Les lacunes en mati\u00e8re de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre et de comp\u00e9tences sont importantes. Parall\u00e8lement, de nombreuses personnes, y compris celles appartenant \u00e0 des groupes d\u00e9favoris\u00e9s, \u00e9prouvent de la difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 trouver et \u00e0 maintenir un emploi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les mod\u00e8les de services de l\u2019emploi privil\u00e9gient les placements rapides, mais cette approche n\u2019aborde pas les probl\u00e8mes plus profonds du maintien dans l\u2019emploi et de l\u2019inad\u00e9quation entre les besoins et les offres des employeurs et des personnes qui travaillent. En Nouvelle-\u00c9cosse, o\u00f9 le march\u00e9 du travail ne s\u2019est pas remis de la pand\u00e9mie, le gouvernement a collabor\u00e9 pour tester une approche innovante \u00e0 deux clients dans son syst\u00e8me de services d\u2019emplois financ\u00e9 par l\u2019\u00c9tat, afin de mieux r\u00e9pondre aux besoins des personnes \u00e0 la recherche d\u2019un emploi et des petites entreprises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"607\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/FR-Quote-NS-V2-1024x607.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-317593\" style=\"width:1031px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/FR-Quote-NS-V2-1024x607.png 1024w, https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/FR-Quote-NS-V2-300x178.png 300w, https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/FR-Quote-NS-V2-768x455.png 768w, https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/FR-Quote-NS-V2-10x6.png 10w, https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/FR-Quote-NS-V2.png 1350w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>En partenariat avec le Centre des Comp\u00e9tences futures et sous la direction de MixtMode Consulting, de la Fondation canadienne pour le d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re et de Blueprint, le projet <a href=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/fr\/recherche\/thriving-workplaces\/\">Thriving Workplaces<\/a> aide \u00e0 clarifier les besoins de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre et les attentes en mati\u00e8re d\u2019emploi gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un cadre innovant de \u00ab facteurs magn\u00e9tiques \u00bb. Les partenaires du projet ont interrog\u00e9 les employeurs et les personnes travaillant en Nouvelle-\u00c9cosse sur leurs exp\u00e9riences et leurs besoins en mati\u00e8re de travail. \u00c0 partir de cette recherche, ils ont d\u00e9fini six facteurs qui attirent ou \u00e9loignent les employeurs et les personnes travaillant ensemble, notamment les valeurs, la culture, les modalit\u00e9s de travail, les aptitudes et les comp\u00e9tences, la productivit\u00e9 et l\u2019engagement, les salaires et les avantages sociaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Amie Haughn, directrice d\u2019Employment Nova Scotia au minist\u00e8re du Travail, des comp\u00e9tences et de l\u2019immigration, explique que l\u2019objectif \u00e9tait d\u2019aider les petites entreprises \u00e0 repenser ce qu\u2019elles pouvaient offrir \u00e0 leurs employ\u00e9s, au-del\u00e0 de l\u2019argent.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab L\u2019objectif \u00e9tait d\u2019aider les employeurs \u00e0 recruter et \u00e0 maintenir en poste leurs employ\u00e9s dans le nouveau monde \u00bb, a-t-elle d\u00e9clar\u00e9. \u00ab Les employeurs avaient pour objectif le salaire, le salaire, le salaire. Et s\u2019ils n\u2019ont pas assez d\u2019argent pour payer, ils sont encourag\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00e9largir leur vision de ce qu\u2019ils peuvent offrir \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>D\u00e9fi&nbsp;: Attirer et retenir des talents<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En Nouvelle-\u00c9cosse, comme dans beaucoup d\u2019autres r\u00e9gions du Canada, de nombreuses petites entreprises ont du mal \u00e0 attirer et \u00e0 retenir des personnes qualifi\u00e9es. Les personnes \u00e0 la recherche d\u2019un emploi, en particulier celles issues de milieux d\u00e9favoris\u00e9s, sont souvent confront\u00e9es \u00e0 des obstacles qui les emp\u00eachent de trouver un emploi stable et gratifiant. Lors du test initial du mod\u00e8le, les demandeurs d\u2019emploi qui ont particip\u00e9 aux activit\u00e9s des facteurs magn\u00e9tiques ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu\u2019ils avaient une vision plus claire de ce qu\u2019ils voulaient et de ce qu\u2019ils attendaient d\u2019un emploi. Les employeurs ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que les activit\u00e9s des facteurs magn\u00e9tiques les ont aid\u00e9s \u00e0 d\u00e9finir ce qu\u2019ils offrent aux employ\u00e9s potentiels et \u00e0 communiquer clairement leur valeur aux candidats potentiels.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet a \u00e9galement aid\u00e9 les professionnels des services d\u2019orientation professionnelle \u00e0 renforcer leurs relations avec les clients et a eu une influence positive sur leur approche de la prestation de services. Le mod\u00e8le a am\u00e9lior\u00e9 la collaboration entre les praticiens qui ont tendance \u00e0 \u00eatre s\u00e9par\u00e9s pour servir principalement les personnes \u00e0 la recherche d\u2019un emploi ou les employeurs.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au d\u00e9but, les praticiens ont eu du mal \u00e0 recruter des employeurs, mais l\u2019engagement a augment\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 de nouveaux messages et \u00e0 des sessions de groupe qui ont aid\u00e9 les employeurs \u00e0 \u00e9tablir des liens et \u00e0 partager des id\u00e9es en rapport avec les facteurs magn\u00e9tiques.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon M.&nbsp;Haughn, il est essentiel que les employeurs participent \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9laboration d\u2019un tel cadre. \u00ab Ce projet n\u2019aurait pas pu voir le jour sans la participation des employeurs \u00e0 nos recherches \u00bb, a-t-elle d\u00e9clar\u00e9. \u00ab Les employeurs ont contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer ces facteurs magn\u00e9tiques. Ce n\u2019est pas le gouvernement qui les a con\u00e7us \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le\u00e7ons et perspectives d\u2019avenir&nbsp;:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La prochaine phase consistera \u00e0 perfectionner les strat\u00e9gies d\u2019engagement des employeurs, \u00e0 \u00e9tendre le mod\u00e8le des facteurs magn\u00e9tiques et \u00e0 tester diff\u00e9rentes m\u00e9thodes de prestation de services afin de garantir une plus grande accessibilit\u00e9. Les efforts futurs consisteront \u00e0 \u00e9tendre le mod\u00e8le au sein du syst\u00e8me Nova Scotia Works, \u00e0 collecter des donn\u00e9es sur l\u2019emploi \u00e0 plus long terme et le maintien dans l\u2019emploi, et \u00e0 sensibiliser davantage les employeurs \u00e0 l\u2019approche des facteurs magn\u00e9tiques afin de renforcer encore l\u2019ad\u00e9quation entre l\u2019offre et la demande d\u2019emploi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab C\u2019est une victoire de notre point de vue, car nous savons que les employeurs ont besoin de retenir les personnes qu\u2019ils recrutent \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 M.&nbsp;Haughn. \u00ab Ils doivent recruter les bonnes personnes, puis les garder et mettre un terme \u00e0 ces changements alors que le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi est en pleine \u00e9volution \u00bb.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le projet Thriving Workplaces aide \u00e0 clarifier les besoins de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre et les attentes en mati\u00e8re d\u2019emploi gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un cadre innovant de \u00ab facteurs magn\u00e9tiques \u00bb. Avec plus de deux d\u00e9cennies d\u2019exp\u00e9rience dans les milieux universitaires, gouvernementaux et \u00e0 but non lucratif, elle a acquis une expertise approfondie dans les domaines du d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences, de la politique du march\u00e9 du travail et de l\u2019avenir du travail.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Son travail fait le lien entre la recherche et la pratique, en fa\u00e7onnant les politiques et la conception des programmes afin de mieux aligner l\u2019\u00e9ducation et la formation sur les besoins en constante \u00e9volution de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre et des employeurs. Elle a publi\u00e9 de nombreux articles sur l\u2019innovation en mati\u00e8re de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre, l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 dans l\u2019emploi et le r\u00f4le de la technologie dans la red\u00e9finition du travail.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Tricia est d\u00e9tentrice d\u2019un baccalaur\u00e9at et de deux ma\u00eetrises en sociologie, ainsi que d\u2019un doctorat en sociologie et anthropologie.
