Toutefois, le syst\u00e8me actuel de reconnaissance des comp\u00e9tences des apprentis, qui soutient leurs efforts de r\u00e9emploi, est obsol\u00e8te et repose en grande partie sur les heures travaill\u00e9es et les registres papier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/CAF-inline-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"Person at computer with someone standing behind them looking at the screen\" class=\"wp-image-15707\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/CAF-inline-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/CAF-inline-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/CAF-inline-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/CAF-inline-1536x864.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/CAF-inline-10x6.jpg 10w, https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/CAF-inline.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet du Forum canadien sur l\u2019apprentissage a explor\u00e9 la mani\u00e8re dont les outils num\u00e9riques peuvent soutenir l\u2019apprentissage des apprentis en cours d\u2019emploi et faciliter la reconnaissance des comp\u00e9tences afin de favoriser le maintien de l\u2019emploi, car peu de tests de comp\u00e9tences en ligne existants int\u00e8grent les normes des m\u00e9tiers du Sceau rouge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet a pilot\u00e9 un nouvel outil d\u2019\u00e9valuation des comp\u00e9tences en ligne pour documenter les comp\u00e9tences des apprentis dans les m\u00e9tiers de l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9, de la menuiserie, de la plomberie et du soudage. Cette \u00e9tude a v\u00e9rifi\u00e9 si cela aidait les apprentis \u00e0 combler leurs lacunes en mati\u00e8re de comp\u00e9tences et \u00e0 faire valoir leurs capacit\u00e9s aupr\u00e8s d\u2019employeurs potentiels, ce qui leur permettait de trouver un emploi plus efficacement.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plus de 2 000&nbsp;apprentis ont test\u00e9 un outil num\u00e9rique et 73&nbsp;% d\u2019entre eux se sont d\u00e9clar\u00e9s int\u00e9ress\u00e9s par l\u2019utilisation de portefeuilles \u00e9lectroniques ou de registres num\u00e9riques. Cependant, 93&nbsp;% des apprentis souhaitent avoir acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un expert qualifi\u00e9 capable d\u2019identifier les lacunes en mati\u00e8re de comp\u00e9tences et de leur indiquer les points \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que les outils num\u00e9riques peuvent jouer un r\u00f4le compl\u00e9mentaire important dans l\u2019apprentissage sur le lieu de travail et la reconnaissance de la formation sur place pour les apprentis. Ils ne peuvent toutefois pas remplacer le besoin de conseils pratiques pour aider les apprentis \u00e0 identifier les lacunes en mati\u00e8re de comp\u00e9tences et les domaines \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet de la CAF a \u00e9galement \u00e9valu\u00e9, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019engagement de l\u2019industrie, les obstacles \u00e0 l\u2019adoption de ces outils \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle de l\u2019industrie et la mani\u00e8re dont ils peuvent \u00eatre am\u00e9lior\u00e9s pour renforcer le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences et la progression des employ\u00e9s. Il a relev\u00e9 de nombreux obstacles pratiques \u00e0 une adoption plus g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e, notamment le co\u00fbt, l\u2019int\u00e9gration pratique et d\u2019autres d\u00e9fis plus urgents
