception, de mise en \u0153uvre et d&#8217;\u00e9valuation de projets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"image-block-block_86355ce458a0f2fd817899b685089f9c\" class=\"image container  \">\n    <div class=\"image__container\">\n        <div class=\"image__wrapper\">\n            <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/work-wellness-institute-image-1024x684.jpg\" alt=\"Overlapping image of a woman smiling and sad at work.\">\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n\n<p>Il a fallu r\u00e9agir rapidement \u00e0 la pand\u00e9mie dans le domaine de la recherche et de la conception de politiques, et des le\u00e7ons peuvent \u00eatre tir\u00e9es des d\u00e9fis de cette d\u00e9marche ainsi que des cadres et des fondements n\u00e9cessaires pour renforcer la r\u00e9action du Canada aux perturbations actuelles et futures. Le programme NARE ciblera les comp\u00e9tences, l&#8217;acquisition de connaissances et la confiance dans les domaines suivants :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022&nbsp;aider les employeurs \u00e0 mettre en place des mesures de travail \u00e0 domicile accessibles, efficaces et souples;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022&nbsp;offrir du soutien aux employeurs pour cr\u00e9er des lieux de travail inclusifs, qu&#8217;ils soient virtuels ou physiques;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 mettre en relation les personnes handicap\u00e9es, y compris celles qui travaillent \u00e0 domicile, avec les employeurs;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 offrir des formations pour les emplois \u00e0 forte demande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Centre de comp\u00e9tences futures investit 648 000 $ dans ce projet de deux ans. Ce projet contribuera \u00e0 un dialogue national n\u00e9cessaire pour normaliser la terminologie et favoriser une compr\u00e9hension commune des comp\u00e9tences, des connaissances, des lacunes en mati\u00e8re de ressources et des possibilit\u00e9s qu&#8217;entrevoient les employeurs canadiens en mati\u00e8re de gestion de l&#8217;incapacit\u00e9 dans tous les secteurs \u2013 en particulier pendant les perturbations sociales et \u00e9conomiques. Les politiques et les processus qui en r\u00e9sulteront feront \u00e9voluer la culture de l&#8217;emploi au Canada vers une adoption plus large du bien-\u00eatre au travail et de politiques inclusives dans tous les secteurs, au b\u00e9n\u00e9fice socio\u00e9conomique de tous les Canadiens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns are-vertically-aligned-center has-pale-grey-background-color has-background is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Evaluation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce projet sera \u00e9valu\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019outils et de m\u00e9thodes qui concordent avec ses objectifs, son contexte et son stade de d\u00e9veloppement. L\u2019\u00e9valuation mettra l\u2019accent sur la production de donn\u00e9es probantes pertinentes et au bon moment, afin de faire progresser l\u2019intervention. <a
